I Spend $500 for permanent hair straightening and my hair still wavy and curly. I complained about this they offered another treatment after 3 weeks but didn’t make much difference. I had the same treatment previously many times in a different hair salons. But unfortunately they closed for ever. I went there due to the review ratings and I end up very disappointed. I don’t know whether it the way they do it or their product. I lost my money and 5+ hours ☹️.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Their new hairdresser, Narit, is really good at adapting the haircut to your face shape, and ultra friendly. I've been receiving lots of compliments on my new haircut. A colleague told me today I looked 10 years younger! I've also been doing my babylights with them for a year now, and have always been happy at the high-quality of the product they use - the colour keeps for a long time.

i was left in tears and lost a ridiculous amount of money. I had long luscious hair and made a brave decision to TRIM IT. He cut my hair and i said thats the right length dont cut it any shorter… he proceeds to cut it up to my chin. I was in awe. Then i clearly stated i do not want layers at all and he did not listen and insisted on giving me layers. Which ended up being choppy and gross. He then gave me a side part when i also clearly stated i only have a middle part. So half of my hair was uneven. Honestly made me cry for A long time. Hate it

Not what I asked for at all. A good length longer than what was requested, ask for fringe which was not done. I did ask for more cut off and the fringe while I was sat in the chair. No consideration toward the client just wanted to do what they could be bothered to do. I simply would not recommend.
