New buzzer system is terrible, was told about a 30 minute wait and was sat waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then the lady that was attending to me, who only had to shave the sides of my head to a Number 0 which took 3 minutes, TOLD ME THAT MY MOHAWK LOOKED UGLY AND THAT I SHOULD SHAVE IT OFF, SHE SAID IT WAS AS BAD AS A MULLET! NOT HAPPY.

Quite expensive. Did a very quick 10 minute cut of my dsughters hair...she came home..was so uneven. I took her back..they were great and gave her another haircut..2 hairdressers checked it..and were very apologetic. Also gave us vouchers.

Went in asking for a small trim for my fringe as it was getting long, I did explain clearly that I only wanted a little taken off and the hairdresser cut it too short wasn't cut straight at all was very disappointed and upset, as I am to be attending a wedding soon and my hair is ruined and won't grow back in time. I can honestly say I probably won't go back there ever again which is disappointing

Came here for a fringe trim. The 2 ladies working there were lovely! 'If you want a specific haircut/style, don't forget to produce a photo of what you prefer' - words from one of the hairdressers. I was happy with my trim in the end but next time I'll come back with some pictures ???? Thank you!

Went in today to get a cut. Was welcomed by Mareth talking to one of the staff in a very inappropriate way, then rudely told to take a seat because we have a queing system here. Very unprofessional in my opinion
