Got a fantastic hot towel shave there. They got me an appointment at fairly short notice. Really friendly people, and the girl that did my shave was awesome. She did an incredibly good job on the shave. Will definitely go back again. Highly recommended for friendly and professional service.

Charity did the hair for all the Bridal Party at my daughters wedding ! I was so impressed with how quickly she moved from one woman to the next and all our hair was perfect. Everyone wanted different styles and it didn’t even phase her! Thank you Charity!!

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! Not only does CHARITY-CASE owner charge patrons a $15.00 covid fee ( I have all receipts & 2 videos) without informing patrons prior to, they also charge $150.00 for just colour. No cut, no style, no blow-dry no nothing other than colour. Even when your hair turns yellow at the hands of the school girl hairdresser, they charge you for toner, oh and "extra" for tinfoil. What a complete joke! Question: Why do they charge an additional $15.00 covid fee when these types of businesses MUST sanitize all equipment with or without covid! Nothing short of a money grab people! I was told by owner CHARITY-CASE that they charge $150.00 for colour & they "throw" in a cut for a whopping $150.00! So what do they charge for "just" colour? Well apparently they still charge $150.00! CHARITY-CASE committed fraud and continues to do so to all patrons. No matter what CHARITY-CASE response is to my honest review she cannot change the fact that she committed fraud, charged my daughter inlaw a $150.00 charge for a cut & colour when all she received was a colour. Extra cleaning, extra staff is a ridiculous cop-out to charge patrons extra money when CHARITY-CASE owner should be sanitizing/cleaning without using the excuse of "extra" cleaning measures/costs for a flu! I will NEVER use these services ever again Cheer

Great decor in the old train station. Got a men's cut with a proper fade, shampoo, and a head massage. They used a straight blade to trim the back of my neck! Walked in with no appointment and was seen right away. Definitely going here again

I have been going to whiskey and Pearls for at 4 years Emily has been cutting my sons hair since he was about 2, she is the reason he is so comfortable with going to get his hair cut, Emily is also the only person I let color my hair and it’s always what I want and she always makes sure I’m happy with the end result, over the years my husband, daughter and mother in-law have all started to go to get their hair done at whiskey and Pearls, the atmosphere is always welcoming and positive... even with all the recent changes I still feel comfortable and safe with all the precautions at the salon :)

super friendly staff, but I won't be going back. I showed inspo pics of wispy bangs and that isn't at all what I received. I also noticed after returning home that she parted the hair for my bangs from my crown. The face framing is the worst I've ever seen in my life, and they're so awfully crooked. It has a distinct "I had a mental breakdown and cut my bangs at 2am in the bathroom" vibe to it. I don't even know the stylist's name as she didn't even introduce herself. I learned my lesson about trying a new stylist (do NOT do it), and will be returning to my regular one after my hair grows enough that it can be fixed. Moral of the story is I spent +$50 for my hair to be destroyed.

I don't know what the browner lady is smoking, but there is no 15.00 dollar covid charge here. I get my hair done here and there is a TWO dollar covid service charge which is not unreasonable considering all the cleaning they have to do to protect themselves and clients from covid. They do NOT charge for foil(literally the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard) Charity, Emily, Carlie, Erica and Dayna are all AMAZING professional stylists and I have never seen a bad thing come out of this salon. Don't believe everything you read!

My son and I have been going here for about a year and a half and will continue to. The hair stylists are great, fun to be around and ensure you are happy before leaving. My wife gets her hair dyed here as the prices are good and my daughter just got her first trim here. The family will continue to return. Amazing place.
