I have been struggling to find a good hair salon for a long time. I received the best service from this salon. They even give you should a neck and head massage during your appointment. Their prices are very good and they always remember if you have allergies and really take care, when you have allergies.

Alex is an amazing person( funny and caring) and on top of that an incredible colourist!! He listens to all I want to try and provides other advice if my ideas are too far fetched. Been coming here for several years and he has been doing what i thought would be impossible! Although my hair has been exposed to a lot of damage over the years, after using several techniques ( oviplex treatments, highlights, roots etc) my hair looks healthy and great again. I will keep referring all my friends and family to Alex and I will never trust anyone else near my hair other than him!!

UPDATE: I got my hair fixed by Claudio. Of course it’s still not perfect but he did everything he could to make it look even. He was very good. The salon has been amazing at reaching out to me and making sure I’m happy. My hair was fixed for free and they have offered me a free cut in a few months to further fix the layer issue. The salon has gone above and beyond to fix this issue. I’m very pleased with the way they handled this. Ok so I went to get a haircut on Saturday. Yelena cut my hair. I told her I wanted a blunt cut and she told me it wouldn’t look good and talked me into getting slight layers. For some reason she only layered the back of my hair and a chunk of hair in the back is about 3 inches shorter than all my hair. She was a lovely girl but she did something I didn’t want and she didn’t even do it well. So now my only options are either cut it to the length of the shortest piece (which is super short) or straighten it every day to blend the pieces. I had specifically told her I don’t have time to style my hair everyday so I need it to look good when it’s straight. And honestly it looks terrible. If you are going to go here don’t let them talk you into doing something you don’t want to do.

Numerous salons in Yorkville can not compare to the excellent service provided at De barardinis. Staff Talented, Daniel is a gifted stylist, every time my hair do is Soft, bouncy and keeps it shape and style for days with only minor touch ups on the third day! He has great vision, and always knows what style to try on me next. incredible. Alex is the best colorist i have been to, i had to go back to Taz three times and paid over and over to get the color he gave me in one appointment. they always serve a range of teas' and coffee and amazing cappuccinos . Staff are very cool. I had a massage loved it!

My daughter and I've been to this salon numerous times for fabulous haircuts and trimming wirh our amazing stylist Sarah, but today I had a horrible experience getting a color with Alex, I had 2 inches of my routs clearly visible and I have brown hair, this guy is the master of colors in this salon he dyed my hair pitch Black, on top of it when I asked him as to what he's done to my hair he said that that was the natural color and if I'd like to lighten it I should was it twice with dishwashing liquid when I get home, I called the manager and asked her if this guy is serious, she offered a new color specialist to strip the dye for me, do you think I will trust these people to color my hair ever???? Not even next lifetime. Avoid coloring stick with cuts, trims and styles, which are amazing at this place.

I've had my hair cut here many times over the past few years, and the stylists here never disappoint. But I had never, EVER, had my hair coloured before in my life until a couple months ago. This was definitely a big first experience for me. I heard amazing things about DeBerardinis' master colourist Alex. He is very friendly, he listened to what I wanted, and also helped by giving me his own professional opinion. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments I get everyday on my beautiful balayage. The quality of the colour is so amazing that I haven't even needed to touch it up. I had my hair styled by Hawzhin. I usually wear my hair straight, but she gave me really big beach waves which I LOVED! The head massage was so relaxing, the cappuccinos were delish, and the girls at the front of the salon were really friendly and helpful. I love everything this salon has to offer & recommend everyone give them a shot. ASK FOR ALEX!

I went here to get my hair cleaned up and my bangs trimmed. They spent 15 minutes on my hair, washed it, and by the time I got back to see my stylist they were already working on someone else. They said no it's fine you're done. I left there with a half a haircut and sopping wet hair all for the low price of 50$.

Poor customer service, the lady at the reception like no skills or manners. She is at the front but don't know how to acknowledge the customers. Hairstylist who they said good is really bad. She did not even bother introducing or even telling me her name. She did not even ask if I am ok with applying any product or any allergic to anything. She is horrible, why you use the carrier if you are not passionate. Charged me $62 for horrible hairstyling. I will not go back here anymore, customer is important if you need the business. Reception person I asked for the hairstylist name so she said her name is Mitra.

I have gone to De Berardinis a few times now and the first time was pretty good given the state of my hair in regards to color. Then the second time my gray hair did not even get covered so I had to do them again. The same experience happened to my mum in regards to cutting it. She was very happy the first time, but the second time was very dissapointing. The receptionist did not even mention that different hair stylists have different prices so she was shocked of the bill the second time. I am not coming back as a client and would not reccommend.

I can't say enough about Alex (colour technician at De Berardinis). The first time I went to him I wanted something totally different and he transformed my brown and honey coloured ombre (which I was getting bored with) into a fiery read ombre! Amazing! The colour (the product is called "Elumen") did not damage my hair at all and lasted months! I got compliments everywhere I went. Then I went back to Alex a few months later to redo it and it wasn't a fluke. He did it again! And again! I can never go back to boring brown again. The only thing stopping me from going red the first time was the fading (reds are notorious for fading after just 2 weeks!) but this stuff is phenomenal and so is he! I've sent two people to see him and they are very happy with the results. Call De Berardinis. Book an appointment with Alex. And tell them Marianna sent you.

I have been coming here for years and have had more than my share of stylists cut my hair. They are all good - down to the Level 1s. Today my kids and I all had our hair washed and cut (except for little one). We all loved the experience as the staff here are so nice and friendly. They even offer you complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate while you get your hair cut. Beats going to Melonheads for the kids! Here they are treated like customers as they should!

I had a massage in this salon , the massage was not bad but the therapist did not seem very professional....she did not ask where do i have pain or where i need more care....also when she finished she did not talk about what exercises would help me at home with the pain and muscles stretching....i used to go to an other massage clinic where it was very very professional...Also the 2 rooms they have for massage are very small and crowded .

I went here to get my hair done for a wedding this weekend. What a horrible experience. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and I walked out with something different. The hairstylist was very unprofessional, my back was soaked during my wash, I was hit in the head with the hairdryer, she walked away continuously, sipping her coffee ( taking her mask off her face) in the middle of curling my hair and I was insulted by the stylist, she compared my hair to wood. It's been a few days & I am still upset about my service, wish I never wasted my money on this place. A friend of mine was also getting her hair done, and had similar complaints saying that her stylist made her feel like she was being burned from the curling iron. Both of us went back to the hotel room and redid our hair. Never going back, do not recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely terrible!!! I asked for Alex to do a subtle ombre to my hair. He ended up putting in platinum blonde highlights all over my dark hair, making me look like zebra. How amateur! When I came back and asked him to fix it, he said that it would cost me another $220 and would put more damage to my hair. I also asked him why he didn't do ombre on me when that was what I specifically asked for and even showed him a picture. He said that he hates ombre and that it isn't "in" anymore, so he decided to do something else WITHOUT MY APPROVAL! Please do not go here if you want beautiful hair. They do an awful job and then try to convince you that it looks fine. I'm sorry but 90's zebra highlights are NOT AT ALL what I asked for :( I had to go to another salon to get it fixed.

I made an appointment today for a haircut. I have curly coarse hair which I understand is difficult to work with. And I wanted to go very short and I wanted a bit of a funky cut, not something too feminine or traditional. For that reason given the choice of different levels of stylists I chose a level 3 stylist, who would supposedly be more experienced. The lady must have had a very bad day. She was crabby from the beginning. She asked me what I wanted and I said I'd like to go as short as possible for me while still having a style that framed my face and one that I could wear curly. I've had many stylists before give me fabulous haircuts that work very well with my face and my hair given those exact preferences. But this lady got very annoyed and was attacking me from the beginning. She demanded a picture of exactly what I wanted. I didn't have one and was hoping to see a bit of creativity from the stylist. I like to keep my haircuts different every time. I showed a couple of pictures on the wall of styles I'd like to inspire my haircut. She said they wouldn't work for me. I explained that I didn't want the exact same look as the pictures and I'd be ok with what she thought would work. She still demanded a picture from me. Then she said that she couldn't cut my hair shorter than it already was. I explained that I'd had my hair shorter before and it looked great. I showed her a picture of my last cut from June. She said ok, she can cut it exactly like that. I agreed though I was disappointed because I was hoping for a stylist to give me some guidance on what they thought would work best for my hair, face and style, not copy the exact same cut I got elsewhere for half the price she was charging. Seeing my reluctant giving in she then said that perhaps I better see a different stylist there, gave me someone else's card and led me out the door. I went to another salon a couple of stores down and got a beautiful funky bob cut and style by a very nice lady there with the exact same things I had asked for here. I was shocked at how poor their customer service was. I was very polite and I was open to suggestions from the stylist, as I know not everything I like works with my hair and face and I had no problem hearing that it couldn't be done but this lady was on the offence from the get-go. She wouldn't listen to me or let me finish my sentences and I felt like I was put on trial by hair as soon as she called my name. Perhaps this lady was tired or upset from something else but I found the experience very off-putting. In the end I was lucky this led me to their competitors where I got good service.

This place was so boujee, they really acted like their products were too good to even use on your hair. The sign practically says $130 for colouring in bold. When you get there for consultation they now say it's $120 per hour to bleach hair. Whattttt I can bleach my own hair for free. Don't even bother going here it's a waste of time, the receptionist is just judgemental and if I could not give this salon a star I would.

I recently passed the store and remembered that I forgot to extend my terrible experience here with fellow customers. About two years ago I got my hair done here and I do not recommend this place at all. I paid top dollar for quality I did ten times better at home literally a week later for only 30 bucks. Not to mention the rude service I got, I did not feel comfortable at all and everything just kept going wrong with my hair yet they blamed my hair instead of their old hair dye and it was very stressful. The whole situation is still causing me anxiety to think about and I cannot believe I paid for that service, absolutely was not worth the 6 hours and 200 dollars I spent there. I do not remember the name of the lady who worked on my hair but her reception was terrible, granted some of the workers who passed by were so much more pleasant. She, however, was very rude to me and I walked out of there with a wet back, paying for a different hair color then the one I asked for because as she said my hair "wasn't picking up the pigment" which is funny because I bought the color I asked for myself and my hair had no problem picking up any color whatsoever with store bought dye. Not to mention after we agreed on a price, and after she bleached my hair she says she will use some kind protecting wash which I had to pay I think 50 bucks extra for. And I missed an appointment because I spent 4 extra hours there when they said it would only take 2. Please do not waste your time or your money.

This was hands down, the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. My stylist was so rude and abrasive, she cut me off mid sentence several times and completely ignored what I was asking. She suggested things that I told her I absolutely did not want and she told me my basic service that I have been getting elsewhere for YEARS would take multiple appointments. When I asked questions, she spoke to me like I was an idiot. If she did not start applying the dye as quickly as she did, I would have walked out. I just sat in silence until she pawned me off on someone else. I spoke to the owner and was just met with more excuses as he tried to justify this woman's treatment of me. In the end, I just tied my wet hair up, paid for the dye job (not the right colour), and left without getting my hair cut or styled. I can't believe I paid 85$ to sit for 1.5hrs and be demeaned and humiliated. I will never go back. If I could, I would not give this place a single star rating.

TERRIBLE! They scammed my parents just because they didn’t know better. Zero stars! My parents went to this salon today and they had a terrible experience! 1. They failed to explain to them how the prices work. They wanted to get a haircut and hair color (this, for both my mom and my dad). But when they asked for prices they were very vague about it and they didn’t give them a price nor even a price range. Ridiculous! The hairstylist told my mom that she didn’t know how much her haircut was gonna be unless she finishes the work first. What kind of service is that? Btw, she took less than 5 min to cut her hair in a straight line!! Nothing special!. She just ask my mom “show me the length you’d like your hair” and then she cut “her $70 straight and plain line”. The stylish didn’t even ask her what kind of hairstyle she would like with that length. She didn’t even suggest what kind of haircut can be good for her and give her an approximation of how much they will charge her. Which is ridiculous! because if someone is unfamiliar with the service, it’s part of your job (as someone who offers a service) to explain it to your guests in a clear and nice way. Specially if they’re older!!! Not act like you have to finish it all and then you can tell them how much it is. Because you DO have a price chart! Or At least a price range!!! 2. The result? Horrible for my mom! For my dad, at least they did a good job there. But to my mom? Starting that they charge her $70 to cut her hair in a straight line without really asking her what she really wanted. And to finish with a poor hair dye that ended up being lighter on top and darker on the bottom ???? same result you’ll get with a box dye. When she asked about why the top was lighter, the stylist put the blame on her saying that it was because she had dyed her hair 8 months ago! Ok? But if you knew that that could happen then why didn’t you let her know that information before she starts doing something on her hair that’s gonna end up cheap looking? She literally dye her hair to a darker color! If the stylish was professional, she should’ve advice her what was the best option for her. Not just charge her for whatever she did just to fill up her pockets and deliver a terrible result! And if the result of the lighter on top darker on the bottom hair dye was because she dye her hair 8 months ago, how is that the roots (that we’re not dyed) were the ones that ended up being lighter? 3. And after, they charged my mom $70 for a straight line haircut that they picked for her without even taking in consideration what SHE (their client) wanted. And $80 hair dye for a lighter on top, darker on the bottom result on a dark color!!! 4. To my dad they charged $50 haircut and $60 hair dye. With the same, no information regardless price when he asked but at least the did a decent job with him. 5. I find it terrible and disrespectful for them to act that way with older folks just because they didn’t know better. And literally SCAM them! Just because they’re older and the don’t know how the service work. Not just that, but after doing all of that delivering a terrible result and blame it on THEM (The client), their lack of professionalism and technique!!!

I used most of their colours already because their selection is very limited. The first time I went to them, they were amazing. The service was great and Olga was wonderful. Recently, so about a week ago, I went for a haircut and Olga wasn't available so Yelena cut my hair. I was ok with it because she is a level 4. I gave it a week to see whether or not I like my hair or not. Unfortunately, I don't. I feel that it was rushed maybe because I was the last client. But hey, doesn't matter whether I am last or not, the service should be the same. I asked for tea when they asked if I wanted anything and of course I didn't get that. Anyway, I can't style my hair in any other way other than my usual right side parting which i cant even choose how far/less right part i want because she decided to cut it in such a way that it looks nice in one style. The layers at the front don't cascade down nicely because my front bangs are short and the next section of hair is very long. I can't tell whether or not she worked on my back bottom hair but it's still tangles a lot, I even asked her why is this still happening when she brushed my hair. Her reason: you have dyed hair. Honey, the first time I chopped my hair was to get rid of all the damaged dyed part and it was this tiny tiny bit left (which by the way It's gone now after I asked her to cut) and she saw it and still blamed it on that. If I paid so much, I should receive a proper haircut that I am happy about. I just wanted a nice hair cut after a long day at work. My suggestion to anyone that is reading this is: 1. Don't get an appointment that is late. 2. If someone that you like cuts your hair, wait for them or read reviews on them before hand. I didn't know who was going to cut my hair until the day of and I wish I knew, because I would've read the reviews beforehand.

Do not go to this salon. Avoid it! Very rude and unprofessional treatment of clients. I went to this salon for a full highlight. When making the appointment by phone the receptionist asked if I need a blow dry. I clearly stated to her that I only need a rough dry and not a blow dry. I also mentioned this to the colourist when she started working on my hair. When the highlights were done, I was expecting my hair to be rough dried free of charge just like in the few other salons I have been going to in the last 15 years. However, when the highlights and the wash were done, I was led back to the main room and the colourist informed me that I can make an appointment with the hair stylist for a blow dry. I told the colourist that I was expecting a rough dry based on my conversation with her at the beginning of my appointment and my conversation with the receptionist previously. At that point she said that I can dry my own hair using this hair dryer that looked somewhat dingy to me. I was extremely disappointed but started to dry my hair, since I did not want to leave with my hair dripping wet. As one can imagine my hair looked very unruly, so at that point I asked the colourist if I could use a salon brush. She said that they are not supposed to let the clients use the brushes. I said that I did not expect to leave your salon with a hair like this. Then she gave me a brush and said that I can use it a "little bit" on the front of my hair. Needless to say, I left by paying the charge to the cent, and did not leave a penny for tip. I told the receptionist what happened and I told her that I will never ever return to this salon.

I recently moved to Toronto and my cousin recommended I go see Yelena for my hair cut as I have always been very particular about my hair and nails. Yelena made me feel right at home. She is a fantastic hairdresser and I love my hair every time she cuts and blow-dries it. She knows what is right for my hair type and I am always happy to put all my trust in her. Jeff is also an awesome colorist, he has colored my hair three times now and the last time he did the perfect "Ombre" for me. I have also had my eyebrows shaped as well as my had a number of manicure and pedicures done with Nicoletta, she is also just fantastic. They are all very caring and gentle because they pay attention to detail and make me feel special. The Receptionists are always super helpful and friendly (I forget the names of the two I have always dealt with). I have always had a very great experience and enjoy my treatments and pamper sessions at DeBerardinis. I would recommend anyone to give them a try and once you do, you will find it hard to go elsewhere. The lady has no customer service skills what so ever and is probably an uneducated dropout. I'm so shocked that this salon has hired a person like this. First impressions definatelty count and you can bet that we will never step foot in this salon and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. It is true that my rating is not based on the actual services at this salon but business 101, its all abut customer relationship management and this place fails horribly. Went here for a wax and in my 18 years of waxing, this was the worst experience of my life. The lady seemed nice enough at first but all she did throughout the service was complain about my skin and hair type. She even tried to stop the service half way because "my skin/ hair was too difficult to work with". At the beginning of the appointment she said she was going to go slowly so that it wouldn't be too painful - seems nice right? But then she complained how long it was taking to finish cause "she usually gets this done in 15mins" and my skin was making it take too long. Do not go to this place. I had an absolutely terrible experience. Showed a colourist a photo and she said no problem - $200+ later my hair did not look like the photo at all (the bottom was slightly more blonde). Any other salon takes at least 2 hours foiling my hair - it was so clear that she was rushing as she did it under an hour. After my hair was blow dried the colourist approached me and said that she tried to get it to the colour of the photo but that it’s best if I come back in a few months to fix it - what is the point of that? I ended up writing to the salon and met with the owner who essentially flat out told me that there is no way the colourist would’ve told me that she can colour my hair as in the photo. No refund, no service offered - beyond disappointed by not only the terrible colour job that she did but with the owner’s way of dealing with an unsatisfied customer. Save your money and take it to a better salon.

Got 2.5 inches of hair cut off and long layers added. Used a Level 4 stylist and was charged for Level 3 stylist as no one else was free. She did an EXCELLENT job cutting my hair. Typically I do not care who cuts my hair as it always tends to look the same, but didn't realize that it DOES make a difference. My hair has never looked so good! She even let me know about my hair texture, that it was dry and recommended a few products that may help my hair and how to use it. Used it and my hair has never felt better!!! UPDATE: I went back to the salon and got a free re-do from Naz, a different stylist. She was far more friendly than the first lady and now my hair looks nice. The layers are fixed and there aren't random short strands throughout. If you go here, ask for Naz! *** Original 1 Star Review: It looked like an okay salon, but I asked my stylist for layers and she cut them uneven. One side is longer than the other and they aren't blended! They're one length and then a few strands back, another length with no in-between! This people have such an amazing team of hair dressers (Sarah and Alex are simply the best), sadly the front desk is not helping at all with the rest of the team, and they are the first ones to talk to the customers. I have been going to this place for years and I love it , but for quite some time now the front desk service has deteriorated significantly; rude attitude, errors when making the appointments, yesterday my wife walk out of the salon due to the attitude towards her and my daughter. This note is mostly to the management... Do not risk losing more clients because of poor customer service on the front desk. Did my hair (hairspray alert) and makeup. Hair was so stiff and looked so bad and frizzy and hairspray was endless!! As for makeup, I was desperate to find someone and she heard me talking about makeup. She started talking me how good she was. It was a horrible decision. $75 for horrible makeup. She didnt have any of the colors I wanted and "smokey eye" was jusy s bunch of white powder around my eye and black shadow. No mascara , i had to go to get it at another place. Also eyelashes had glue all over. Just horrible but I was desperate. Fyi... non stop talking. I had a headache and I knew her entire family by the time I was done. 4 hours!!!!

It was my first time getting a shallic manicure done and I brought my sister in for her first manicure too. The staff was very nice and very patient. However, I wanted designs on my nails and they don't do much designs even though online it showed designs. The workers said their tape they use for nail designs fall off within a day. I then told the nail tech who worked on my nail that I wanted a design on both ring fingers on each hand, she then proceeded to only do it on one hand. Instead of fixing it right away, she told me it should be on one ring finger and not both. It was until her coworker told her to do both hands with the same design is when she decided to fix it. Instead of correcting her mistake, she tried to convince me that her mistake is better than what I wanted. I've never gotten a hang nail before and now after going here I have lots on my thumb on my left hand. It was an ok experience very underwhelming. Would have been nice to go to a place that did actual designs. I won't be returning here too expensive for basic colours for the nails and medicore service.

WORST HAIR SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! Absolutely terrible! If you are looking to waste your money and ruin your hair this is the place to go! I asked for a gradual blonde ombre but was instead left with completely yellow/orange fried hair that looks like over grown roots. I also had to sign a contract before that I wouldn't sue them if they damaged my hair. My hair never looked this damaged and ugly before.

Terrible! They scammed my parents just because they didn’t know better. My parents went to this salon today and they had a terrible experience. 1. They failed to explain to them how the prices work. They wanted to get a haircut and hair color (this, for both my mom and my dad). But when they asked for prices they were very vague about it and they didn’t give them a price nor even a price range. Ridiculous! The hairstylist told my mom that she didn’t know how much her haircut was gonna be unless she finishes the work first. What kind of service is that? Btw, she took less than 5 min to cut her hair in a straight line!! Nothing special!. She just ask my mom “show me the length you’d like your hair” and then she cut “her $70 straight and plain line”. The stylish didn’t even ask her what kind of hairstyle she would like with that length. She didn’t even suggest what kind of haircut can be good for her and give her an approximation of how much they can charge her. Which is ridiculous!because if someone is unfamiliar with the service, it’s part of your job (as someone who offers a service) to explain it to your guests in a clear and nice way. Specially if they’re older!!! Not act like you have to finish it all and then you can tell them how much it is. Because you DO have a price chart! Or At least a price range!!! 2. The result? Horrible for my mom! For my dad, at least they did a good job there. But to my mom? Starting that they charge her $70 to cut her hair in a straight line without really asking her what she really wanted. And to finish with a poor hair dye that ended up being lighter on top and darker on the bottom ???? same result you’ll get with a box dye. When she asked about why the top was lighter, the stylist put the blame on her saying that it was because she had dyed her hair 8 months ago! Ok? But if you knew that that could happen then why didn’t you let her know that information before she starts doing something on her hair that’s gonna end up cheap looking? She literally dye her hair to a darker color! If the stylish was professional, she should’ve advice her what was the best option for her. Not just charge her for whatever she did just to fill up her pockets and deliver a terrible result! And if the result of the lighter on top darker on the bottom hair dye was because she dye her hair 8 months ago, how is that the roots (that we’re not dyed) were the ones that ended up being lighter? 3. And after, they charged my mom $70 for a straight line haircut that they picked for her without even taking in consideration what SHE (their client) wanted. And $805hair dye for a lighter on top, darker on the bottom result on a dark color!!! 4. To my dad they charged $50 haircut and $60 hair dye. With the same, no information regardless price when he asked but at least the did a decent job with him. 5. I find it terrible and disrespectful for them to act that way with older folks just because they didn’t know better. And literally SCAM them! Just because they’re older and the don’t know how the service work. Not just that, but after doing all of that delivering a terrible result and blame it on THEM (The client), their lack of professionalism and technique!!!

I used Elumen for the first time. As I’ve been allergic to peroxide and ammonia, I was convinced that this hair colour was right for me. Preparation and application were a bit longer than other types of hair colour but I experienced no itchiness or allergic reaction. However, the application was messy and the person finding out the colour did not do a good job. Alex explained the messiness but he advised all this would be removed and cleaned. So the results were not expected. My hairline showed I had a hair colour and when I returned home, a lot of black specks fell off with a slight shake of my head. Furthermore, my nails were filled with black muck whenever my fingers brushed my hair. So I had to shampoo my hair the next door. Not sure, whether the additional cost is worth this aggravation. My assessment will be made in the next few days!!????????

I asked her to dye my roots brown and she declined saying it would look better with my virgin hair, which does not. She also did not give me any suggestions on what I could do, instead rushing me. I spent 5 hours here and my hair looks terrible and I now have to spend another $100+ on products to fix my hair after already spending $282 here.

Horrible for my mom! For my dad, at least they did a good job there. But to my mom? Starting that they charge her $70 to cut her hair in a straight line without really asking her what she really wanted. And to finish with a poor hair dye that ended up being lighter on top and darker on the bottom ???? same result you’ll get with a box dye. When she asked about why the top was lighter, the stylist put the blame on her saying that it was because she had dyed her hair 8 months ago! Ok? But if you knew that that could happen then why didn’t you let her know that information before she starts doing something on her hair that’s gonna end up cheap looking? She literally dye her hair to a darker color! If the stylish was professional, she should’ve advice her what was the best option for her. Not just charge her for whatever she did just to fill up her pockets and deliver a terrible result! And if the result of the lighter on top darker on the bottom hair dye was because she dye her hair 8 months ago, how is that the roots (that we’re not dyed) were the ones that ended up being lighter? 3. And after, they charged my mom $70 for a straight line haircut that they picked for her without even taking in consideration what SHE (their client) wanted. And $805hair dye for a lighter on top, darker on the bottom result on a dark color!!! 4. To my dad they charged $50 haircut and $60 hair dye. With the same, no information regardless price when he asked but at least the did a decent job with him. 5. I find it terrible and disrespectful for them to act that way with older folks just because they didn’t know better. And literally SCAM them! Just because they’re older and the don’t know how the service work. Not just that, but after doing all of that delivering a terrible result and blame it on THEM (The client), their lack of professionalism and technique!!!

The place is clean , staffs are pleasant and very professional. Ely the colourist is good and professional and Lynn the hairstylist and who cut my hair is on point in cutting my fine, limp, and thinning hair. The one who wash my hair Shakira is wonderful and even massage my head and nape as I had my migraine this time. Louise the receptionist is very nice and accomodating. Happy with the service and will come back for the service plus par excellent.
