We called in and the person over the phone said that they usually close at 6. I'm not sure how or why they thought it would be acceptable to close up before 5:30.

A 5star is really accurate for them. Not only Rouzbeh is really good and experienced but he is so nice and polite. The other people that working there are also so nice. The parking is just a couple of minutes away and it's under the metro supermarket. As of today it's 30 dollar for men's cut and 32 dollars for cut and wash.

I had a talented hair artist take care of things. I went here because the ratings were so high and the prices seemed reasonable. I knew almost nothing about it but gave it a shot. Upon entering, I was lucky to be seated immediately and appointed a hair dresser on standby. I am sad to say I can't remember her name, but will update my review when I can. I think the name has 2 syllables, she had black hair with white dyed streaks. I am usually reluctant and pessimistic with hair cuts, but she exuded confidence which gave me some more confidence. I tried to explain how I had recently been getting my hair done as she quickly examined my head and got started. I started to realize how precise, fast and skilled she was with her hands as well as her sharp mind. Before I could finish explaining, I settled down and kind of just let her do it het way. She just needed an idea of length. It may have been the first time I enjoyed watching someone cut my hair because she was so focused and skilled. A talent and an artist. My haircut looked (and still looks) great. I would and most likely will return there for my next haircut. The other hair stylists must also be really good given the ratings here on google reviews. Made an appointment for my first visit, and the barber emphasized that I should be on time; so I got there 15 mins in advance and paid extra for parking. After more than 30 mins of waiting, the barber was still busy, so I had to leave to catch an event after. Overall, I wasted my time commuting there and waiting in line, in addition to the parking fees.

The price is still very cheap. Near nyc, it needs at least 45 and 30 for women to grow hair. I do straightening, which is still cheaper than nc salon. The previous one is not as good as this one. The potion used in general stores is not as good as here, and Shiseido is used for hair here! Very conscientious. The people in the store are very nice, but remember to set a time to do it. I was about to get off work today to do the straightening for 4 hours. Tina gave me the job before leaving, and also gave me the apple to eat. The person is super nice! I am Rouzbeh salon's customer since 2015. I just wanted to point out a few things for new customers about my experience in the past few years. Rouzbeh is always on-time, he manages customers in a way that waiting time is minimal. He always listens and does everything to keep you satisfied with your haircut. He is genuinely a nice person. Prices are very reasonable and lower than most of other places. Several times, he stayed longer (after hours) just for me as I had a special occasion to attend to. I got my wedding day haircut and style again from him a few days ago and my hair was awesome. I always recommend this place to my friends and family who are looking for a new hair salon/barber shop.

absolutely love this place and go to it all the time. i live in richmond hill but wouldnt think twice driving 45 minutes to get a hair cut from Rouzbeh because he is that great!. he is also extremely kind and well mannered and an absolute gentleman. i really enjoy the experience everytime i am at this hair salon. highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic! Recently moved to Toronto and gave this place a shot as its right across from where I live. The styling for my hair is quite complex and my first appointment was with Melika and she completely blew me away with her technique, service and overall knowledge of men's grooming. She takes her time with her clients and if you are a first time customer, she will spend 5-10 minutes simply assessing your hair before she even reaches for her tools. Ever since I availed her services, I haven't looked back. Since then she's introduced me to organic hair products and styling methods that have really helped me be happy and confident about my hair.
