Reviewing them just based on my waxing experience. I have been there twice till now to get my waxing done. First time there were hair left on my arms which I noticed after coming home. I did let it go. But went against n yesterday, booked a appointment for both arms and legs. When I reach there for my appointment I was told that she cannot do both legs and arms in 30 mins. I specifically told to book me for both arms and legs. Why book an appointment when you cannot deliver the complete service. In the 30 mins I told her to do my full legs. I came home and saw so many hair were left on my thigh. We are a very small community and I expect you guys to retain customers and provide them good service. I have just recently moved to the area and was thinking of getting my hair and nails done, but now I might have to think before coming. I understand that you guys are really busy but it would be great if you do the job good the first time. No one has time to come again and again to get things done.

I went to Eclipse hair salon back in December I believe, it was my first visit! Before my appointment I made sure I told them exactly what I had in mind, which was a silver balayage ( I had this done for my prom pictures, and I fell in love hoping I can get it re-done!) They also knew that I had short hair! When I get there the staff was so nice! And the lady who did my hair was also very nice! Although I did notice that she worked fairly fast throughout the process, which I understand there are more customers coming that I thought. But I felt very rushed! Once we get it done and she reveals my hair and it doesn’t not look like anything close to what I wanted, I ended up getting bleach blonde just pure bleach blonde, I was upset but I didn’t mind it really but I just never wanted to go completely blond because I knew my hair would fry lol, I paid 160.00 for above the shoulder length hair, bleach blonde lol I just don’t understand lol, so that was my experience! But overall she did her best, and I’m not ganna be rude about the salon, they may have done much better, but I will not be returning
