I have been a regular at Creato since they opened. I think this is the best salon in Brickell and possibly the best in Miami. Why? Expert hairdressers with lots of experience, they love what they do, great service and everyone I refer, male or female, turns into a regular.

I've never colored my hair before so I was a little nervous about the process but Sara was awesome!! She talked me through everything and even let me snap a few selfies during. Keter also allows you to schedule appointments as late as 7:30pm, perfect if you're a working gal like myself.

Very good salon with friendly and helpful staff. Administrator gave me detailed information about the services and recommended a hairdresser for my needs. I wanted a pixie cut, and it is not that easy to find somebody who will make it properly and in the way it won’t look like man’s haircut. My hairdresser Edwin Gonzalez did exactly what we discussed. Highly qualified and professional hairdresser. And the price was just as the administrator specified.

I needed a makeover for a photoshoot so I decided to check out Creato Hairdressing. I booked a session with Adriana, she gave me some recommendations and a lot of great tips. I'm glad I trusted her with my hair, it came out perfect. The color, gloss, texture really came out stunning. My husband couldn't stop looking at me. He absolutely loved it. This place is AMAZING. I had never been to a real salon before for a haircut, and now I honestly don't think I can ever go anywhere else! My stylist was Scarlet, and she was so friendly and sweet, and so meticulous and careful with every cut she made to my hair. I ended up cutting about 10 inches off, and I was really nervous for how it would look, but I honestly couldn't be happier. And the entire staff was so wonderful and personable. Scarlet really worked with me to make sure I was getting exactly the look I wanted. I recommend this place to everyone who comments on my hair, I can't say enough good things!

I had a pretty bad initial color experience, but Manuel and Humberto went way above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. After about 12 hours total and some serious compassion for my distress, I absolutely love my hair. Sure it's great when everything works out the first time around, but the strength of a salon's customer service, skill and professionalism is truly on display when something goes wrong. I can confidently say the team at Creato will do whatever they can to make sure you leave with the hair style you want!

I have been here multiple times over the past 2 years. Rebecca is the only person I trust with my hair now and she's always done an amazing job whether I'm getting balayage or a haircut. She always has a good idea of what I'm going for and is very receptive to the little details or changes I want to do. The rest of the staff are also very a accommodating and friendly. The moment you walk in, they make you comfortable with a nice drink of your choice. The location is easily accessible from the metro. In terms of decor, it's very modern and open. I also appreciate the natural lighting, as it gives an accurate view of how your hair looks. I never have problems making appointments and changing them if needed.

I came to Creato because it was close to my work in Brickell and they had great reviews, and I was not let down. They helped me transform from blonde back to dark brunette and did an excellent job handling my damaged, color-treated hair. Everyone in the salon introduced themselves to me and all staff were relatively attentive to my needs asking if I needed water, coffee, anything else, or to plug my phone in while I was there for 5+ hours getting a dye, conditioning treatment, cut and style/blow out. I cannot recall the stylists name but she was sweet and understanding of my situation and did a great job. Best of all, I was happily surprised when I went to pay and the bill was way less than I was expecting. I DEFINITELY recommend Creato and I will be going back!

I recently had a hair disaster at a salon in south beach. I went to creato to try and rectify what had been done. I not only received the most amazing service but the communication in terms of the end result that I wanted was on point. I was even told that whatever I didn't like or wanted to change was not a problem. I would highly recommend creato.

I am in love with the sew in extensions I received at Creato by Javonia. As a natural haired woman of color, I did not think it was possible for me to wear the trendy virgin unprocessed silky look, I could not have been more wrong. Javonia was able to give me the silky look without chemically changing my hair’s natural curly texture. Great service. Excellent level of professionalism. Worth every dime.

Edwin!!! Edwin did an amazing job with my very curly fine hair. I'm always stressed about getting my hair styled because stylists either cut it too short or don't really style it and do a nip here and there or style it like straight hair. Not Edwin. Edwin listened to what I needed and wanted which is a style i can wear curly and straight. He assessed my hair and took his time methodically evening it all out while maintaining my length and giving it a style. Along the way he educated my on how to care for my curly hair. His years of teaching and styling showed. He was spot on with everything he said and did. I left feeling pretty which i've not felt in a very long time. My husband accompanied me. He has gorgeous thick salt snd pepper hair so I got him in Edwins chair. WOW, he got the best hairstyle I've seen on him in the 17 years I've known him. He even felt pretty, lol!! He looks great! Thank you, Edwin. You now have 2 new clients that will without a second thought drive from Boca Raton to sit in your chair. Thank you!

Well this was my second time there and this will be the last. I was with Humberto and I am pretty disappointed with the result. I tried to explain what I wanted and got no question in return so I thought it was clear. During all the cutting process he did not ask one single time to get my feedback, actually he was not speaking at all. My new haircut is just poorly done, and when I realized the harm was already done. Communication was inexistent and if what I wanted was not clear, then Humberto should have said so. $55 for a 30min and poor haircut for men, I don’t even want to imagine what would be the result for a more complex service such as highlights or treatments….. Although I was not his client, Manuel also introduced himself and checked on me throughout the whole process.
