Estimated wait times are misleading. 15 minute wait time turned into over an hour as I had to contend with line jumping. The hair cuts are rushed and not as good as they used to be.

Due to covid times, you'll be stuck waiting outside and street side parking is limited; so dress warm and arrive on time. But overall the barbers here are really good and willing to take the time to work with you to make sure you get your desired look. Id recommend!

After my old barber retired I dreaded to have to find a new one. Lucky I found this place. Brock Street Barbers has a vintage feel that’s more modern on the inside and it’s quite cozy. The Barber themselves are great, and very friendly When I first started going there was only 2 barber, now they have 3! There newest team member Lisa did a very excellent job with my cut today. I’ll be definitely booking another appointment with her in the future. She was even a good spot having to deal with my name that appeared on the schedule :). The price for a cut is cheap compared to (some) other places. Being able to book an appointment online is super easy and quite intuitive. Just select the day and time (if available) and your done. You even get a text an hour before your appointment to remind you. I have recommended Brock Street Barbers to others and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work guys and gal.

Love the service and the guys do a great job .The wait list needs to be fine tuned . it was extremely busy today but another customer who came in after me was given priority because of a mistake that was made .I do understand mistakes are made but after a 1 hr 20 wait patience runs thin

Whenever I get the chance, I really enjoy my time at Brock Street Barber Shop. The fact that I rarely get the chance is my only issue with this shop. I am pleased to see they have expanded their hours however as someone who works 9-5 every week day it is difficult to get to the barber shop. Anyway, when I do get the opportunity I truly enjoy the atmosphere, service and the cuts. Keep up the good work guys.

On his website says wed open 12 to 5 so I showed up at 1145 thinking he opened at 12 waited till 1215 in my car and then walked up to the door beacuse I noticed the closed sign wasnt turning over to open and on the door says open 9 to 12 wed guy needs to figure his hours out beacaue he just lost a customer

Great Hair cut and excellent conversation. The barber went above and beyond in his hospitality! I asked around all over the place everyone wanted me to waite more then an hour even where hair dressers were standing around visiting ignoring customers. When I came to this barber shop although he was busy they were friendly and got to me very quickly. When I'm back in the area I will be here.
