I've been going here for many years, and the hairdressers here are super friendly. I've always received great haircuts for a good price! However, my recent haircut will be my last. Why? There was no receptionist, which made it super stressful for the hairdressers working. During my haircut, my hairdresser shaved part of my eyebrow off... on top of that, the hairdressers started arguing which made me super uncomfortable. My haircut looks awesome though but I wish my eyebrow wasn't shaved off ????

Received a very good haircut today by Eva. She was thorough, took her time and did not talk my ear off like the stylist next to us who was using her outside voice inside. Overall all though a great deal for a walk in hair cut.

I have been going to Nicole at Select Hair Design at Park and Tilford for over 15 years. Nicole is always attentive, takes good care of me and we have nice discussions. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and from what I gather from her vast clientele, quite adept in her profession. I highly recommend her... she makes everyone look beautiful!!

I was a client of Lena for a 7 years. I was partial happy about my hairstyle but never about how she cuts my banngs. Last accident happened when I went there to see her for my hair colour. She did colour and in the main time taking other lady but completely ignoring me and be rude wit me at all time. She came to chak the chair ,I am seating on,for hair our spots but not at my t shirt. Which starting to be wet and hairclour was dripping all on me and at my back. I told her and the answer I got was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her about what problem she have today and why is she so unfriendly with me. Just to make short,she sad thank she can't finish me that day and I was end by asking around who can take me. Very unprofessional and rude behavior of Lena. I decided after a Month to call her and make things good again.I talked to her in the phone she sad yes you can come and make appointment. So I did after a week and she already told receptionist about myself going to call. So she out me in gold for a while and at the end she told me Leena will call you. She never call me back.So this is going to be my last call ever to this rude salon,when there are talking about you in there language and you know what there are doing.Talking about client in front of client in three Vietnamese language. Bad experience ever.Will.never go back.

They are friendly and carry a good hair dresser atmosphere - but I'm now convinced they are more focusing on women's styling and not everyday hair cuts as they keep getting worse and worse, to the point I don't think they even know what normal hair cuts are called or look like and just make stuff up that isn't even close. I remember being able to ask any hair dresser anywhere for a Caesar. They'd ask me how short - I'd tell them - and get a Caesar cut. As the years go on, I have to had to explain and look up photos of Caesars to show them. After 2 years of having to cut my own hair, I thought I'd treat myself to a real haircut. Asked for a Caesar, they said sure thing... and in incredible speed started to give me a straight up military crewcut - which I am now stuck with. I'm sure you guys are amazing at advanced stuff - but please re-learn the basics. As a casual cut I can find the humour in this, but if this was for some important event I would be extremely upset. Caesars are NOT crewcuts - not even close.

Went there last week and lady asked right away how I wanted it.. Pretty simple. Number 4 sides and leave length on top. Cut up to half inch on top.. So she cuts the side and starts taking an inch off the top. I say right away don't cut so much and she says "oh it's gonna look great" and I say keep the length... I was shocked.. What am I gonna start yelling? She starts with and inch then keeps cutting and cutting.. Don't ask people what they want if you don't listen! German or Dutch lady mid 50s..

I took my daughter to get bangs. It looks terrible. Its so short and uneven. It looks like a 3 year old cut it. I would never ever go there ever again.

The person who attended me was extremely sick. I felt so bad for her because she was struggling coughing and could tell she felt terrible. As a result she was aggressive while handling my head and gave me the quickest half assed hair cut I've ever received. Uneven sides and even missed some spots. You should not have extremely I'll people working, lost a customer.

I had a horrible experience with Eva the hairdresser AND this salon in general. Days later I am yet to hear anything back after leaving my contact info. ALL BE WARNED this is how they handle a mess up that is a "hairthin" line away from a legal problem, so be advised how much they dont care. So I had suffered a MINOR CHEMICAL BURN, after having highlights put in. In the immediate days suffering from discomfort, worried, I went to the doctor -who proceed to let me know and my skin was flaking and peeling, because now a week later it was trying to heal from a chemical burn.NEEDLESS to say this upset me some. About 2 weeks ago - I went in to get my hair cut and foils (highlights) put in. I was so looking forward to this, I actually came back and requested Eva by name because I was so happy with how she did my hair last year. Oh how wrong was I. The day of, she was tired, quiet and kept sighing. to the point I felt she didnt want to be there at all. As i sat with the foils that have been in my hair for too close to an hour already, I as put in a head fan; a tremor of worry did ran through my head- but hey - I shrugged it off, after all, I did go in to a professional! Or so I thought. Fast forward to about a week ,as my scalped developed quite the sensitity to touch and got extremely irritated in the one spot I wear my wireless headset - to the point where it drew blood. This has NEVER happened to me before, in all my years of having my hair done at various places. So here comes the part that was the most upsetting to me, due to the fact that I DID LIKE THIS PLACE. Same day I go to the walk in clinic - I go to the salon, in person, to inform them what had happened. I am greeted by a clueless receptionist who gawks at me after I explain why im back. The hairdress Eva, whos nearby sweeping the floor - proceeds to come over, question me and basically dismiss my claim as to anything had happened. She asked to see my head burns, and as I proceed to show her my bleeding scalp she remained insessantly quiet. To summarize she asked what she expected them to do about it? I asked for AT MINIMUM to be compensated for the medication I had to buy. Another hairdresser who I dont have the name of tried to step in and let me know that they dont have a manager and cannot give out the owners info as I requested.She also tried to tell me its up to me as a customer when I go in to a hairsalon to let them know about any allergies - this was not an allergy, this was medically confirmed to be a BURN BY CHEMICALS THAT HAVE BEEN LEFT ON TOO LONG! Them dismissing my concern and ignoring my coplaint is what has been upesetting them most. So.., I am spreading the word since I am yet to hear a WORD back from them. So many levels beyond disapointing.

When your hair dresser quietly mumbles "wait wait wait wait wait" to herself while fumbling with what she's going to do next, you know you're in trouble. When your hairdresser uses your hair as an excuse as to why something isn't working halfway in, you know you're in trouble. When your hairdresser finishes your haircut with "its ok, this style is very popular nowadays" when she clearly missed the mark, you know you're in trouble. When you get Eva, you know you're in trouble. She completely ignored what I had asked for and proceeded to just give me the cop-out Macklemore cut. Now I look like a toothbrush. The entire time, she looked frustrated and like she had completely lost control. I tried asking her to blend in the top and the sides, but decided to call it good before she did any more damage. Don't get me wrong, I normally get incredible cuts here from most of the staff (Debbie, Justin, Danny), but every time I get Eva its a total crabshoot. Be warned.

Totally not professional she was keep cutting my hair and if i had not stopped her she would cut my front head to 1/2 inch my hair was to my chin and now is one inch and she said it wasn’t even i had to cut it so how unprofessional you are that you couldn’t make it even in 10 inch hair to cut down to one i use to be picky my hair god that im not but if you are picky never go to this place
