For a salon that claims to know about "how life gets busy", boasts about "high quality, affordable services using professional and experienced techniques" -- I would like to further express my complete disappointment in my utter unsatisfactory service that I previously paid for at the Fall River Head Shoppe. When I went in, I had grown out ombre that I had asked to have brightened and refreshed. At my seperate consultation before the actual appointment, the stylist had no problem in taking this on and assuring me that it could be done.
The technique that was then done was extremely unprofessional and slopped on to sections of my hair. After sitting in the sink for quite some time with the toner on, she took the towel off to reveal darker hair than what I had come in with. I asked for my current ombre to be brightened and refreshed... the service I received was quite the opposite. The appointment was made a day before I went on vacation so I spent a couple hundred dollars to go away with hair I hated. The "fix appointment" was booked for the day after I returned, but was then aburptly cancelled by the salon as THEY did not allot enough time to actually fix it. Once my schedule at work had calmed down enough for me to rebook and committ to the "fix appointment", the salon would no longer honor it. The toner had washed out within the first week and I am now walking around promoting your salon with bands of color demarcation ranging from dark to brass to red, with slopped-on bleach patches and orange tiger stripes throughout my entire head of hair. I work in the hospitality industry and know what good customer service is, and this is NOT it. Thank you for taking my money and refusing to make things right after giving me the worst color I have ever recieved from a salon.
