I went in and during consultation I told her I wanted a change and gave her a blank canvas. I said you can do anything you want as long as I could still put it up. I didnt care if it just fit back as long as I could squeeze it into a tiny ponytail. I left with the same hair I had when I went in except it was a little shorter. The girl was very nice, the cut was nice, the salon was nice and clean. I would still recommend them, I personally was disappointed but it was my first time there and the girl doesn't know me yet. I've seen work done at the salon and there's some gorgeous work done at The Hairport.

I’ve been going to Hairport since last summer for couple of times, I would say, probably one of the best options for gents haircut in north bay in terms of mastery, price and people, though they have rigid business hours.

I love the atmosphere that Keegan has created here. All of the girls are really kind, down to earth, friendly ladies. The chairs are so comfy too! The capes now have arm slots if you need to poke a hand out, which I found to be very helpful for scratching my nose! Hahaha. It's nestled in a pretty little spot on Cassels st, great location! P.S. She still has the very best deals I've ever encountered & I've never had a complaint regarding any of my cuts. Xo

I brought my son to get a mohawk and was not pleased. the mohawk was crooked and the length of hair varied making it look messy and like he had cut his own hair. when I called to complain they offered a credit and refused to return my payment as I had already paid someone else to fix it. I will not be returning here again.

I went today and got a crazy hair color at my request, I was nervous as it was such a massive change for me.Anissa did my color and IT IS AMAZING!!!. It was my first time there and was made to feel completely at ease. Will be returning again. Worth the hour dive there.

I've been using the Hairport for years. I just got for a basic cut and they always do a great job. The owner is great and all her staff are friendly, polite, and professional. They have a very friendly and up beat environment. Definitely recommend the Hairport!
