Girl working was friendly, but when returning a product to use a coupon I was e-mailed for 40% off 1 item, she had to call her boss as she was not trained on how to give me my coupon after I had purchased the product. The boss then tells the girl she cant give me the deal as the product "Amica" is getting rid of it's old label design and is marked down for that reason. No where in the fine print of my coupon does it explain that. Feeling a bit let down and felt that they didn't go out of their way for the customer.

The staff here are knowledgeable and super sweet. They are willing to look into products they don't have, and help you out with anything new. I always feel welcome and find what I need. Pay attention to their hours though, I always forget they close earlier on weekends.

Dawn the manager has been my saving grace throughout all of these years.. she is kind, thoughtful, helpful and very educated/experienced professional in what she does.. Dawn has given me a lot of advice over the years and I am so thankful that she is always there to help.
