I love getting my hair done by the lovely Andreea. She does an amazing job as a colorist. Been getting my hair done by her since I made the move to the city. Over the last 5 years I have followed her around the city to continue getting my hair done by her. I show her a pic of what I'm thinking and she will work her magic and make my hair beautiful! I havent gone to anyone else in the salon but I know from visiting that everyone is very talented at what they do! One thing to note is that if you want your hair blow dried it will be done by someone else or you can blow dry your own hair to save some cost :)

Tracy did an amazing job! I'm sooooo happy! The Salon is great and everyone is super nice. Tracy gave me beautiful highlights that lighted up my face in a way that I've never had before, and the most relaxing head massage. Totally worth it! I'll be back for sure!

I am IN LOVE with this salon!!! I did a BALAYAGE with Daria, and let me tell you- she is perfect!! I have been to a few TO salons for balayage, and my favourite hair stylist left so I was on a lookout for a new place for balayage. I am beyond happy with my hair, the service and the salon culture. Absolutely will not be going anywhere else for balayage!!

I have been seeing Andreea for years now and there is no one else in this world I would trust my extremely curly fine hair to then her. This woman is a true magician and somehow gets my dark brow hair to this gorgeous colour of blonde without EVER damaging the hair and making sure my curls stay healthy. I recently visited this salon through recommendations from my sister. As a person who has been hesitating to do highlights for 5 years just because I doubted if anyone can meet my expectations, I am very happy I chose them! Andreea (who did my highlights) was amazing! She’s professional, friendly and carefully listens to what you ask for! One of the very special things I liked about thia salon is how they support eachother. Andreea never hesitated to ask for second opinion if she needed to! And to me, this is a rare characteristic to find!! I loved their teamwork and I left there with an absolute satisfaction! I have thick black hair and she made them look a rose gold kind of highlight I asked for. It was a struggle for me to explain what I wanted in my imagination but still Andreea understood me too well!! Highly recommended!!!!

I've known Rodica and Effie for 20 years but I moved and then had a hard time finding them finally I came across instgram that ProHair Group was opening and I was so excited ! Went to get my hair there and was in the Best Hands . Rodica from way back was the best colorist and effie the best stylist cutting and styling !! Yesterday was so welcoming at ProHair Group , from when you walk in your looked after , not a worry at all about my hair , every strand was looked after !!! I in the past would feel itchy and never did I feel this here . My hair felt so nourished and the color looks awesome . They are all highly knowledge and the sweetest people to !!! The best Cappuccinos too !!! I left it in to her hands and I was super satisfied , she is truly a Global Master !!!!They all know everything about hair even things I never heard from others and knows wht suits your face too !!Love them all !!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Best hair salon I have tried in Toronto. Amazing, friendly and professional staff. Dasha the Colourist (instagram colourist_toronto) did absolute magic with my colour. I got exactly what I asked for. They only use top quality hair products. The colour lasts for so long. Would highly recommend this place if you care about your hair.

I follow my colourist, Andrea, everywhere she goes! And now that she is part of the pRO Hair Group team... I could not be happier. The location is brand new. Everyone on the team is passionate about what they do. There is so much positivity among the staff. I don't just enjoy the result of the work done on my hair, I also enjoy my time there and the experience. The moment you enter, you are treated to a beverage of your choice from the in house "barista" and always given a delicious snack on the side! More than what is provided, it is the thought behind it. Knowing that many people schedule their appointments as part of their day's busy to-do list, they understand that you may be coming in for you appointment in need of a little something to tide you over. They also have the most comfortable and unique lounge chair at the sinks when you're getting your hair washed. And they always give you at least a 2 to 3 minute scalp massage as part of your wash. If you are looking for a perfect match for a root touch up, or a colour change up to shake up your look, then trust yourself to Andrea's chair. This woman is magical! I go in looking tired and come out looking 10 years younger with a bright, fresh colour and look. For those of you who live in the Bayview and York Mills area, this will quickly become your new local go to spot. I don't live in the area, but I still drive out here because after 10 years of following Andrea, this is my favourite location and she is the only one I trust!

My first time at the pRO Hair group after many failed attempts at other very expensive salons. This team is by far the best there is in the city and the nicest group of ladies you will encounter. They are all very skilled, professional and my colour correction turned out to be amazing,. Don't think twice booking an appointment at the salon! I drove for an hour to get to this salon hoping for a better result than past salons and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you pRo Hair Group. Note: This is unsolicited feedback. So this is the place...no need to look further!!! Top clientele service from the most impeccable group of artists!!! I have had the honour of having a bunch of beautiful artists work on my hair...there is no better feeling then walking down the street and having not only men...but women looking at me!!! ???? My hair colourist named Andreea IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN COLOURIST ON THIS PLANET!!!! I am always a blonde and never have I had any breakage, hair that looks dull, orange any of the blonde girl problems. Not only is she great with my colour but I have seen many transformations over the 15 years that I have dedicated my head to lol She is passionate about her work and she will not allow u to leave her chair until every inch of strand is perfect!!! Rodica and her team are some of the best this city has to offer. I've experimented with lots of salons and this one is by far the best. Rodica is so intuitive about what would look great and she knows colour better than anyone else I've gone to. The entire team there is so friendly and helpful, and they know what they are doing! I have had a wide variety of different colour looks done by them and I have never been disappointed. My hair always grows out so nicely and is still healthy even after dying it bleach blonde, pink, red, purple, etc. You must try this fantastic salon if you want flawless colour from true professionals.
