I got a haircut and i must say they have done an incredible job on my hair. They totally transformed my look. From cutting to colour everything was perfectly done by anetta. Very friendly and passionate staff. They will take time to know your preferences and will give you better output from what you expected. Had an amazing experience. MUST MUST VISIT.

This was one of the last salons I visited before the second lockdown (like, I was literally in the chair on the Friday the government announced that as of Monday, Ontario would be going into lockdown again). I believe Donna was my colourist and she was incredible! She adjusted my expectations in terms of colour but got me to the level I could get to in one setting. The service was lovely and I’m going back in August! Editing this review to add my thoughts on visiting this salon again on the 13th to have my roots touched up, update my balayage and get a haircut. This time I was served by Aneta and I honestly can’t stop staring at myself in the mirror. She did SUCH an amazing job! Donna started me off to my path to get lighter and Aneta got me across the finish line! See before and after pics for proof!

I asked for both highlights and lowlights. She said I didn't need lowlights, but then agreed. She then did only the highlights. Look was too blonde and not what I was going for. Disappointed that the approach is not client-centered and that the stylist's creative control was prioritized.

My daughter was invited to her boyfriends prom in Mississauga. Being from east end Toronto, I was searching for a hair salon to provide her the look she wanted. Based on reviews I contacted Donna at Luminous Hair who was confident that Vall could do the job. I can't tell you how thrilled we both were with the results! My daughter's hair was amazing and Vall took the time to make sure she was completely satisfied. Vall was friendly and chatty putting both of us at ease, worked quickly to get us out in time to be picked up for the prom. Would recommend Luminous Hair to anyone!

I have being going to Luminous Hair Salon since 1995 - always an awesome experience. Their services and attention to detail are outstanding and they have made my hair super healthy and luxurious. Everyone of the hairdressers are excellent at their work. I have had the pleasure of one of the hairdressers Aneta Rzycznick doing my hair - colour cut and set a few times and I always feel like a new woman everytime. I highly recommend this hair salon who always treats your hair with the utmost care and you always end up feeling relaxed and beautiful each time.

Aneta has cut and styled my hair twice now. My hair is not the easiest to work with. It’s curly and voluminous. Both times I’ve come out of the salon loving the way my hair looks. Aneta is amazing. She listens to what you want, makes suggestions as necessary and explains what she’s doing during the entire process. She’s professional, patient, friendly and her attention to detail is incredible!
