I had an appointment for 3.15pm. Ad due to subway delays i reached 25 minutes late for which I had called and informed them as soon as I heard delay announcements on the train. At that point the receptionist very nicely said. Its not a problem do come. Soon as I reached. She had a change of attitude ad so she told me off saying I was late and my 75dollar worth cut which included shampoo cut and style can no longer be done due to shortage of time. The stylist came out and discussed the cut with me wasting my 10 minutes. And then told me that he can only offer a dry cut which means no shampoo nor styling . On inquiring I was told that the dry cut would cost me the same. I was so excited for my cut. They have zero friendliness. No one smiles. Although I was trying to be nice and friendly no one even smiled back. Horrible salon experience. Never had a worse experience even ina third world country.

My first time & impression with Angela S is that she's a beautiful & sweet Asian lady. She's very careful & attentive with my hair cut. I like the way she cut my hair. When I call for my first appointment, I was told it'll probably takes 3 weeks but the reception lady told me she'll try to book me an appointment next day, she called me few hours later & managed to book my first appointment next day with Angela S at 11am which I accepted happily. The place is very bright & pleasant, also very clean. There're lots of hair styling chairs. I'm looking forward to my second hair cut with Angela, I think she'll be my hairstylist from now on.????

Stephanie is a literal hair surgeon - I live in suburbia and she is worth the effort. Are you looking for someone to tell you whatever you want will work on your hair? Do you want to go from black to platinum silver in one go? Are you ok with ratty looking extensions? Do you want to be in & out really fast? Steph is not the stylist for you. BUT If you want someone who will take the time to help you decide on the cut & colour to suit your features and personality, or are looking for one of the best of 2 human hair extension artists in Toronto trained in California, look no further. She will not rush you, so be forewarned. But if you're not sure if what you're doing is working, and are ready for a tweak & update, go see Steph.

Her attention to detail is off the charts and she is a true talent at what she does. Cut, colour and extensions - I'm never disappointed when I leave the salon! I had my hair done here for the first time on the weekend. I was really nervous because I was making a big change. From the moment I walked in that all changed. The staff there are so incredibly nice and welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful with comfortable chairs and state of the art equipment. I had my hair highlighted, cut, and styled by Stacy. She did a phenomenal job and was so patient and so unbelievably nice. She definitely made my experience more relaxing. I will definitely be going back next time I need anything done to my hair.

Just wanted to leave a great review for new stylist Angela! Great customer service throughout the experience and loved my cut & balayage. Loved how she went about refreshing my existing grown-out balayage (from another studio) - it was just what I asked for - texture, dimension but still quite natural to blend into my jet black natural hair. I have had the worst experience ever. I didn't get what i had asked for instead she litterally blonde my hair with purplish tone. Eventually that little weird purple color also washed away in just one wash. Also very expensive. Not recommended at all.

Audrey Adriane Petrosyan messaged in a group looking for clients to build her balayage portfolio. I scheduled an appointment with her for 2 weeks later and had confirmed it when I gave my phone number and she followed up with this address. She then cancelled the appointment five hours prior to indicating she had to complete someone's duties. I understood and asked to reschedule for next week as I needed this done for a wedding and cancelled my hair appointment with my usual stylist. She apologized and said she would get back to me. It's now been a week of reading my messages and not making contact. The salon looks very professsional and promising. It's disappointing that they hired this stylist.

I just got my hair done with her and she is the ONLY hairstylist who can get my hair to the right shade of blonde and the right cut. She actually listens to what you want and some how makes it perfect. I have literally followed her to every salon she’s worked at and will continue to do so!

Absolute miracle workers - not in a ‘we will do crazy stuff to your hair’ way but in a ‘we will make even the regular look great’ way! I walk in with damaged, kinda dull looking hair and I come out with my hair feeling and looking healthy and shiny for days!!!! And it’s not just your hair they are so great with, it is also how they make you feel in the salon. They are super friendly, warm yet very-very professional. It’s my absolute favorite in the city. I can trust them with my hair every single time. (PS: I have had my hair done from Georgia and Angela on different occasions, and they are both equally talented and amazing).

The hair artist was very nice, but she gave me something completely different from what I showed her. Pretty much the exact opposite. I know I am at fault for giving in to her recommendations but I really thought she understood exactly what I wanted, she made it seem like she'd adjust it to better suit my face shape, but really, she gave me something that resembles nothing what I came in asking for. I wish I hadn't come here at all. I'm super unhappy with how I look right now, and on top of that it cost me a pretty penny.

She definitely knows the right questions to ask you and pays attention to fine details. Great location, close to Osgoode station. The salon is so clean and filled with loads of natural light as it has massive windows facing south. All staff is required TG technical training/education and testing. They are constantly on the forefront on trends. They are also very friendly and helpful

There were pros and cons to my experience at Muse **I took transit to Muse and the GPS map brings you around to the back of the salon, so be mindful if you're using GPS to walk around to the front lol, I found myself in an alleyway behind Muse** For this review I had purchased a Groupon for a cut and colour- I booked my appointment and requested if I could pay extra for balayage. Pros: -Their recliners chairs at the hair-wash station are fabulous, no stress on your neck, super, super comfortable! A+. -My stylist for cut, colour and balayage was with Min. - Min did a dry-haircut for me since I wear my hair straight. It was well done, and she evened out my hair since my last hairstylist kind-of lopsided my hair. I appreciated that she noticed the mistakes and corrected it beautifully! A+ -My colour turned out amazing, beautifully blended, and not brassy (my hair before Muse was a mix of brown/blond/red/orange)-HOWEVER- Cons: -I did not receive a balayage. I noticed this after I went home that it's a full head of highlights. so I feel upset that I paid for balayage and received a full head of highlights. Although, the highlights are wonderful; so if you're looking for highlights Min is definitely your go-to-girl. The highlights are fine, not overwhelming and are nicely blended. She really took her time to make sure they were done correctly. - The salon was very cold. It was my understanding that they were doing renovations, but I felt really uncomfortable from the cool temp. Overall, I am happy with Muse. I wish I could have gotten the balayage I was expecting, but I am very happy with Min's colour job.I would trust her %100 as a colour-technician. I have received many compliments. I would consider going back to Muse to readjust my hair into a balayage. EDIT 3/26/17: Thank you Muse for your response. I do agree that I lucked out with such an amazing price, and great services. I have been able to reflect on my visit, and understand that a colour correction was probably best in order to achieve a natural looking balayage in the future. With my base colour looking a lot more natural now, perhaps a balayage could work next time :) Hope to see you soon, thnx ! A+

I'm so happy that I found a great new salon and stylist in my neighbourhood. I booked an appointment with Wylon and after showing him several reference photos and consulting me on level of maintenance I was willing to commit to (which is very little at this time) he gave me a style that reflected exactly what I wanted. It's about two weeks later and I'm still loving the cut. The salon is clean and modern without being pretentious and the services are very reasonably priced given the quality.

I am a regular with Georgia and it is always a pleasure. She has always been on time and chatty. My appointments fly by. She is very patient with my extremely thick hair (she was the first hairstylist I saw after like 6 months of quarantine - so the hair knots were no joke) and always makes great recommendations for caring for my hair at home! I always get my hair done by Georgia. She is very professional and listens carefully to what look you are going for. I went to get my balayage done yesterday and she did a fantastic job just the way I wanted my hair to look. I also ask her for suggestions when I am confused about what color I want to go for. Whether its a haircut, root touchup, styling, balayage or highlights she is my go to person.
