Paulene is the best the business. She is such a passionate Hairdresser and Owner and I have seen this consistently for the past five years. She has been one of the only hairdressers that is extremely knowledgeable and is always learning new skills that she can pass onto her clients. Due to this, she has the capability to personalised your exact needs for the long term. Her customer service is amazing and she trains her staff extremely well. She truly is the best hairdresser!

Just went back as unhappy with colour showing greys in hair line only 1-2 weeks after colour. Told just regrowth! A home boxed colour lasts 4 weeks so why would I suddenly have such a spurt of regrowth! Sorry, but colour here is a rip off unless you can afford touch ups every 3 weeks which is what they suggested! Shame because stylist did a really good job.

Completely disappointing and unacceptable. Where to begin. Haircut took 3.5 hours, was uneven, cut way shorter than I asked, and apprentice left my hair in a sink of running water while washing someone else’s hair. Salon was completely overbooked. Paulene deflected and blamed her staff instead of taking ownership for the poor management of time. 1 other customer had to go home because she was running so far behind and another complained about the wait time so Paulene left cutting my hair half way through my appointment to start working on her other client, so I sat in the chair with wet hair for almost an hour. When Paulene came back to resume my hair she didn’t know which piece of her she had been cutting and continued to hack away without any checking of the cut. Someone else blow dried my hair. The whole experience was a mess. Washed my hair the next day and saw it was so uneven- so I requested a refund from over the phone which the salon manager Amelia kindly agreed to. I had to get it fixed by another salon and now it’s 6 inches shorter than I wanted and I’ll never get those 3.5 hours back!

Disgusting!!! ! Overpriced salon for such a poor job and service. Don t waste your time on promising treatments that are just a gimmick to make profit. The few grey hair and roots coverage colour was very dull and average, after the treatment the hair was still very dry, not to mention the endless 4 hours spent The final touch was when I arrived home to realise I was left with embarrassing yellowish stains all over my face Unacceptable for a price tag of $ 470 AUD Any regular hairdresser can do better without all the fuss and the price tag NOT WORTHY
