Please do not go here. I had blonde highlights and went to get my hair dyed back to my natural brown. After specifically asking for my natural colour and nothing else, they decided to experiment without my permission by dying my hair jet black. This colour is irreversible and I was stuck with black hair. I now have to consistently get my hair re-dyed to eventually achieve my natural colour again. Out of all the colours they could have "surprised" me with, they had to do the colour that cannot be corrected. I did not give them any kind of permission to do what they felt would look good, I directly stated that I wanted my hair back to it's natural colour. I still think about this four months later, as I cannot believe that they straight up dyed my hair a permanent colour that I NEVER asked for. I now spend tons of money correcting my hair every few months. They did not even tell me they were going to do this, I only realized they "surprised" me when my hair was dry. This salon terrifies me.

My hair was a mess and I am sooo glad I went to this salon! I loved the service from Parris. My hair color was gone from last year and I wanted a fresh new haircut and balayage. I loved the dark grey and blonde transition suggestion and it turned out better than I had expected! Feeling so good inside and out. Definitely recommend this salon! ☺????

I had several new ear piercings and I was terrified that they would get caught or hit during a cut. I mentioned this to George and his assistant and they were extremely careful in not touching any of my piercings throughout the service. This was my first time at this salon. The salon was very clean and well organized. George did a wonderful job. I am relieved and love my new haircut. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to this salon for a couple of years and am typically very happy with my haircuts. My most recent haircut wasn't my favourite, but after voicing my concerns, I heard from the manager directly who extremely kind and understanding and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Would definitely recommend the salon as it's clear that the manager has the customers best interest in mind.

I just changed my salon and tried this salon for the first time. Since you never know what you're going to get when you change salons, I was nervous and skeptical. However, I'm really impressed with this place. Its pricey but you get what you pay for. I got a hair treatment and trim and my hair feels like silk. I love that my trim was just that and left my hair refreshed. This is a great salon and I will be back :)

I went there today. And let me tell you I have severe trust issues when it comes to hairdressers so I was nervous trying out a new place. But oh boy, did they ever deliver!? The service is amazing. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need at all times. The colour and cut are some of the best work that I have ever had done. It was an extremely pleasant experience. I will definitely go back and I would most definitely recommend. It is worth the price you pay. They truly are experts but they stayed very humble and fun and down to earth. You feel like you belong there and it is a nice warm atmosphere where you just relax and get pampered. Loved it!

Went to this salon for the first time my mother and I on March 12th. First impressions of the salon bright clean and the lady at the front was so very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. (I don’t know her name she is pregnant). I saw George for a cut and colour he was very polite and very confident in cutting and colouring my hair. He even suggested a treatment for my hair. I am not sure of the ladies name who washed my hair and helped blow dry my hair Naz possibly she was so friendly and polite. The lady who cashed me out was also very polite and friendly. My mother saw Anna for a cut and colour my mother had a great experience and loved the outcome of her cut and style she said she was very pleasant. We would recommend this salon to our friends and family.

Mike is the best hairdresser ever . I went to Char le blanc Salon for the first time for roots touch up...knowing that I have dark hair and my blond hair was damage previously. I wasn't sure if would accept to fix my hair color. After a detailed consultation, Mike informed me with all the steps that he will do it to prevent any further damage. He was super careful to all details during the process. I can't describe my happiness when I saw the final result. Color correction and extension installation was more then perfect and fast with ZERO damage. Believe me Mike is an Artist in hair color and styling. Everything there was amazing...I couldn't find a word to thanks him. Mike is so talented, professional and very experienced .

Ayah recommended I get half balayage instead of a full head of highlights because of my hair’s texture. She was honest and looking out for what would be best for me. I booked a hair cut appointment with Aiya based on the good reviews listed here and could not be more disappointed with both the service and cut I received. Aiya seemed completely disinterested in what she was doing. She barely introduced herself, didn’t ask me any questions about my hair to understand what kind of cut I needed, made about four cuts and then dried my hair and ended the appointment. She didn’t ask how I wanted my hair styled or simple questions like how I part my hair. The resulting cut was uneven, choppy and my hair was styled flat and dead straight. I now have to find someone else to fix what she did. I would recommend going somewhere else or booking with another stylist.

Had my hair cut here a few weeks back when they reopened. The staff was friendly but I hate my haircut so much. Way to much was cut off and I feel that the hair stylist didn’t really deliver the style I wanted. I’ve waited to see if I would adjust to it, and I haven’t. They also forgot to give me a special treatment to deal with maintaining a healthy scalp, which wasn’t a big deal. I was only annoyed by this because they were pressing to sell me a hair scalp treatment to do at home instead which would have been more expensive. I did buy a hair product from them too and it doesn’t work amazingly and I think was overpriced because the product is for coloured hair (which mine isn’t). I don’t think this is a bad salon, that’s why I gave them two stars. My friend goes here and her hair is lovely, I would just make sure you’re stylist has heard what you want before the cut. And it was after Covid so who knows maybe the stylist was out of practice or something.

Since the lockdown I’ve been struggling to find someone to do my hair. I found Char le Blanc on Instagram. They offered a visual consultation and curb side pickup for the colour. I decided to give it a shot. I booked the consultation during which they were very knowledgeable. They go through the process step by step to make sure I’m getting the best results possible. They day of the pickup I was given full instructions on how to apply the product. The pricing was reasonable but the results are amazing! Thank you so much Char le Blanc salon! You gained a new client for life :)
