Had my haircut in there and it was terrible both times. I usually keep my hair long and it's usually cut in at least 20 to 30 minutes while these guys cut mine in less than 10 minutes. They didn't use haircut scissors (!! Which is weird and not good and proper for the style I clearly asked). Not coming back again.

Hi Wayne and staff. My mother and I go for several years to the salon. As long as you explain what you want in a nice manner the salon staff will work with you. If an error is done they will correct. Wayne do you work from home at all these days.

Great place for great care of your hair! I've been coming here since 2015 and have only had satisfying haircuts from this hair salon. There is an older Italian gentlemen that works there by the name of Mario. Amazing specialist and true professional when it comes to hair. Has over 60 years experience in the field. I truly recommend him. The other employees are good, but no one comes close to the passion and knowledge of this hair professional. Thank you Mario and may you continue to cut hair and make people happy for another 60 years. ❤

Today me and my husband have visited this location for a hair cut.When i called them to know the price of layer cut they told me it’s 22-25.But they took 28$ from me.There is a staff who has white coloured hair which is the worst salon staff i ever met. I told him that i need a long layer cut and showed a reference picture.He said ok and finally he had done U cut on my hair.I argued with him that this is not layer cut.He told me that see i can see layers on your hair and it’s good.I made an issue with him and so that he has made 2 cuts on my hair.I came back to home and really annoyed while seeing my hair.It was not layer cut.I have shown some pics with Indian salon hair stylers who are friends and they asked me what rubbish they have done ☑️On your hair and we can’t see the layere here. So please guys don’t go there.But there is a lady who has done professional haircut on my hub’s hair.It was so stunning.Or else don’t go there especially to that boys

Not happy at all with the service here. They never follow directions or special instructions. I've asked a number or times for them not to use the blow dryer on the back of my neck (where a lot of the hair sits after I have my head shaved) and instead to use a brush to remove the hair so it's not down my back. The never listen and I end up having to go back home to take a shower instead of being on my way to where I was going. On top of that they're constantly talking amongst themselves and sometimes stop all together to go do something else. I was getting a wash here when the lady just decided to leave me to go talk to someone else. Sure it's cheap. But I'd rather pay more and get better service. I will not be returning to this place again.

Avoid at all cause. I dont think they understand english. When you tell them what kind of hair cut u want they will say "i know i know" but they actually dont understand. Very disappointed. If they can only put back the hair i would. Thats how unhappy we are with this place. So if you love your hair. Stay away from here or bring translator with u so they would understand.

Don't go there. This place has a conditional warning inspection as they don't clean their stuff between customers. Their customer service is attrocious, they don't give a damn on how you look like or not, they just want to get the money from the next customer and kick you out. They didn't even finished my son's haircut when they rudely ask me to take him off the chair as they were done with him. The city should close down this place for good

Went in for a men haircut, showed the barber a picture of the hair I wanted - 6:4 part with the sides at least 1 inch. During the cut my scalp felt constant uncomfortable pressure not only from the barber’s fingers, razors but also from the shower head water speed. Even though I displayed the picture of the hairstyle I wanted, my barber still went ahead and shaved all my sides and back to 1/8 inch and styled a one sided part, that has nothing alike to the hairstyle I showed. Overall a very unpleasant haircut experience

Poor service, I went there yesterday with my Boyfriend and we’re not happy, my boyfriend complains he got a different cut, he told the barber what kind of cut he wants and he said yes but turns out he shave all the sides of my boyfriend’s hair instead of faded style. And I don’t like the lady that cuts my hair she’s brushing my hair and if there’s like crumpled hair she just brush it up hardly didn’t realize she gonna hurt her customer, I really hate it and it feels like she’s not happy of what she’s doing ????
