Dino was wonderful. This was my first time at Angles, and my first time having professional styling done since before the pandemic! Online booking process was great and I felt very safe with their COVID protocols. Clean and professional salon with a good selection of products. Dino was friendly and down to earth, professional and he set me at ease. The haircut is the absolute best I’ve ever received. I also felt great about supporting a long-standing local family-run business. I admit I was worried about my options as my hair is thinning now - I was even considering shaving my head! I’m pleased to say my hair looks amazing and full (my wife will attest to this!) Thanks for everything. Looking forward to my next cut!

She took such great care of me and I will definitely be going back to see her! Covid-19 social distancing and sanitization guidelines were followed, it was very clean and safe.

A family run salon there for the customer and not just in it for the money. I recieved the best quote by far for 22 inch tape in extensions and couldnt pass up the offer. Unfortunately there was a mistake on the manufacturers end and we receieved 18 inches. The mistake flew right by the two of us and i realised a few days later they were not what we had purchased. Helena was very quick to order the desired amount and replace it within 2 weeks. She had no problem coming to the rescue with a very very very reasonable condition in return. The extensions are excellent quality and placed properly in order to be discreet and natural looking. The overall experience was fantastic and the staff make the salon a welcoming comfortable place. I am very pleased and would love to recommend this salon to other locals. Thank you !!

Firstly, I did not mean to put negative reviews here but their yesterday's behavior push me to do that. I took keratin treatment service and my experience is rest of the history mentioned in the chat screenshots. If anyone is rich enough and wants to waste money on keratin treatment then I recommend this salon. I spent $338 because they told me that if you want fully straight hair then you have to pay $50 extra and when I said that this did not work then they called me in, washed my hair again, blow dried it in a professional way so that all the waves would be removed. Then they started arguing that your hair are looking perfect and some frizz and wavy hair are common. when Dino was giving treatment, after he put cream in my hair and washed it then he left my hair to dry naturally for 2 hours. But yesterday when I met them again they said you have to blow dry your hair for first few months instead of natural drying. my point is that when he was giving treatment he let my hair to dry naturally and was attending other clients. I did not ask for money back. I just put a humble request for correction. Then they admit to correct it after one month by insulting me and his wife started humiliating me through with weird face expressions . I am shocked firstly they behave like they are best but when you complaint then they will show you their worst behavior. I was so scared at that time and on the verge of tears. So I left the salon by saying that I will call you for next appointment. But I sent them email that after alot of humiliation I do not want to come again because they can even damage my hair for revenge of complaint. I do not want to put any review for other services because I don't have idea regarding that. I have attached all the screenshots of our chat in which they have mentioned that hair straightening is not magic. Problem is that why they did not tell me before charging extra money if it is not magic. If you got problem with their service then they will try to find excuse for defending themselves even at the cost of insulting you

WORST SERVICE EVER, COMPLETELY DAMAGED MY HAIR I went to angles hair studio for Permanent Hair Straightening, My hair are fully damaged, forget about straightening, they are all burnt, dried, hard to comb and so painful from roots. I got my straightening done previously from different salons since 2010, I never got my hair damaged and after damaging your hair Helena starts blaming its because of products I am using. I have been using those products from almost 8 years and now after there treatment my products are damaging my hair. Seriously. When I went back to show my hair, Helena gave me two bottles (one shampoo and Conditioner) to try if those products work and those bottles were empty, I don't understand why she gave me those. I am sharing pictures of Permanent straightening Treatment. I have wasted my $370. Its been almost a month and I am crying every single time I look at my hair, I have never seen my hair in such a bad condition.

Helena has to be the best stylist for us ladies with naturally curly hair! She keeps up with her education and knows exactly HOW to cut and work my unruly curls! I am lucky (so I am told) to have naturally curly hair because I can wear it straight if I want. When I go to Helena at Angles, she gets my hair so smooth and straight! I have been to many hairdressers over my 42 years; and, I can say without hesitation that she has been the best one, by far! I highly recommend her and she will not disappoint! Both Helena and Dino are wonderful and professional. They make recommendations based on your requests, are reasonably priced, and know their line of business well!
