Worst haircut I went there before with the old owners and they were great but the guy who cut my hair looked like a truck driver and totally cut my hair so uneven it was terrible.

After my initial visit I was a little bit sceptical about going back as I wasn’t to happy with my previous haircut. I decided to give them another try and mentioned to Jas what had happened last time. He apologized right away and assured me he can give me the haircut I want. Sure enough after 30 minutes, Harv had given me one of the cleanest skin fades I’ve ever had. They won me back that’s forsure! Thanks again Jas and Harv for making things right! I got hair cuts there for a couple of years and I was happy with it. The lady is good but I had a terrible experience with one of the men there. He was so angry and took it out on my head; he was hitting on my head brutally and at last, dropped the comb; he did not properly wash it and continued to use the dirty comb.

BEWARE! So I came in for a haircut an hour ago. Everything looked good from the front, thought a great job was done until I get showed the back. I notice 3 bald spots and asked what is this? They end up telling me that I have hair loss at 25 years old and I need to go to a Dr. So I go home to get a second opinion… they completely ruined the back of my head. Totally off centre and bald spots from the guy buzzing too short. It’s not a couple little mistakes, my hairs ruined unless I shave the back now…

Horvi is a great barber always cuts your hair the way you want it done, I think he’s there 7 days a week.They also renovated and looks way better then the bright lime green that used to be on the walls. $20 is reasonable for a detailed cut.

They increased the price from $14 to $21.10 and it's not available anywhere to see in the store, the table with the prices are covered so you don't know what is the haircut price. They also require you to use a mask otherwise they obligate you to pay $2 more to get a mask from them. This was the last time I went there, they were dishonest by not telling the price to the customer and not having the mask information visible for everyone besides having a small sheet of paper on the inside of the store regardind the masks. They did not tell me about the price change or the mask, therefore not allowing me to choose not to cut my hair.

They increased their prices from $14 to $21. They also charge you for a mask they require you to wear during a haircut. There are much better barbers for that price

Had this review been placed two years ago with the other barber/shop owner it would have been glowing; but unfortunately those days are long gone. Due to the convenience of the location I've tried to visit for a cut or trim at least three times in the last six months hoping that the last time I was there was just a bad day for a business dealing with fluctuating pandemic restrictions, but unfortunately they've proven themselves consistently terrible. Had the costumer service been even passable, this place may be worth another star but I had to walk out in the middle of a cut because its become evident that costumer experience has become an afterthought. Prepare yourself to be met with either indifference or annoyance, subpar cleanliness and a shamefully choppy cut.

Unlicensed barbers..it was good place before Oxford bought it..barber Jas and the big hairy owner are so rude..only accept Cash if u want to pay by debit they charge you extra 2 dollars..bad experience..I would recommend Royal oak barbers..I only went to Oxford as it was on the skytrain route..if u driving you have to purchase $4 ticket to park.. END of day I'm used to having small talk as simply as how's your day going .they are MUTE and rude..and yes I agree with other comments ..they are not sanitary..
