I travel in from downtown for their eyebrow threading. If I go anywhere else I always regret it. I don’t think I’d go here for a hair cut but WOW my eyebrows always look amazing.

Definitely one the best beauty salons I have ever been to. I absolutely love the lady who did my service and am impressed of how many services they have to offer. Threading, waxing, manicures, pedicures, laser, facials, permanent makeup tattoo... etc you name it. They literally do everything here. I bought the Brazilian waxing service package from groupon which was less than $20. I wasn’t expecting much before I came but I was blown away from how friendly and caring my technician was, and by how many varieties of services they have to offer. It is fairly a small place but it has a warm atmosphere and contains everything you need. It wasn’t too busy for a Saturday night but I still booked appointment in advance just to be sure. I ended up getting both face threading and a facial after my Brazilian waxing. I am really happy to have found a place this professional and welcoming that’s right across the block from my place. I would definitely be coming back regularly for more! Overall an extraordinary experience. ????????????

Worst experience ever. Went after months today and never going back! Went in for a full arm and legs wax and to get my brows done. The paper on the waxing table was dirty and so I had to ask the lady to change it, she went in and out of the room multiple times, picking up phone calls, leaving the door open when leaving the room and what not. I understand being understaffed is one thing, but she kept taking appointments on the phone while also waxing my legs and did not bother to even apologise or excuse herself to pick up the calls. Had random notices on the walls saying our rates might change due to covid!! (Did not mention anything about that whatsoever when I called to book an appointment). Went there all the time before they closed due to covid and never had to deal with the lady who I believe is the owner, not going back ever again!

Awful experience. Be cautious the owner tends to charge extra and intentionally miscalculated the sum of services rendered. The waxing room looks shabby with dirty sheets. I went to them thrice for threading and every single time landed with bruises. The owner is unprofessional and the services are pathetic.

Got my eyebrows threaded, left with one of my eyelids BLEEDING. The treatment was so aggressive and poorly done that they cut into my skin. Repeatedly hitting my face and poking my eyes throughout the process. Staff was rude and careless. Absolutely AWFUL service, I will never be going back.

This is a Salon that I came across randomly 4 years ago when I had just moved to Vancouver. 4 years later and counting, I still come here regularly 1-2x/ month for my haircut & eyebrow maintenance; I have never been to any other Salon, nor am I interested. The two ladies who own and operate this business are absolutely amazing! When they are completely swamped with customers, they make every effort to help everyone - they can definitely multitask in stressful situations and remain absolutely calm and relaxed. Customer service to them is definitely a priority which is something I’ve seen every single time I’ve come in. I am very high maintenance and like having my eyebrows and haircut done in a specific way and they have never once complained. They’re also open late, which perfectly aligns with my work schedule. Even if I show up a few minutes after they’re closing time, they will still make time for me without complaining. They are very knowledgeable, informative & recommend solutions to problems very quickly with the right products in mind that work. If they cannot provide a service, they are straight forward, honest and will recommend other salons where you might be able to find what you’re looking for. The prices are incredibly cheap! You won’t find pricing like this anywhere else. I live farther away now but still make an effort to see them for their services no matter how long of a commute it is. Thank you for all the hard work and exceptional customer service you have provided me with over these past few years. I really appreciate it! - JP

I read others comments on the woman who seemed disinterested when doing her job. I believe she is the owner, not sure though. I have been going there for a few years now. I have experienced her rudeness several times. However, because I am on disability and can only afford to go to this place, I will continue getting my hair cut there. Hopefully she won't do a hack job on my hair when she realizes who wrote this review. Whenever I call, and explain how long my hair is and exactly what I want done, I'm always told it will be $15. But after my haircut, I am then told it will cost $20 and recently I was told $21. I don't say anything because it's still a lot cheaper than other places. Other than that, the woman I believe who is the owner, did a decent job. She didn't cut my hair to my specifications. I wanted my hair cut perfectly straight in the back but she made it a bit rounded. But it wasn't uneven, so good enough. And every time I ask to see the back..she gives a big sigh like I'm causing problems for her. Which is rude, annoying and very bad customer service. However, since it is the cheapest place, I will be return again and hopefully without getting another sigh and getting it cut the way I ask her to do it.

I get my hair cut from here twice a year, they're OK not above and beyond kinda service but still nice. And hair cuts are super cheap, I used to pay 20$ with taxes and tip(before COVID 19)

Went for eyebrows and upper lips and asked her not to make them thin. Not only did she make them super thin, but she didn't shape them or trim them at all!! And she literally hacked away at my skin! It was red for hours afterwards!! She was also rude and disinterested..she knew I was in pain but kept on going with the same force. Never going there again!!

Went there for eyebrow threading and upper lip wax. Brows were ok but my wax was terrible she got it on my lips and didn't get all of the hair the first go I think mainly because she put wax on to thick. She ended up threadin the hair left which I didn't want because I find it more painful..... now I'm left with a red irritated upper lip with bumps everywhere two days later still feels like there's wax on my face and there are still a few hairs smh

Really bad customer service. Went in for a haircut and the lady seems so disinterested in cutting the hair. Was more interested in watching the television. Didn't at all do a good job and top of that charged $21 for just trimming the hair . At the billing counter told me it was $32 for haircut and eyebrow threading .. had a doubt and asked what was the rate for the haircut and then changed it to $26...Was so not satisfied .People should not do a job for the sake of doing things.. should have some dedication to their jobs.
