She does amazing working on my eyebrows and eyelash tint. I’m picky when it comes to anyone dealing with my face and Liza has the magic touch. Came there 1st time and wasn't impressed by service. They have variety of services they provide and it could be a great place to do everything at once. I just did one thing and they charged me even more compering to the place next door earlier, where I did 3 things. At least I expected good quality job, but not happend. Husband didn't even recognize I was at the salon and said I do better this stuff myself at home, just takes me more time. Stylist seemed like she didnt know what she was doing and hurt me all over the place. Sad experience.

I absolutely love this place, I've been getting my hair done here for years (as well as makeup for weddings and prom, waxing, and facials...). All the ladies are super friendly and experienced, it feels like family. My mom gets her mani/pedis here every month, and my cousin had all her bridal party's hair and make-up done by Irene and Roxanna. I can't recommend them enough, thanks gals!

To say that I am ecstatic is putting it mildly...Was recommended by a friend from Weight Watchers and I called and got an appointment.. From the minute I walked in the door I felt at home.. I had a colour, highlights, cut and style and I LOVE IT!!! Irene was amazing. I love the cut and she explained why she was doing it this way and everyone who saw me come in and when I left were very impressed... I'm been going to Headway for 27 years and have never had a bad haircut. My family relies on Irene and her staff to do their hair in the latest trends. When my niece married we were delighted to find that then staff would travel to Uxbridge to do the girls hair. Considering it was a hot and humid August day the girls hair held help for the entire day. What I didn't realize until recently was that Irene was trained in male hair grooming, of the facial kind. I'm happy to say my oldest son doesn't look like a Neanderthal on a bad day. I'm looking forward to Irene and her staff attending to my future daughter-in-law on her wedding day. It will be a family affair. They cater to seniors needs too. My mom can't do stairs so they bring their services to her, everything from wash and sets to manicures and pedicures.

I have been coming to Headways regularly for a couple years now. Roxana is a miracle worker. I first showed up with completely knotted and frazzled hair. It took Roxana 3 hours to fix my mess. She turned me into a whole new person. I now come every month or 2 to maintain my healthy hair. Cant thank her enough for her time, compassion and willingness to tackle all this hair. I also started coming to see Liza for nails! And eyebrows. Shes wonderful too. And it's such a relief to just sit and talk with somebody. The entire environment is wonderful.
