Amazing service and friendly staff. Dragan, Angie, Sarah and all the staff make you feel welcome and at home. The cuts and color here are also top quality. They make you feel like a million bucks during and after your appointment. Had the most amazing head massage with my shampoo. Wow. This is hands down the best salon I have visited. Will continue to have Dragan and Angie take care of my hair.

The owner is extremely unprofessional. I called him and asked for an appointment to cut, color, and style my hair. He gave me an appointment on the same day in the afternoon. I showed up to the appointment on time. When I arrived he asked me to sit in the client seat then he left me sitting there for more than 25 minutes and went to take care of another client who just stepped in. When I asked about what was going on, he said that he is busy now and will not be able to cut, color and style my hair all in one time. He did not apologize nor offered another appointment. I thought that was very rude and extremely unprofessional!!

This time,I wanted to color my hari and I showed sarah the color that I wanted. with once bleach,she made the color I wanted and also didn't damage my hair much. she also cut my hair really nice style that would suit me well. and i was really satisfied. she was definitely more skilled and professional than any other designer in toronto. i'm gonna ask her for my hair again next time
