Terrible experience walking in with my 2yr old son. No hello, was barely looked and just asked me if he was going to stay still. I asked if there's anyone who's experienced with kids, he says no. I asked if we can try, and if it doesn't work, we'll forget about it (bc they have pics of kids on their social media pages). He said I need to wait after these clients (which he pointed at). I said ok how long would I have to wait approximately, he shrugged his shoulders. The problem is not that they don't do kids. The problem is that he didn't want to help, and I was made to feel like I was crazy for even being there or bringing him in. And that's the worst kind of customer service you can get. It's too bad bc they look like they're skilled barbers and was going to refer my husband there too. Never going again, SUPER unprofessional.

Il y a du monde au lieu de faire leur travail comme du monde ils te charme avec des paroles déplacées. Plein de pervers là bas qui te rend mal à l'aise pour revenir. On se croirait dans une fête de quartier. Bref beaucoup de choses à travailler ✌????✌????
