Brutal customer service. I called last week and made an appointment. Upon arrival today (day of my appt) I called again to let them know i was there as I didn't want to crowd the inside of the salon due to Covid restrictions. They did not have my apppintment written down & I received a lot of attitude over the phone from the same male voice that took my original appointment request. Make sure you get some sort of approval of your appt! Another FYI- all clientele that I saw leaving the salon or waiting in the parking lot were quite a bit older. Leading me to believe that this salon caters to shorter hair/ styles for those age ranges. Overall waste of my time, and did not appreciate the snapiness over the phone. FYI, I made the appointment on June 20 at 11:11, you can check your phone logs. ????

I've been seeing Lepa here for cut and colour for over 10 years and I leave with perfect hair every time. Over the years she's given me highlights, amazing balayage /blonde ombre, long cuts and shorter styles. I still travel back here from Toronto because I couldn't get my hair done by anyone else! Everyone else at the salon is really nice too, so I highly recommend.

Do not go to this hair studio.. avoid this place at all costs. The Owner is ignorant, the people he has working for him are all rude and incompetent as well. Find another place to get your hair done. They are very dishonest people. Stay away from this place.
