Peace, Light and Love

They were quite awesome. Walked in with an emergency. My toe polish got chipped from my shoes and Hopewell Rocks' pebbles and sand. They took me right before closing and fixed my nails. They more than fixed ... I LOVE the French style on my big toes!! Seriously!! and the seats recline so your feet are up in the air soooo comfortable. I could have fallen a sleep. Thank you Suzie!

I've had many treatments here and have enjoyed everyone. I love the Aveda products and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend the stress fix pedicure. It's my favorite service.

Prices change frequently, product is mediocre, zero gravity chairs are actually positioned way too far back and uncomfortable for pedis. Consistency in technique varies amongst technicians so it's best to stick with one u prefer except that staff turnover is also frequent. Booking time is usually 7-10 days out if you have to book outside regular working hours (8-4). Staff is pleasant.

Had such a good experience there, the lady knew exactly what I wanted after showing her ideas, they're all very up-to-date on the styles and treatments, they use a very good and trusted brand for makeup and the prices are awesome compared to other places in Moncton!

Got a new set of gels. Nails were actually concave. Had to get the redone 4 days later. I've had them for five day, most of them are already lifting, and one fell off for no reason. I wanted a fairly simple design. Black with one black and red accent nail and matte finish. They're so shiny that they can barely be considered matte. The nail tech also openly said that she was bad at doing gel. Made me real uncomfortable. They also decided to have two different people do my nails and the shape turned out horribly. The only redeeming quality is their tea. I paid 90$ for nails that lasted 5 days.

Way too pricey ! I wrote to them and they didn't really care so I am sharing my review : I would like to inform you of my experience at your salon today. I had not been to your salon in à while. I was going to Bohem in Dieppe, but my stylist was overbooked. I had a really good service from Michelle. I am very please with her cut and colour. I got highlights. But I was shocked when I went to pay. It cost me 205 $ plus tip. I have never payed more than 140$ at any salon. I don't understand because Bohem cost me 90$-130$ for the same services and the also use Aveda. Close to 100$ more seems ridiculous to me. I have always raved to people about Aveda products but now will tell them to avoid La Spa for their extremely high prices. I am informing you in case an error in price was made. If not, I think customers should be told a price. I would have left if I had known in advance. I feel ripped off. Also, as I was paying I saw that you have a special for a free hair treatment in September. I didn't received that.

After ten years with Krista ( the owner) I decided to find someone else...her passive aggressive remarks about my son and I was the last straw....telling me he had a big nose when he was an infant and tee heeing about it I found quite offensive , and trying to embarrass me in front of my fiancé …for the price and loyalty I gave I deserved more respect than her high attitude. She offered for me to come back as she would fix the problem( I could just hear the sarcasm in her voice on that one) .. I am sure I would with a response like that...no thanks ????

My daughter, son and I were recently in for haircuts. My daughter and I were cut by a junior stylist and when I got home I noticed one side of my hair was longer than the other and I had a random section on one side quite a bit longer than the rest. When I called I found the manager (?) not to be very friendly or apologetic. She told me I could go that morning to see her but unfortunately I was at work and she could not accommodate me any other time when she was there. I understand mistakes happen, especially when beginning a new career however I expected some compassion or an apology, I received neither. I found the manager was very defensive and I will not be back.

The staff was friendly, the prices were way too high for the quality of the job done on my nails. I got gel nails done and the next day one of them started lifting, its been a week since and they've all been lifting, one of them broke in half. Lost 85$ in just a weeks worth of wearing them.

Bad experience with eyelashes they were all glued together while the glue should be applied separately on every eyelash.. don't know yet how bad my eyes will react. I feel it is overpriced for what it is. I usually get a job like this for $60 and they charged me $170 at first..
