I ASKED for a simple cut and I even showed them the photo. And what I got was no were near that. When I came back Home I noticed how uneven fade is at the side of my head and the back whole different mess. I Called guy said come back we will fix it. When I did. They refused saying its problem with my biology. Man if you knew by your experience why the heck u did not cut accordingly. And my hair grow properly. Its these guys don't know how to cut. My whole head is mess up. Now If I have to go out I have to wear hat or something to cover my head up. Because these guys messed up. I might be the only one who had bad experience. But these guys don't know how to cut hair. And when you tell them what they did wrong and show it. They cover it like they are the doctor and Its my first time talking a hair cut. Seriously man such bad shop. So unhappy about it. I Hate myself I went to this place at first place.

I got my hair cut twice here, and I liked the experience. Soft calm people. If you're a guy in his early 20s just go there. People are good at their job there ???????? Also it's pretty cheap I paid $11 including tip and tax.

I like this saloon. But try to get your hair cut from guys working on station number 1 or 3 or 5. All are very polite. Try to pay by cash because for card transaction they will charge you a loonie extra.

It's a good place to get a haircut if you like simple styles. Don't ask for anything too complicated. I've told them a few times to keep my hair long on the top and then always cut it way too short ????

Terrible place. They do not know how to properly do layers. My hair was ruined and from the bottom it wasn’t even properly cut. They argue with you after. Do not go here if you are a female. They are not too bad with male hair

Used to charge me $13 for a men's haircut. Now suddenly charging me $18 without prior agreement because I'm a girl but still gets men's haircut? For a simple 20 minute cut, not worth it. A shame.

Horrendous experience. The lady- Lily, was doing my hair and she absolutely spoilt it. She doesn't know how to do layers. She cut awful bangs. Burnt my forehead with iron and didn't even apologize. When I said she spoilt my hairstyle, she argued saying because I didn't take a hair wash at their shop that's my hair looks like this. Then she said because I had partition in my hair in the morning, thats why she cannot set it right now. In short, she kept on blaming me for her shortcomings. Good place for guys, i believe, but horrible place for gals! Never go there girls!

Based on previous reviews, looks like it's a hit or miss here. I asked for a comb over fade. Lily hooked me up. She took her time and finessed that shizzzz. For $15 (cut, wash, style), you can't go wrong. I left feeling like I got my money's worth.

Don't get your hair cut by the girl who has short hair, especially if you're a man. She's careless and doesn't even look at what she's doing. I had my hair cut by her twice and it is terrible. My hair is not even.

I have been to this hair salon and never again. They gave me a hair cut in 5 min and the guy who was working on my hair was working as if he wanted to get rid of me asap. He made me look so bad that I had to go to another salon after that. Take my advise this is not the place for the hair cut.

Very poor service, unexperienced staff After 40 min long wait she called me in for waxing She literally burned my skin, didn't even know which side to pull off the wax strips and OMG she put like triple wax on my skin we literally need to wipe it with a tissue for couple of min--didn't even apologize for single time I couldn't bare the pain so actually left without completing my full wax and had to go to different salon I will never ever come back to this place ever again Pathetic service and no empathy towards customers
