I made a appointment for 7 they sat me at 720, It was Deanna cutting my hair, she cut half my hair then said it was done cause inwas running late or something, so I had to go back the next day out of my own time and of course pay downtown parking, they had to recut it short, they never gave me a refund, after I had to go back twice and waste my time during my work day

Did not get what I asked for or what I paid for. So I went back because it cost alot of money. I had called and told them, they said "come back" I did, then they charged me again. Wow. Cost me over $300 and still couldn't get it right!. I certainly could not afford to pay double. I have no problem paying more money for a good job. But I feel totally ripped off.
