Being efficient because of 3 yrs experience is not the same as giving a 40 minute treatment instead of the advertised 1.5 hrs due to major required steps being skipped (cuticle trimming, callus removal, filing and shaping nails). The esthetician needing to fix her own broken nail should not impact the quality and completeness of the service being provided to the customer. If Bella was in pain or otherwise unable to provide the service properly because of her own broken nail, why didn't Jessica do it instead, as she wasn't with a customer at the time? I was really needing and looking forward to this pedicure, but it was the worst I have ever received.

My sister and I went for pedicures at the new Moose Jaw Lush location yesterday. We both got the spa pedicure. Hers was an hour and a half in length and her esthetician was very careful and thorough. I was very disappointed with my experience, however. My pedicure was only about 40 minutes. The esthetician (Bella) didn't do my cuticles at all, she didn't trim or shape the nails on my big toes even though i asked her to (the nails on the little toes were already short), and she barely worked on my calluses at all... spending only about 5 seconds per foot on this step despite the fact that I had bad calluses (and still do!). The massage and paraffin parts were nice. After skipping critical parts of the pedicure and taking only half of the time that was advertised for the spa version, she went over and appeared to give herself a manicure while I waited for the rest of my sister's pedicure to be done. I am extremely disappointed in the very poor quality service i received.
