I went here for eyelash extensions because there was a promotion on the service. I suppose that was my first mistake: If it's not their specialty, it's probably a bad idea. 1) When I arrived 15 minutes early I was told by Lisa, my assigned lash technician, that I was 15 minutes late. I booked the appointment the day before with the receptionist and she evidently mixed up the times. 2) She also mixed up my services: She recorded refill instead of removal+full set, which I was also quoted pricing for. The client with an appointment following mine was contacted and luckily she had to cancel. 3) If your height is > 5'10" prepare to be extremely uncomfortable. I had to remove my boots, which had a slight wedge on them, just to be able to fit on the bed in this tiny room. Throughout the entire service my feet were pressed flat against the wall! 4) In the years I have spent getting my lashes done, never has the technician pulled my eyelid in different directions, or moved my head side to side in order to apply an eyelash. 5) When I eventually managed to fall asleep, someone playing music on their phone walked into the room, waking me up. When they didn't leave immediately after they received whatever information they came for, I had to clear my throat to indicate that they should... and to take their music with them. 6) The adhesive product that was used to bond the eyelash extensions is very toxic and began to burn my nostrils. It reminded me of the product that was used back in 2011 when I first started getting eyelash extensions before better options were available. 7) When the job had been completed, I - not the technician - was given the task of holding a fan, so the glue could dry. 8) The job itself was unimpressive, especially for 3D volume, it looks like a classic set. I get eyelash extensions primarily so that I won't have to put on eye makeup most days... but you can hardly see that I have the extensions... and I don't mean that in a "natural-looking" kind of way. The worst part about my visit? That Lisa did not even bother to ask me if I was happy with her work or try to improve upon it when she noticed I was visibly disappointed. Now I have to find another lash salon to fix this set. Less one customer.

terrible service,. my hand was in their way, and they just slapped it away. they were asked to trim 1 mm, but they snipped away 1 inch of my hair at least. They gave me the worst hair design, and their employees were rude and clearly inexperienced. Never coming back here.

Sherry is the only stylist to see there! She is absolutely amazing and always made our whole family happy! Does great kids cuts,men and women’s!! Highly recommend to visit Sherry- just went to see her again she is absolutely THE BEST Hairstylist!!! For as long as I knew her she always makes my day! Staff are friendly especially the receiptionist who sold me the shampoo/conditioner that will try as my hair is so oily. Finally found a haven for my hair. Can't wait for my treatment again.????

Never coming back here. This place is a huge rip off and the staff who work here like to tell customers what is right and go on the defense instead of hearing their customers out. They try to 'help you out' and tell you they'll fix things they've done wrong but they don't do it properly. I came here for Japanese straightening and I regret ever coming here. I've been ripped off and I was told that I should be happy with a 90% to 92% service. Why am I paying 100% when I am getting terrible service? I will be sure to let all of my family and friends know to never come here!

After I got home, I had to ask my boyfriend to fix my hair. He is not a hairdresser but did much better job. The hairdresser was rude and I was afraid to argue with her. She assured me that she'll do a good job and won't burn my hair. My highlights are uneven and she damaged my hair because she put bleach on my blond ends. Every hairdresser know not to do that.

I bought products there and she way overcharged me ! she knew she was in the wrong when I asked for the reciept listing prices! she litterly was a deer caught in the headlight! check the reciept people! costumer be aware. If I could give -20 stars, I would. I went for a hair cut, asked to take 3 fingers out of the length and Dina, the lady who did my hair, took more than 10 fingers, and just because I asked her to stop whatever she was doing. She was cutting several times in the same place the "3 fingers" and I ended up losing my whole hair. They even charged me for the mess they did. Yes, they don't speak English and they don't understand English. Run away from this place!
