Not very impressed with the customer service here. Very difficult to get ahold of them, they don’t answer phones very often, and never reply to voicemails. The one time I actually got ahold of someone, I told them I was wanting to potentially book wedding hair with Courtney and another stylist. I was told Courtney would phone me back (she was on holidays) and never got a call back. Called back again, left a message. No reply. Called again today, no answer. I would suggest a better system for answering phones and replying to voicemails.

Love, love, love this Salon! All the staff are so welcoming, kind, fun, sweet and talented. The decor looks like a dream pintest board. I have super high anxiety letting anyone touch my hair and was well over due for a cut. Paige was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. She is so detailed, warm, kind, funny, insightful and amazingly talented. Thank you so much.
