Go once a month to get a great short cut trim...love it! Students/supervisor Stephanie are so interested in making sure I am pleased. Had a pedi done, and the foot massage!! put me to sleep. Awesome. All SO reasonably priced.

The gal who did my pedicure was wonderful & was very personable. She did a great job. There was a constant flow of people through the room. Far too noisy. I understand the washroom was in there as the other washroom was in a room the new students were. The place seemed dirty. Floors not cleaned & the white towels shoud be in the garbage. One of The booties had a hole in it.. I understand they are students but my complaint has nothing to do with students but management. Also I find it bizarre they pay tuition and now are working for nothing to bring more money in for your academy & they aren't paid a nominal fee. Also I find it strange that Ms. McInnes doesn't allow the clients to call her by her first name. I worked in a law office for 30+ years & everyone referred to each other by their first name even with clients. I remember why I hadn't been back for a long time. Management is horrific.

The school offers so many services. Pedicures, hair cuts, nails, ect. The staff is friendly and the teachers are great. Lots of parking behind the bldg. Great prices.

I listened to my stylists suggestions about emphasizing my curls and all the products to put in it and I was really hesitant with the results at first but now that I've been outside and gotten to see it and touch it I love them. It's not my usual style but change can be good.

Hello Everyone! I've been using the Academy for a number of years now (& I'm over 72)! Staff Always listens to how I may want my hair cut/chopped/dyed or permed. The one time I had an issue (w/my crazy neckline) I was re-done w/no charge, yaaa. Love'N'Light. Ms. Dale
