After a bad experience with a different salon, I called Orchid Hair Salon to see if they had any same day appointments available. Thankfully, I was able to meet with Laura. Not only did she fix my bad hair day, she turned it into a masterpiece! Laura is extremely talented, and I will continue to see her in the future for my hair needs. Thank you Laura! :-)

I have had two different stylists and they have been amazing. My mom and I both go there and the ladies are so sweet and so smart. They listen to you and also push you to trying something new if you want to. They are the only ones that can keep my mom's hair rich. She went somewhere else once after years at orchid and NEVER AGAIN! It was so dry! Thank god for orchid!

Rebecca is AMAZING. I have been to a lot of various salons for the past 15 years but my experience here has been by far the best. It is such a hidden gem.. I actually love getting my hair done now because the atmosphere is so comfortable (there is a usually a movie playing so the time flies by) and Rebecca is just such a warm, enjoyable person to talk to. But more than anything, I have never LOVED my hair so much before. I have long blonde hair and I find a lot of hair dresses struggle to be consistent with the color and highlights. But she just gets it and always does it perfectly. Customer for Life !

The salon was super clean and adhered to all health/covid protocols. My daughter wants Orchid to be her regular salon, and I will be doing the same.

Orchid is a fantastic salon with an array of services. True professionals and I enjoy supporting a small business. Rebecca and the staff always ensure the utmost satisfaction. They are accommodating, patient, honest and I have never had a bad experience either in person, or by phone. I appreciate their honesty in what may or may not work (I have to trust the hairdressers expertise after all!), so much that I also send clients there and recommend regularly. I actually found them by chance during the busiest of Christmas season. I have never looked back.
