Love the location, vibe, cleanliness, service (hand cream, coffee/tea, head massage..), positive energetic staff, everything perfect! I’m seeing Christie and she is excellent!!!???????? I didn’t plan to go with some highlights so I didn’t book a longer spot, but Christie managed to have some extra time for me so I was leaving more then satisfied. Because I’m not always 100% sure what I want to do with my hair, she always help me to decide and I never regret the decision made. Definitely recommending to everyone☺️ Thank you Christie!

I’ve been coming to Zazou for a while now and always feel like they pay such good attention to my hair, taking time to listen to what I’d like and I always have a great experience. I used to go to Veronica before she left and recently moved to Christie. Was a bit nervous at first with changing hairdressers cos my hair can be a bit problematic but Christie was super professional and did such a good job. Always look forward to coming back here again.

Love this place! Unfortunately this review is based on my experiences pre covid about 2.5 years ago. But then it was top notch! They made me and my daughter feel like a princess! The stylist who trimmed my little girls hair was super sweet. The last stylist I had though didn’t do a fantastic job on my colour and he was kind of rude sarcastic at times. Everyone else, front staff, the tray they bring you while you’re waiting, skincare lady, that awesome washroom, made it a wonderful experience!

What a lovely atmosphere at this location (Lonsdale Avenue). The Lynn Valley location is also great, but a bit different in that this one is smaller and feels a little more ... quaint? Thorough is the word I would use - from washing to drying to triple checking to finishing. Annette is so personable and just my cup of tea. Having not had a cut in 2+ years, there was no judgement. I also really appreciated that, even though I said "do whatever you like ... it's hair and it'll regrow", she didn't do anything crazy or complicated. I like that. A professional who can steer their client towards what's best for them. ????
