Amazing experience. We were there for a birthday surprise. The stylist kept us all laughing and even fit in a bang trim for me, plus he put me back together - I'd been up since 3:30 am! Prices were more than reasonable, we felt pampered every minute. Would go there again in a heartbeat!

Called to get full head foils done. Went there and they said they didn't have time for it. They thought just a color. I was very excited to finally get my hair done as I spend the last 10 month with my son in the hospital. So left my son with the nurses alone for nothing. I feel guilty for leaving him but we wanted to do family pictures and I for once wanted to look good again.

They were 30 minutes late to start the appointment. They spilled bleach on my shirt (which ruined it). AND while I was waiting for my hair colour to set in she tried to squeeze in another client's dye job. This made mine take twice as long ie. she kept saying things like "be back in ten" and would return ~25 minutes later. It was awful, I didn't feel cared for at all. The whole haircut and small dye job took two hours (including waiting for them to eve come get me at the start) and cost about $140. Absolute waste of money, there are plenty of nice salons in Halifax, I will never go to Casa Dante again.

After just having moved to Halifax, I set out to find a hair salon in my new city. Can’t tell you how pleased I am to have found Casa Dante ! Very nice salon and friendly front reception. When making the appointment and describing my hair (total mess at this point) they thought Liliane would be right for me. They were bang on ! Liliane is a total professional at her craft. She took a long time to assess my hair and offer suggestions. At her expert suggestion, ended up getting a toner/glossing treatment as well. Happy to say that both my husband and son lavished the compliments on me. Kudos to you Liliane ! ????????
