My previous long time stylist refused to get the covid vaccine so I had to make the decision to change stylists, but needed to arrange for highlights & cut pretty quick as it had been a few months since seeing her. I called Mojeh as this location was very convenient for me, and set up an exact day & time to meet her for a quick consultation. I arrived for that appointment and waited for 20 minutes. When she still had not showed up, I spoke with the other stylist there at that time, Debbie. She said that I should text her to arrange a time for my cut & colour and to assure her that I wouldn't mention to the other woman that I had done this, I assured her I wouldn't. I sent 2 texts a couple of days apart to Debbie, neither of which was responded to...at all! I've no idea whether or not these stylists are competent at cutting hair, but I can judge both of them on their overall professionalism and that is sorely lacking. I never did receive a call to explain why the initial appointment was forgotten about! I did however find a great stylist elsewhere who did a phenomenal job and who did show professionalism at every step of the process.

For my first visit since lock-down, I was very impressed by the safety precautions which have been put in place. My new cut and colour looks really great!! Also the decor is really beautiful.
