I didn't think I was going to have any skin left on my foot when they were finished scraping and scrubbing. It was excessive and painful and we had 4 different people working on us. If you're looking for a quality pedicure and a relaxing environment don't go here. If you want a cheap and okay job done, then it would be fine. Can't guarantee all the tools were sanitized either.

Got my nails done here yesterday and I loved it. The lady (dont know her name) did an amazing job. She seemed to be rushing because there was others waiting and only 2 workers, but I'm happy with the results. Thank you ☺️

Worse nails I've ever had! Nail polish all over my fingers and cuticles. When I explained my concern the guy doing them didn't care at all and told me if I didn't like them he'd take them off. The shape was terrible, he handed me the nail file and told me to do it myself. TERRIBLE customer service. Never going back again.

I love this place so far I have had Kim and Jason do my nails and they both pay such great attention to detail! I love how fast and open minded they are to different designs. I never leave here disappointed and I truly appreciate their work!

Arrived shortly after opening and was greeted promptly. There was a bit of a language barrier so it took us a few minutes to determine my wants. I got a pedicure with color and design. The pedicure was well done. They took as much care of my feet as the $100 pedicure places minus the bells and whistles. Occasionally he was a bit rough and I did receive a small abrasion on my ankle grom the pumice stone but overall got the job done. The nail polish seemed old but the worker made it quite smooth. Was asked if I would like a design but was not informed it was an additional fee (I figured it would be though). It was a simple design but did add an extra something to the pedicure. The massage was done after my nails were finished by a different worker and the massage on the chair was also turned on while I recieved it. Was pleased overall but don't expect a nice long massage and spa treatment for a price of $40 with extras.

Awesome Jason and Kim know exactly what they're doing and and e extremely cheap!! You don't need to give out credit card d over phone like the other place ...way better than wrapture by far!!if you are late or need to cancel, they don't charge extra or even show slighteat annoyance at all...plus they charge almost half less than the other place..I got cat eye nails and the y move !!super awesome nail art as well and they don't charge extra

The most worst and annoying nail shop to visit. Their services is horrible and staff are rude and unfriendly. They stylishly extort money from new customers by adding unsolicited stuff to nail care and compulsorily demand payment. You need to be very careful and vigilant when treating your nails.

I got a fill and the lady did a good job. Also love that I could get them done on a Sunday and not have to wait for hours like at the mall.

Very disappointed in the money I spent on the gel manicure I received it was very poorly done but I'm only a teen and I didn't have the nerve to say something to them so I walk to the place on please I showed him the picture of what I wanted and he was looking at it the whole time and I wanted us to design on my nails and I was kind of iffy about what he was doing so I just told him to do something more simple and I told him just to do straight lines but he did squiggly lines on 2 accent nails and they're not even so I was pretty disappointed about that and I know when you get Gel manicures you're not supposed to leave your fingers underneath the LED light for so long and he kept telling me to keep my fingers under the light and when the light went off to move my hands he wanted me to keep the light on while he was working on the other hand which is weird and not right I didn't want tips but before I could even say anything there and cutting my nails and gluing tips on they were cut uneven not filed how I wanted very uneven gel polish was put on very poorly it was I just wouldn't recommend going there at all it's not worth the money it's pretty expensive it's not worth the money for what you're going to get. Every time I would try to say something to him he wasn't really understanding me and I also had a hard time understanding him to it sometimes.

It was really Pleasant I did not have an appointment I walked in the door and asked if they could take me and they said by all means come in and the girl who did my nails was just just beautiful tell me what to do when my feet don't get so bad as what they were is to make an appointment to two to three weeks early then what I did this time it was like two months before I had my feet done and I'm telling you the difference is between night and day and they look beautiful hair paint job on on my toes is absolutely beautiful

I had a lovely experience today August 13/18 receiving a set of gel extensions. I only had a limited amount of time, the team worked quick and efficient but were still very kind and gentle! I have high expectations, and i also have very delicate skin/sensitive hands, they did a great job taking care of me. The nails themselves are great quality, good shape and artistic. The facility is clean, Only thing is my thumb nails are not fully covered in color, and i do believe they gave me acrylic with gel color rather than gel nails, so i will have to confirm that next time, and lastly i paid sixty, a set of acrylic is 35 plus 2.50 per decal, i got four decals so should have came to forty five.. I will return to phantastic nails but need to clarify price and nail types

The people here are rude. They told us acrylic nails are $28 right before we got our nails done, and at the end the price went to $45. They didn't ask us want we wanted, so they just gave us gel without even asking. Now they will not give us our money back.

My friend and I decided to get our nails done while visiting in Moose Jaw. We walked in and we're promptly greeted. We were told where to sit and I wanted a nail fill...she a manicure. Her nails were done by the woman and her experience was okay. I sat down and had one man taking off nail Polish and then another man brought a chair to the side of my and grabbed my other hand and started taking the polish of it. Then he left and another man sat down. At one point I had the owner doing my right hand across the table and had my left arm crossed over so the man on my right side could do my left hand. I was not comfortable at all and my back was starting to tense up. I have been getting my nails done for 30+ years and never had such a horrible experience. We will not be back ever!

I don't typically write reviews, but I have to say that I'm very disappointed with the gel manicure I received. My nails were not properly shaped, there are bubbles and flaws in the polish, and the french tips are very messy and extend far beyond the tips into the nail bed. I won't be returning to Phantastic Nails, nor will I recommend them to anybody. Definitely not worth the money.

Last time I went their I had a full on SCREAMING match with the nail tech. My nails were crooked and I’ve been getting them done for years, so when I asked her to fix it before I left she started telling me it’s my fault. Then screamed at me. At the end she tried over charging me (48) when a fill is 28 and it’s 10 for a color change... she said it’s another 10 to take off my old polish. Which is usually all included in a fill price.

Been going here 1 yr in june. They are clean, very professional . I am older client with severe arthritis. Couldnt ask for gentler people who take the time not to hurt my fingers . My nails are my own and they are perfect every time . They are done every 6 to eight weeks no chips ,still vibrant color for 35 dollars . I have tried others . I found my choice .

Terrible. Don't recommend. Went in this afternoon for a fill and new colour. She was rough and burnt my thumbnail with the electric drill. Didn't bother to clean up my cuticles and after getting my hands wet my polish is peeling.

I come here every so often for a pedi .. gel polish shellac always lasts forever . I noticed they made upgrades to the shop with new floors . looks newer and cleaner . last time I was here another lady came in and asked for the tools to be sterilized in front of her and I saw the woman working show her to the cleaning station explaining their procedure with sterilizing solution and autoclave . Workers are not very talkative but they get the job well done without wasting time with the bells and whistles like other places .

Could not understand the owner, talked real low, he put stickers on my nails and my 2 year old granddaughter could of done better!! One fell off later that day. Went back next day, he re-done them Np, but the lady worker hand painted what I wanted and I was just disgusted with what she drew. She didht know how to do a rose. I asked for air brush as that was what was on the sign. They don't do air brushing anymore the guy said. Then they had the nerve to charge me $5.00 more!!! It was a Sunday and they only take cash, which I didht know and the guy goes, "There a bank across the street!" I won't ever go there again, it is the worst place I have ever gone to, to get my nails done. Very unprofessional. Oh, and the one nail was cut crooked too. I recommend never going there. The guy in the mall is 1000 times better!

Me and my sister went there to get our nails done. It was a terrible experience because they constantly kept switching people around and in the end you would end up with 2 different people working on you at the same time. None of them spoke good English and their all very rough when doing your nails they kept pushing my hands very hard and they even made my cuticles bleed by filing them and if you moved at all they would grab your hand very aggressively and pull it towards them you would end up leaning on to their lap over the table. It didn't look professional at all the people were just wearing what ever they wanted. It wasn't very clean at all I ended up with little hairs stuck on my nails and little dust particles in my nails too. It ended up being $45 for a set of acrylic nails with gel polish they charge $5 extra to get gel polish. I don't suggest you go to their nail salon
