I tried to get balayage done by Seido... I don’t believe she is trained. She will try her best for you, but she damaged my hair so so much, that I don’t even want to be a blonde... the streaks of colour are not even, my roots are orange, the hair cut was poor, my hair broke off tremendously ... my hair turned green after washing it the first time... Seido then made me pay $25 to get the green out, by damaging my hair more with toner! I left with a mess of colours and broken hair... not worth the quick appt and maybe reasonable prices... $250 later and my hair is waaaay worse then it had ever looked before ... and now I need to pay for a proper hair cut, wait patiently for my hair to grow.. and then soon colour... again!!... >:(

No matter what anybody else could say these woman who work at and own this Beauty Salon, are and always for years have been absolutely BRILLIANT!! Professional Talented Polite Fair decent Pricing, ALWAYS giving me exactly what me and my children want! And I can't help but saying that they all look Amazingly Beautiful and cute while doing it!!!! They once stood and got my four year olds knotted long rats nests hair out for three plus hours and were great and patient with the little ones while doing it! When it came time to paying I could not believe how cheap it was for what they charged me! I just had to tip well and thank them like crazy! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 200%!!!!!!! LADIES I will be seeing you tomorrow for my appointment. Guaranteed you know exactly what I want!!????????????????????????????????

A few pros and cons to this place. I have been getting my hair cut for years here but I would never do colour here. If you want anything really exotic you're better off searching somewhere else. If you just need a simple cut I'd really recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and although there can sometimes be a bit of a language barrier, gestures with your hands can go a long way. The place is always clean and I leave satisfied with my haircut. The only time I've been unsatisified leaving was when my hair was styled for my Grad. I mainly wanted waves a bit of volume but I was not super satisified with the krinkling that was done. The waves looked amazing though! My mother has gotten colour done and it was an interesting experience. It was not necessarily done correctly imo (all she wanted was from blue highlights) but it still looked decent in the end. So pros: -Good pricing -Friendly staff -Good haircuts Cons: -Not fantastic with colouring -You will need to be clear about what you want (this is with any hair styling place though honestly)

Seemed like it was going to go okay..until the over confidence did not meet he tun out. ..then she si sh wod do the roots darker and put more blonde in it another day..that day came and I was Givin the bums rush for 2 hous basically under the heater being ignored, all for it to go back to thw EXACT same s it was before I went. . Even she admitted it and then booked another day while now owing me the money I paid in advance.. 250 dollars for something that would have cost me 100 in ONE DAY.

Just moved over here from the mainland, and was given their name as a potential place to go for a good fade. Now knowing how few and far between it is to be able to find someone up here that knows how to do a good fade (how to blend a fade etc), I'm used to asking certain questions before agreeing to allow someone to touch my head. When I asked the lady there if she knew how to blend a fade, she did not know what I meant. She responded to me by saying, "I'm very busy so if you don't want to use me then you can go." I told her there was no need to get defensive and offensive and left. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, as I believe in rewarding places that understand good customer service with business/my money. Not a professional establishment in my opinion.

Went in for lowlights and a haircut costed 88 dollars. They did the which barely showed. When I called the next day to get more lowlights because these barely showed she said it's because I needed to bleach my hair first because of the color of these particular highlights which would have been food to know from the beginning so I could have chosen lowlights that showed up more. The lady said she would do more and that she would give me a deal. Yeah right $50 dollars later and another too and they added like crazy over the next couple days. Felt ripped off , taken advantage of and lied to. Will NEVER recommend this place. Truly disgusted!!! Private messaged these people over 2 hours ago the message was seen by them right away as soon as I sent it...still no response. Wow...just wow!!!

I came here to get a balayage, i was nervous at first, but I brought pictures with me and the woman reassured me that she knew exactly what she was doing, and she would do it just like in the picture, well after 3 hours I walked out with very badly damaged hair(from all the bleach) and literally just highlights that were not even done correctly as there are direct lines of colour difference, I paid decent money for this as well and it is not anything close to what I'd wanted. I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone!! I am very deeply disappointed, now my hair is ruined.

It was such a bad experience. They were just ignoring me. They were helping another client while cutting my hair. Its disgusting place for hair cut. Even i was paying for hair cut and she was realizing me like its social work for me. One of lady was rude and saying that u need to wait for blow dryer. I never recommend to anyone.
