WELL let me tell you, Exquisite Bridal Hair delivered the EXACT fairytale look that I had in my mind. Berna is extremely thorough, she listens intently, is so creative and a beautiful person to work with. You can have a good laugh with her and she is very open to recieve feedback and frequently checks in with you throughout the styling of your hair to make sure you're always on the same page. Berna was excellent. She took care of me from the very beginning, she was very fast answering my emails and she found an amazing make up artist to come to my place and get me ready for my wedding. She was able to listen to me and do the hairstyle that I wanted. I love the fact that she was explaining to me what she was doing. Had a fantastic experience with Berna. She kept up communication throughout and arrived on time. She did a range of 4 hairstyles that morning (2 upstyles, one half-up and one blow dry) and managed to coordinate working on them so well despite working solo. I was so impressed. Bernadette did an excellent job on me and bridesmaids on my wedding. She had a tight timeframe with a 4am start and had to do 5 girls plus was extremely flexible in squeezing in a 6th last minute. It feels so bad that I can not give 10 stars !!! because I think it is 10/10. Berna is amazing hairdresser as well as amazing person. she created me the perfect look that I have ever looked for. even if I didn't describe it very well but she knows what is best for me and what I m looking for !!! and she has been soooo patient and humble and friendly. I m perfectly satisfied with the hair trial and really look forward to my wedding day. and I will post more pics that day. it is a pity that I didnt take any pics today :)))))

Distinct from the natural creative talent she possesses when it comes to styling hair, she gets back to you when she says she will - she’ll let you try a style that you think you love, but then realise it maybe wasn’t the best idea after all. She is honest, she is gracious and she is kind - a rare jewel in the fickle bridal industry. Ladies - She makes you feel like you are the only bride on the planet. Dear Berna, Just wanted to say a HUGE Thank you to you for everything in the lead up to the wedding day and on the day . I will be forever indebted to you . We all loved our hairstyles !! You went over and above all my expectations, your work is amazing, you did a fantastic job, thankyou !! You took the time to answer my countless emails , going through photos for me and my bridal party and making sure we all had hairstyles that would suit us. You spent many hours on my hair trials not letting me leave until I was completely happy and comfortable and loving my hair. You ensured my hair piece was exactly where it needed to be . Your precision of getting it right on the hair trial so we didn’t waste time on the wedding day was exceptional. Everything was written down and you took photos to make sure you got the same style on the wedding day. I have been too many hairdressers but never met one as good and as detailed as you . Not only that you came to my house on the week of the wedding and gave my mum a hair trial knowing how worried I was if she wasn’t comfortable. Mum couldn’t thankyou enough, not only did she love her hairstyle but you gave us all peace of mind that it will all work out on the day . When you were at my place you helped me to organise where I would set up for everyone to get ready on the wedding day . As my house is small having the hairdresser , makeup artist photographer , and videographer and bridal party all in a confined space Berna helped me to work out which furniture to rearrange so we weren’t stepping over each other. She surely went over and above . Thank you for staying with me all day and giving me and my girls touch ups . The day started with Berna arriving at 4.30 am , not only did Berna get us all ready on time for the photographers arrival at my house but our hair was exceptional , everyone commented on how lovely it was. You went over and above when I got to the church and you were right there when I got out of the car about to walk down the aisle . Making sure any last minute hair touch ups were just perfect, that my veil was sitting just right , even helping me with my dress to fluff out the tulle. Just having you by my side was a huge weight off my shoulders , you were a guardian angel . When we got to the reception before we walked in Berna gave me and all the bridal party touch ups , and not only that reapplied our lipsticks as we had no mirror and couldn’t see what we were doing . Berna was truly amazing . I recommend Exquisite Bridal hair to anyone looking for a hairdresser . Berna is detailed and has so much skill and finesse, but she also has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about her work and making sure her brides are happy.
