This was my first visit to ANY salon in 23 years! Needless to say I was very nervous. My reason for not visiting a salon was because the last time I had been to one I told the lady what I wanted (a specific hair cut and length) and she cut my hair so short that I left the salon crying and vowed I would never allow anyone to touch my hair ever again. However, I'm getting older now and needed a change in hair style and wanted something different. So I chose Regis Salon, more specifically with stylist Stephanie. She took the time to really listen to me, consult with me and make sure she understood exactly what I wanted before she touched a hair on my head. She was very sympathetic with what I had been through the last time I'd visited a salon and had the patience to work through my anxiety. She also let me know how much everything would cost prior to doing any of the procedures, that way there would be no surprises at the end. My hair was long and my roots were showing about a half inch. I wanted layers and my hair to be cut a bit shorter, but not too short. I didn't want to go too dark with the color(Rose Gold) or cause damage with coloring, as my hair is older now, as am I and Stephanie assured me that she would/could preserve the strength and integrity of my hair while still achieving my goals. She did not work in a hurried or rushed manner and took her time, making sure things were done correctly. The ONLY thing I was dissatisfied with is that I did not get my roots done because that would have been an additional $52 and I did not have enough money to have them done. I always thought roots were included when coloring hair and never knew women had to pay extra for that. But this was not the fault of Stephanie, but was Regis Salon policy. One other thing that bothered me was that I never knew who the owner of Regis Salon was. If she was present while I was there she never made that known to me. She never introduced herself or welcomed me to her salon which I thought was odd. I found the other stylists there to be a little stand offish and not very friendly. When I smiled at them, they just looked at me like I had a problem. It was strange. I can't speak about their work, but Stephanie is definitely a professional and did an excellent job for me and on my hair. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who will treat you and your hair with respect, care, and the utmost concern. She really takes her profession seriously. Love you Stephanie. Thank you for the new do!

Regis Salon @ Saginaw!!! Stylist- Stephanie made it!!! I have been there twice in a span of 5 months. I usually prefer hair cut at this place. My first visit was OK /in other words I felt neutral. Second visit I made it in May last week was exceptionally brilliant. I simply loved the hair cut. I had a uneven hair growth but the stylist Stephanie is undisputedly the best. She had so much patience to cut all my split ends so perfectly and gave a stunning look with aesthetic curls. Overall she being a stylist just did her job, but doing it with passion, grace & dedication gave the best result. I love the way she treated my hair. Definitely I would recommend her if you would wanna have a hair cut. Give your requirements clearly, she will give the BEST OUTPUT more than you expect. Then wonder why not 5 stars? I wish to see the consistency :) Hope they maintain it! Good Job Stephanie!! Keep going.

Horrible! Had an appointment at 5 for highlights with Dasha. Didn't get out until about 9:30 when mall already closed. It took her 4 hours to put the product on my hair and now my hair is fried at the roots and I have a lot of breakage and my hair always has knots and tangles. Do not go here if you want to have healthy hair!!

This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I came in approximately 2 weeks ago. I showed the girl a picture and explained everything that I wanted done and before I even sat down I asked if she was sure she could do it.. her answer was absolutely. Once she was done I was a little unsure. Then I walked outside and realized my hair was choppy and orange!!! I went right back in and told her I was not happy. So reluctantly, I scheduled a time to come back for her to fix it. So 4 days later, she attempted to fix it which was just a toner that was put on.. it quickly washed out and I ended up going to someone else who knew what they were doing.... needless to say I want my money back!!!! And I ask is this a $200 hair color???

Do NOT go here if you are a male or if you have male children. The only haircut they are capable of doing is a same gaurd all around, no edging, no taper, no cutting of baby hair. Simply TERRIBLE! I am beyond dissatisfied because my boys are so well behaved and did not require a complicated haircut. Somehow they managed to screw up a guard two all around and a low taper. One of the simplest haircuts to do by a licensed barber. This IS the worst haircut my boys have ever gotten, on top of that it is my sons birthday. Thank you Regis Salon! For being so terrible..

Went in for a trim with an appt. Got in early and decided to get a touch up, too. The staff was great and the whole experience was wonderful. Great place to go. Would recommend an appt. But walk-ins are accepted, unless they are really busy. Week days are best.

I’m happy with my visits. Piper does a great job working with my hair. We always have conversations about pics I might find on Pinterest and how to realistically get to that point. Because she takes the time to explain the processes of anything I might find new and fun, I know what will work for me. This has always been my experience with the staff. I had my hair treatment on 13 December .I was taken care of by Ms. Taylor .I literally found her very patient and friendly. From start to finish, a treatment/cut at this place is a great experience.She helped me with choosing color/hair design etc that would fit me best.I am definitely visiting her in upcoming days.The other staff were professional and polite too' making me feel comfortable during my treatment. Ive tried to make plenty appointments as they kept denying me saying they had no product then when they did finally let me make an appointment i showed up and they were closed when as well as online it said they didnt till 9 and nobody was there. Sad because i heard they have great service:(

They don’t respect customer time. I made appointment for haircut at a specific time. When I got there they told me you will have to wait 20 mins. Okay what about the appointment that I made? What about the gas the I spent driving 20 mins from my home? Staff are really careless!!

Very nice people, but I do not recommend spending your money here. I do not typically review places but when my mom works very hard running her business and took the day off because I booked her a hair appointment I feel slightly responsible for it. The picture I provided is her hair before the appointment and after and also the picture I showed the lady of what I wanted her hair to look like. I would like to know if this is what 127 dollars gets you ? And be mindful that this is the only back of her hair, the lady did not have time to complete the hair so she only did the back and told us we had to come back another day to get the front done( which we never came back due to paying for what we had in the back of the hair) another thing, I noticed a decent size stain on the back of my moms shirt and the lady blamed it on my mom because "she didnt put the cloth on right" this was my moms first time getting her hair done, she shouldn't have to know how to put the cover around her.
