If you value your hair, save YOUR money and skip this hairstyling place… my haircut was uneven and didn’t have a clue to cut hair properly. Very unprofessional

I made an appt with Marissa to do highlights to my hair. After when she was done with the highlights my hair was ruined and completely orange! I paid over $300!! She told me she would talk to the owner, Jenny. I sent Marissa pictures to show the owner the damage to my hair. The owner, Jenny called me and said it was against their policy to refund money!! .. Very unprofessional staff and management!! I will not recommend this salon to anyone.

Usually, after going to any hair stylist, I go right home and wash my hair and style it the way I want. With Vixen, I didn't wash or restyle, it was a perfect cut and colour.

I've been going to vixen for 12 years. Love the laid back atmosphere, music, and reading material offered. Never had a bad cut or colour and always feel like I've had a great hair therapy session when finished :-)

Very hard to try and get an appointment here and they don't take walk ins. I found the staff to be young and un-experienced. They were very quick and the girl didn't talk very much. At the end she was too busy trying to push products on me instead of asking me how my haircut was. I paid $175 for a haircut, style and wash. Seemed a bit pricey for my wallet.
