Madison is an angel! Not only did she put me at ease (I haven’t had my hair cut in two years)! She did a great job, making me look beautiful! She also has restored my faith in humanity because as a person with a disability she offered to walk with me to my car! I didn’t have to ask! No one EVER does that anymore! She was a bright light in my day! Highly recommend Madison if you are looking for a down to earth stylist with great skills!

Salon Muse is amazing! I love the staff - friendly, knowledgeable and talented. I have gone there for a range of beauty treatments: from gorgeous manis and lush lashes at their sister spa nextdoor to highlights and colour treatments with my favorite stylist Emily. Kelsey's team knows how to doll you up so you leave feeling like a goddess, giving a girl that added sprinkle that brings one's natural confidence radiating forth. Best salon ever!!!

I did a lot of research when I was picking my hair stylist for my wedding. I can definitely say that Kelsey at Salon Muse was the best decision for sure! The salon itself is SO cute. It has a very modern and fresh feel to it. I went to her for all the hair cuts and colour leading up to the big day, and at every step she delivered the best hair I've ever had. I was most nervous about the hair trial, but when the time came she gave me such a beautiful updo. I was so at ease and happy on my wedding day because I knew my hair was going to look gorg! And it did!! I'm so happy to have found her, especially for one of the most special days of my life <3

I have been seeing Kenz for my hair and she is AMAZING! Super sweet and professional, has done an incredible job bringing my hair back to blonde, and was super knowledgeable about products that I was asking about. I felt uncomfortable like I was back in middle school. Felt like a bunch of popular girls judging and I don’t need that at 37. Better for a young “popular” crowd or else you get treated like junk.

Kelsey has been my hairdresser for more years than I can even count. I moved to the lower mainland approximately two years ago and continue to make the trip back to see Kelsey (pre covid restrictions). I have tried several hairdressers over here and have not found anyone who is as skilled at obtaining that perfect white blonde, is as friendly, ambitious or caring. Kelsey is a fabulous business owner, leader, and hair stylist. She pours her heart and soul into her girls and this salon. Salon Muse is a rare find and the best salon around.

Had only positive experiences in the salon. Pricing was fair and the hair stylist did a good job with achieving the blonde colour from brown. Weirdly, the back of my hair never did get dyed as much as the front. Making it blonde in the front, brown in the back. Love the work they do but when it happens 2x idk.

Kelsey is amazing and would without question recommend her and her salon. I drove over an hour and a half each way for every appointment with her for over two years for her to do my hair and only stopped when I decided to take a break from extensions. Great salon ☺️

I am new to the province and was quite nervous about finding a new stylist, especially since my hair was very damaged after at home quarantine bleach outs! I had such a good experience and felt zero stress and was able to sit in Kelsey’s chair and let her do her thing! The salon has a very warm, chill and welcoming atmosphere and the girls are all super friendly! Kelsey was super upfront with the pricing quote with a detailed breakdown of costs AND maintenance costs which I thought was super professional and convenient for budgeting purposes. Most importantly- the salon experience! It was the most efficient hair appt I have ever had. Tandem foiling and extension application allowed for a 4 hour full color and install! Amazing! Even the toner application was done with crazy attention to detail on every section. Kelsey also got my damaged, washed out blonde with super long roots super light again with ZERO damage or breakage! I was given detailed instructions on aftercare plus emailed reminder instructions. Top notch service from consult to appointment, I highly recommend Muse for their professionalism, extremely skilled stylists and fun atmosphere!
