Overall pretty good experience, I loved the colour work my stylist did. They were pretty fast too! I was a little disappointed with getting charged for a 40$ haircut on top of my colour work, especially when I asked the stylist if she ended up cutting any hair off and she responded saying ‘barely anything at all’. Other than that, had a pretty good experience

AMAZING SALON! It’s so nice, clean and the overall atmosphere was so pleasant. I showed Taylor what I wanted to achieve and she basically achieved it for me. She is SO nice, so friendly to talk to and really explains everything that she’s going to be doing and what the end result will be. The prices are so affordable too! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, and Taylor as their stylist. I’ll be coming back for sure! ❤️

Nicks the best but the other stylists do an exceptional job also Customer service is job number one here also. They offer you a water, coffee or tea, hang your coat up for you. The place is always spotless.

She was 30 minutes behind. No offer of compensation for the long wait. The cut lasted 20 minutes. Looked okay until I got home and it was incredibly patchy. No blending. Had to have a colleague of mine to fix her lazy work. Won’t return.

This was the worst hair salon I have ever been to in my entire life. I asked for blonde highlights and they completely bleached my hair a banana blonde. I’ve spent over 1000$ in this past 8 months trying to fix it but all it keeps doing is turning back to the ugly banana blonde. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I’ll be sure to tell everyone not to come here.

My experience at Textures was less then satisfactory. My stylist, Alex was fantastic. The hair colour (ombre with purple) she originally did was fantastic! Unfortunately it faded a lot by (from purple to grey) the next day, and when I called to get it fixed, she was more then happy to fix it. The owner -Jamie, however was not so accommodating. Not only did she make me feel bad for coming to get it fixed, she charged me for the shampoo and blow dry following fixing the colour. The colour still didn't turn out the way it was supposed to, and the purple is almost black. I let Jamie, the owner know, and she has no desire to fix or address the problem what so ever. There is no regard for customer satisfaction. Very disappointed with the lack of effort to fix a problem regarding quality of the services at this hair salon.

My friend and I booked last minute appointments on a Tuesday afternoon with stylists at Textures Hair Salon. The stylists were patient, professional and they did an excellent job with out hair. If we are ever in the area again we will go back there. Over all we had a great experience.
