Mostly good, but can be a hit-or-miss. I've been here for men's cuts about 7 or 8 times now, and have had good experiences something like 80% of the time. There are some stylists here that really know what they're doing. For example, I usually book Jane for my cuts and they turn out better than I expect every time. Sometimes, I walk in without booking a stylist, and still the cuts turn out to be pretty good for the price. I booked an appointment today, but Jane was not available so I said I was okay with whoever is available. This turned out to be a mistake. The stylist I got (I'll not name here) did not seem to be experienced at all with men's hair. I tried as best I could to describe what I want, and give directions for corrections, but eventually I gave up as it was obvious I wasn't going to get what I wanted. The stylist also forgot to offer wax styling after the cut, but I don't think I missed out on much there. I'll probably have to book another appointment in a week or two to fix what was done today.

Eventhough, you made reservation you should wait for at least 1 hour in this salon, and it probably takes another 1 hour to get haircut because the designer try to get two or three people together. I STOP going to this place.

It was my second time getting a haircut from Michelle. Their price increased from $30-$35 (not a large difference). I was not greeted like other customers and even though I had an appointment and came on time, I waited for additional 15 minutes. They did not wash my hair and she just cut my dry hair. (She didn't even ask if I wanted to op-out of washing it). I should mention that the other customers for the cut there, had their hair washed. It was really hard to get the appointment with her and I was really disappointed with the service that I received this time around and how I was treated from the beginning, when I entered the store.

I think it's good and bad, only thing I would ask them will be get the hair off for me when we are done cutting the hair. I always had left over hair of mine on my face, ear and back of my neck. I think it's a must thing to do for customers when they are now paying over 40+ dollars. Beside I had never got bad experience from here. They had decent service.

I've been going to this place for only a couple of months now because I was going to it's sister location: Izzy Hair Salon. Same owner: Mattew. I originally started going to Izzy Hair Salon about 10 years ago and Mattew originally cut my hair but he recommended me to Michelle and she's been cutting my hair for about the last 3 or 4 years now. Both have been good to me and have always been very good at keeping their appointments on-schedule for the most part. The quality of the haircut and service is very good. It's the reliability, and consistency that has won my loyalty. I haven't "cheated" on them yet by going to another hair salon. I think a lot of the reviews may be skewed because people simply have to provide pictures and an explanation as to what they want.

I started getting my hair cut from this place from 2017 and always get my hair cut from Amy. Staff is friendly and courteous and I never had a bad experience. Full service cuts which include a wash after your done. They cut your hair the way you want and also provide inputs that may enhance your cuts look, only if you want. A+ and would recommend to try out their service.

Great experience. Pretty good price for women's haircut. Make sure you book an appointment or else they won't see you. Remind them to wash your hair before cut as that is included in the price of a women's cut. They used the feathering/layering scissors on my hair, which I'm not a fan of since that requires no technique. But other than that, I'm pretty happy with my haircut Edit: they increased prices. Now it's $35 for women's. I'm sure it was cheaper before, don't remember how much though. Maybe $30?

Great place, great staff, great price. It is a Korean salon so some of the stylist are not as fluent in English but you can see that they try and the staff will translate for you if needed. Plus they have a stamp card where every x amount of cuts, you get 1 for free. Highly recommend!

Rating: 0 Hair colour done was completely different from what was asked. Colour done was red-brown, what I asked for and showed picture of was ash blonde. When I commented that it was brown, she said it wasn't. The full hair colour was done instead of what I had asked for and showed her a picture of - balayage. TERRIBLE service. Rude and rough with your hair. Halfway through my cut, she literally went and gave somebody else a 15 min cut while I sat there with hair in my face. They are also hardcore about keeping your hands under the cover even when you're clearly just wiping the hair from your eyes. Showed 3 pictures for advice, she huffed and did long breaths and rudely remarked "i don't know!!! Pick one!!!" It looks horrendous and absolutely nothing like the picture. Would give negative stars if possible. Do not go here.

My second time here. First time was great, that's why I came back. Today I had Michelle cutting my hair. First off, I've never went to a hair salon for a cut & wash that lacked so much experience. My hair wash lasted NO MORE than 3 minutes. She didn't even put strength and effort to the wash. She literally just lightly massaged my head, not even my whole head, to be honest. Really? You call that a wash? Not to mention the water wasn't even WARM, it was like room temperature. We move on to the chair. I showed her 2 pictures and asked if she could do that, she said okay. I also showed her the length I had wanted. We both agreed. Who knew in the end that it was much shorter than what we both agreed on. Funny, eh? I will not be back.

Shes able to cut my hair the way I want it, but she can also recommend a cut that would suit me well based on my head shape/hair condition. I and my friend visited a couple of times, because only the price is cheap here. However, the service is the worst. They don't accept Creditcard. However, their machine don't even work sometimes when you pay by debit. Associates insulted that we could not pay with debit. They even said, "is this your card?" Thus, we had go to bank to withdraw cash. At the bank, we asked a teller, there was not any previous transaction at all, ,and my account and card are absolutely no issue. It was very suspicious. We went back to pay however, we will not go there any more.
