Not all hair stylists were experienced. Mine didn't know how to handle extensions. Didn't fully curl my strands (had to go home and fix the last 2 inches of my hair) and didn't blend the hair together in any kind of way. The braided half-up section was so unnatural looking with slicked and clearly parted sections. Most useless $100 I've ever spent. Be careful about who is styling your hair!

Such a nice salon. Got my hair cut and styled by Sarah, she was very pleasant. Hair feels fresh and healthy again! They have a very good selection of hair and skin products as well, will be back for more services in the near future.

Absolutely love this spa ! Me and my fiancé come here every year for couples massages on our anniversary (and sometimes for birthdays). I've gotten my hair cut here and absolutely loved the end product (Maxine aced the angled bob), and Katey is an amazing RMT ! My shoulders and back never felt better!

The spa is bright and clean. I love the details put into creating a warm atmosphere. I've visited a competing spa and was turned off when the bed they put me into had dirty sheets. Tranquility is now the only place that I'll go to. Jess was great and spent the time in ensuring that I had the best experience. Great experience all around.

Friendly service, beautiful salon, but I was quoted $60.00 for a wash/cut/color and paid over $150.00 without the wash. I have long hair so I expected to pay more but I also explained my length clearly when booking and getting a quote.

Be careful getting a massage here. They will book you for an RMT and try to switch you to see an Esthetician without telling you so they can make a better profit margin. Shady owner that will pass the blame to the employees because they're all hired as contractors.

This place is welcoming and relaxing. They cater more to the female crowd from my experience there. I use their services for massages and I haven't been disappointed. From a client perspective I would love to see a more scaled up option for massage therapy as I believe they have one full time RMT and sometimes it's more difficult to book. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating, they are also attentive to online bookings with both email and phone follow ups.

All of the staff members are welcoming and the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The waxing services are fantastic, I haven't had the opportunity to try anything else but customers always seem to be leaving happy. I would recommend tranquility to everyone!

We don't need holiday manicures and pretty little nails that cost more then are hydro bill we need a fair priced messages and package deal maybe your team can look at what's going on and maybe offer better $$deals on those who are depressed from this world epidemic and maybe look at this like a crisis and not a beauty shop in need of customers and then who knows maybe them you'd be packed right now WE NEED PLACES LIKE THIS TO COME TOGETHER AND OFFER SOME PEACE OF MIND BY slightly more offardable fully body messages or mud facials or pedicure less painted more relics in nerves damage from the hype!!!!???????

Kyle in the salon is amazing with my hair and super friendly too! Always makes sure I'm comfortable. He is my go to hair stylist. Melissa did my pre-wedding mani, pedi and eyebrow wax and was great! Nathalie is incredibly talented at doing eyelashes. She listens and understand what you want and does it perfectly for you. I definitely recommend this place. I only wish their prices weren't that high.

I used to always go there all the time and loved it until the last time I went. They over booked therefor I didn’t get in till 15 minutes after my appointment started and then I paid for a 75 minute facial and eyebrow waxing appointent and was so rushed that the entirety of my appointment that should’ve been around 80-85 minutes lasted 30 minutes. I called to ask if there was any way to get some money back as I didn’t get the full service I paid for and they said I could come in for another facial and they’ll give me 10% off. Are you kidding me? You think I’ll ever go there again? They eventually gave me like 15$ back but I will never go there again and will never recommend them to anyone which is a shame because they used to be my favourite spot in town.

I'd give it 1/2 star or less I drove my wife in and while sitting there got treated to a full course of glares and up turned nose attitude with comments "why are you here waiting this isn't a place for guys, you should wait outside"

I’ve been coming to Tranquility for years, and love the atmosphere and energy in the salon. I always leave happy, and thoroughly enjoy my service. My stylist is incredibly talented and can always bring my hair goals to life. All staff are very friendly & smiley. A bit expensive, but totally worth it!
