Paola is an EXCEPTIONAL stylist, went in for a cut and she gave me the absolute best cut I’ve had in my life. I went in with thin, lifeless hair and she cut it so expertly I have body that I didn’t know my hair had. Even after washing my hair it styles effortlessly. Worth every cent, Paola did miracles with my hair!!!!

All the ladies who work here are welcoming. Locks has a good vibe all the way through the appointment. Every time. They are great with my 8yr old daughter as well. She really enjoys her time with Jenny. As for my hair. I am so thankful to have someone (Jenny) who helps you find the happy medium of what will work / what is realistic for time / condition of hair / budget. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Locks! The staff are super friendly my hair dresser,Paola, has never disappointed me or my friends that I have sent to her. The products are great and the staff is knowledgeable about the products they offer. The salon itself is really clean and aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, a nice change from the sterile, pretentious salons that I have visited in the past. I also appreciated that they collected for the Mustard Seed food bank when I was in over the holidays! I highly recommend Locks Hair Design!

Best. Haircut. Ever. I’ve been trying to fix my long, dry, dead hair for over a year. Ive had brutal haircuts from elite stylists that left my hair lifeless and dishevelled. The google reviews are correct; Paola is an exceptionally amazing stylist. I can’t stop checking my hair out in the mirror. I haven’t had a cut like this......ever? Pretty awesome. Highly highly recommend. In an hour, I learned more about my hair type from Paola than I have over the past several years. And she’s so modest! Pretty cool.
