I don’t usually write reviews but I Had an excellent experience here with Rachel I have been very hesitant about getting my hair permed/cut again as it has been messed up previously, After reading all the reviews I could find I decdied to give bel hair salon a try.. I’m so happy I did because Rachel did an amazing job! From the consult to just drying my hair! It’s a very comfortable and relaxing environment.. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I was hoping for :) She let me know step by step what was being done and was very gentle, I didn’t feel any tugging etc.. This has by far been my best experience , I 100% will be coming here from now on !

Highly highly recommended!!! Had a hari cut by Sally, she is wonderful quite lady, she knew what she is doing. The prices are phenomenal i hope and request them to keep the prices as is. They just made a regular customer today. Can’t wait to go again for a fresh look when its due. Alex on reception was amazing as well. Make sure you guys tip really good these stylists deserve it. I saw many other stylists working on other customers today and all of the cx left happy. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Sally ❤️❤️❤️

Bad Experience and will never be returning again due to horrible customer service. My wife and I came in a week ago asking for their services for hair and we were greeted by two members of the staff very warmly and they answered all of our questions and left us with a good impression. We booked a partial hair highlight and I gave all of the information over the phone and was told everything would be ok. When we arrived to our appointment a couple days later, the Salon was near dead with staff hanging around, clearly not busy. One of the female hairdressers comes and grabs us and rudely tells us what do we want. We explain what we came for and the hairdresser starts rushing my wife and telling her that she can select her colour after bleaching the hair, which is very unusual for any salon in the first place, we just wanted to partial highlight not the full salon experience. After an hour of bleaching/washing and dry my wife asks again to see the selection of colours they have only to be told that they don't have the colour she wanted and also told that you needed to order beforehand. No one said this to us when we called and came in days before. After pressed one more time for other colours, the hair dresser tells her that "I don't have time to colour" and proceeds to move on to another customer who I assume is a regular due to how she greeted her, very warmly, nothing like what we got when we came in. All in all $85 was spent on a partial bleaching with wash and dry and told to come back in another time to "finish it". Unbelievable. I don't think the entire store is like that because of our interactions with the other staff the previous week when we came in for questions on services but that was horrible customer service and I can't in good conscious come back to this store.

Been going there 10 years, used 4 different stylists. Recently there & price increased $10.00 from usual price. Told this is because increased minimum wage. Minimum wage didn’t go up$10.00! No notice of price increases just a surprise when paying. Some of stylists are not very professional, pay little attention to customers, gossip amongst themselves and just leave customers sitting waiting. Really hit and miss with this place- sometimes stylist good but not last time...charged to blow dry short hair for 3 minutes...not “styled” because hair cut so short there was nothing to style. Bad cut, not impressed by way long term customer treated.

Well... I was in need of a new hairdresser/hairstylist. Fortunately for me...a young lady by the name of Amanda was recommended. How lucky was I! Gives a great hair cut and...an extremely pleasant personality as well! I highly recommend her. Reasonably priced as well.

Very poor customer services, waited in the mall half hour before opening for a Childs hair cut not only to be turned away but the employer didn't make any effort in helping whats so ever, she said that they were fully booked and couldn't take anyone in until later that evening, but yet we spend some time in the mall for about 20 mins looking for a place and on my way out the hair stylist was just standing near the door with gloves on and a masks. shows how busy they really were they couldn't even cut a Childs hair. This left me not to recommend this place to anyone.

The owner is one of the most talented hair stylists around and has introduced me to several different men's hairstyles that I may not have tried otherwise and every single one has looked absolutely fantastic. You can be as specific or as vague as you'd like in the description of what you're looking for and it will turn out great every time. If you're like me and aren't always picky, you can simply say "make me look good" and they will always deliver.

My first and my LAST TIME!!! I had a long hair and I asked round layers, a long bangs but keeping it long… The person destroyed my hair, instead of 2 inches she cut 8!!! And now my hair has many different lengths on the back and this will take a long time to grow!!!

Bad service, horrible attitude and lack of basic customer service skills. The GIRL was extremely RUDE. Never coming back! Before and during the service asked her several times what color she has available but she ignored me. After partial highlighting my hair for an hour I was told they did not have my colour of choice and she did not have the time to colour any other choices. If I had known my colour wasn't available in the first place I would have just cancelled and left instead of overpaying for a service that could have been avoided if my questions were answered before and during. Wasted both time and money for a useless service! I have to go another salon to fix the mess left on my hair. The highlight itself was not done properly and I am left with gaps of natural hair on my roots instead of properly highlights. Throughout the entire service she did not ask if I liked what she was doing to my hair. Such a bad attitude! We were told the service will take possibly two hours to finish but then she ends up finishing in little over an hour and tells me she doesn't have time today, come back another day" Unbelievable! The girl in question quickly changed her attitude when another customer came in, all smiles and friendliness. The rest of staff in the salon seem to be nice however the hairdressor in question ruins the store reputation. Someone should tell the GIRL how to talk properly with paying customers!

My wife and I got our hair done this afternoon and they are amazing! Sally is really professional and takes her time to do your hair with care! My wife got a a wash and trim and she was amazed on how quick and efficient! They are reasonably priced and take great care with your hair. Located at Dixie outlet mall sure is convenient for a shopping/makeover afternoon!

Bel'Hair is a 5* because it's amazing. With being very friendly and having amazing customer service. I really enjoyed getting my hair cut. Also the price is just right, especially with my thick thick hair (imagine horses main) I feel very relaxed. It helps having a friendly hairdresser cutting your hair. Amanda knew what would look good on me. I only have gotten my hair done but I give 5* for the customer service, and how happy I am with this business.

Years ago, I used to go to Rachel. She was good, though I don't believe she works there anymore. It seems the staff is hit or miss at this salon. The owner is okay, he never bothered me, but has also not been amazing either. I had a not so pleasant experience with my hair the last time I went there, with a younger stylist/colourist. I was a little late, and called ahead, yet when I got there she told me she would not be trimming my hair because of it (despite us finishing earlier than expected and would have had time for it). She did not fully take into account what I was showing her with photos and what I was suggesting. I paid the $120 for the job, as it seemed okay in the salon lighting, and left. After examining it some more at home I was unhappy as it was not what I wanted. I called and was told that I could get it fixed. So I went in awhile later and was charged an additional $100 for the fix. It still was not what I wanted. The girls there are young, and were too busy gossiping about a guy coming into the salon, and the stylist was swearing constantly, focusing on unprofessional conversations, instead of focusing on her job. This was proven when my new amazing stylist (at another salon) made a comment when I first went to her: "Wow, someone was really lazy with the back of your hair!" I won't be going back to Salon Bel Hair. The service is overall mediocre. A glorified supercuts.
