I have been getting my lashes done with Ami for several months now and I love her service! I've gone to different places in GTA but I always come back here and the price is worth it. I like that I can get the same quality of experience as when I was in Japan. The salon is always meticulously clean and cozy. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a place to get your lashes done in Toronto :)

I have been going to N15 since 2018 and have had the pleasure of working with many lovely lash artists! They keep a record of what I use down to the curl and lash type on my profile and adjust based on how my lashes shed as needed. The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxing (to the point where I've dozed off) and they never fail to offer me a soft blanket. Out of all the lash places I have frequented, N15 is by far my fav, they offer so many different options with photos, to different lash materials and products - highly recommend!

Great experience and service, especially this being my first time getting eyelash extensions. Ami was my specialist. When I arrived for my appointment, she spent the first 15 minutes explaining the process and what would be the best options for my lashes. Ami was very gentle and careful throughout the whole hour and 15 minutes. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely return!!

N15 is my number one spot to get lashes done! I found this salon just before the pandemic started and immediately fell head over heels! So glad they have opened back up! I have gotten my lashes done three times so far and was pleased with EVERY appointment. Each set of lashes has lasted me about a month and a half. They are all extremely gentle and knowledgeable from the moment you get seated to when you are done. My new go-to place for lashes after my old salon closed during the pandemic. The booking system is easy to use and the technicians are very friendly and professional. I get the hybrid set using flat lashes and they are the lightest lashes I've ever had on. I've gotten so many compliments on how natural they look, yet they really accentuate my eyes.

I had my lashes lifted at N15 with Yurie and it was such a pleasant and easy process! The salon was beautifully set up and I felt welcome the moment I stepped in. During my appointment Yurie explained the process and offered me a blanket. It was such an easy and relaxing appointment that I’m pretty sure I dozed off! I had my appointment two weeks ago and my lashes looks just as good as the day I stepped out of the salon! Super pleased and would highly recommend going to N15 for a lash lift.

I had my eyelash done on Monday with Ami. Ami was so kind and good. I got flat lashes and they are light and so comfortable. I usually have red eyes after eyelash extensions but had no issues here. Also love the chair they have so comfy! Love this place ☺️

I always get my hair done at N15 Hair Salon and they are beyond amazing, so when their lash & beauty salon opened I had to give it a try. Their new Queen St E location is so cute & aesthetic, with the comfiest chairs and softest blankets! I always fall into a deep sleep when I am getting my lashes done. I've been going to them for the last few months now and have been super happy. I have really troublesome, short lashes which can be difficult for lash artists to work with, but their team always does an amazing job! My lashes last so long and continue to look beautiful for weeks. I highly recommend N15 Lash & Beauty for anyone looking to get eyelash extensions!

This salon deserves every bit of their 5-star rating. It is not only the best lash experience I’ve ever had but it was the best overall customer experience I’ve ever had in all of Toronto. The space is warm, inviting and so comfortable. The chairs are so comfortable and you are offered a blanket and a safe space for your belongings. The options that they offer for your lashes are amazing!!! - from 3 choices of material to end shape to the length, curve and count of each individual lash! I’ve never had a lash artist allow me to customize so fully and it was an awesome experience. These girls deserve a huge recognition for the space they have created and continue to run with such a kind disposition. N15 soars beyond any other lash studio in comparison and I will never go anywhere else again lol

I've had my lashes done twice here, and Ami did such a great job each time! My eyelids are quite uneven, but she figured out the perfect combination of lashes to make them look symmetrical, which I think is a real talent. Can't wait for my next visit!

I visited the salon for the first time today, Jan 15, and had my appointment with Taylor. All I can say “WOW” absolutely beautiful place and the service 5 star. Taylor listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted. I have had extensions before but it always felt my lashes were carrying weights. I chose the sable lashes and I cant feel them but they are there. So pretty. I have found my new place. Again 5 star from staff, service, location and salon. The owner should be very proud.

Love this cute little place here. You feel pampered and like a queen as soon as you walk in the store. Staff are super polite and nice. Today I had my lashes done by Erika and the experience was amazing. I loved the way it looked and would definitely come back here!

Taylor is the best brow technician I've ever had. She's intelligent and understands the science behind how your brows fit your face. She get's it 100% right every time. In fact, I followed her from another salon to this one and was pleasantly surprised by how cute the studio is! Beautiful decor with soft colours and comfortable recliners for your appointment. Also the location is incredibly convenient for me because it's right downtown, across the street from the Eaton Centre and fully accessible from the subway - you just get off at Yonge/Queen and walk upstairs and you're there! No need to even walk outside. Plus the price is more reasonable than the other salon. 10/10 I recommend.

Wow, N15 lash bar is one of the most comfortable places I’ve had in getting my lashes done. Truly a wonderful place to get lashes as the place is so cozy and clean it makes you want to stay there all day and relax. Not to mention my lash technician Yurie is super friendly, professional and quick with getting the lashes on painlessly. Before I knew it my lashes got a lift and I can effortlessly be on the go again!

I was really skeptic about getting my lashes done. I always liked it on other girls but didn’t know how they would look or react on my eyes. I found this place via google and booked an appointment. Amy helped me find the exact length and material and I gotta say I LOVE it. I have been here twice now and each set has lasted for about 2 months. Environment is very pleasant and relaxing. It’s really hard to find a Japanese lash salon in Toronto. N15 Lash Salon environment is extremely comfortable and safe! Even it’s a little bit pricy, but Erika is amazing and the eyelash looks better than the one I did in Japan! I will definitely come back in the future. I’m very glad I found this store!!

Initially, I knew nothing about eyelash extensions but she was able to help me select the best options for my eye shape. I love this place so much! Best lash lifts for East Asian shaped eyes. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My only suggestion is that I hope they replace their polyester blankets with ones made with natural fabric such as cotton to reduce static electricity discomfort during winter times. Other than that this place is the BEST!

Went in to get eyelash extensions done with Mao, and the whole experience was great. The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and staff was nice. The application process was way better than the place i used to go to. Didn’t feel any discomfort, Mao was very gentle, and listened to my preference. They do have lots options for you to choose from, so if you are not sure what exactly you want, I’d recommend to bring a picture. The extension itself is weightless, and i can barely feel them. Overall great, will definitely visit again!

I must say they have the best customer service. For my recent appointment, I couldn’t make it on time for my original appointment, they are very friendly and help me reschedule to other time. I love the salon’s vibe and the staff is also very sweet. But I’m not quite happy with the quality. I got my eyelash done on Sunday, and I love how it looks and everything. But on the first day, the eyelash already started to fall off. And on Thursday ( 4 days after the appointment), it pretty much all gone…I probably won’t go back to refill or for another appointment
