Intially i had a good rating for this salon but my last experience left me with a lot to desire. I been going to this salon for 2 years, my last appointment was delayed due to covid and i was one of the first people to get an appointment back after opening. I was excited to say the least. My stylist (master one) was really short and kind of rude with me, she was aknowledging other stylists customers but looked done with me, although i was her first appointment that day and i wasnt late or demanding. I wanted simple full colour, she put the hair colour on me and did not time it and left to make tik toks, i was there for longer than 30 minutes where my scalp started hurting and the only reason she got back to me probably 10-15minutes later because the owner walked in and i was looking at them waiting. Then her attitude changed to suddenly bubbly all pleasent one. I knew by then it was because the owner spoke to her. Its disappointing to see someone with so much experience make a customer feel so unwanted and almost like a bother, i knew she didnt even do her best work on me, she just wanted to get to her next appointment. The reason why i am writing this review is for that stylist, because i am not the type to speak up or even demand a better service but i know many others like me struggle with this, it would be nice to be professional and friendly to everyone. This has nothing to do with salon, owners and other stylists they are always lovely, welcoming and professional so please dont be discouraged to try this salon out for great results.

I got my hair done by Jocelyne and she did exactly what I asked for but better. She's really talented and I appreciate the fact that she took her time to really listen to what I wanted. I can’t say enough good things about Zenaida! She is very talented and good at what she does. Every time I have a hair appointment, I am always torn between what I want to do. I show Zenaida many photo options and she helps me choose what will look best and it always looks AMAZING! I don’t trust anyone else to do my hair. If I could give Hair by Reema and her team 10 stars I would! I wanted to get a balayage for the first time every professionally and I chose them and I couldn't be happier. I got a balayage down a week ago and although my stylist did amazing work, I wasn't the happiest with the colour, so I sent them an email and they happily invited me back! Alexis payed such close attention to my needs and truly delivered! I AM OBSESSED WITH MY NEW HAIR! I can't stop looking at it in the mirror! Bassam and Reema are not only amazing people they are great business owners! This is the first google review I’ve ever written. However, when someone is that good, you just have to pay it forward. There are hair stylists, and there's Nicole....she's a true master. Anyone with blonde hair knows it can go really wrong with orange hues and bleach disasters. Nicole made me feel at ease with her professionalism and recommendations. I put my full trust in Nicole and she delivered, making my blonde hair dreams come true. Best experience I have EVER had at a salon!When you first book your appt, they have you come in for a free consultation to discuss your hair needs & vision with the stylist. Jocelyn took amazing care of me and absolutely brought my vision to life of wanting to go super blonde (balayage). She made sure we looked at photos more than once to ensure we were on the same page. She exceeded my expectations and Alexis did a wonderful job with my cut and style! Prices are extremely fair and I would highly recommend checking it out for your next hair visit - you will not be disappointed ???? Plus the salon itself is super cute, Sam and the ladies have done an amazing job at creating a fun yet relaxing atmosphere.

I was referred to HairByReema by a friend after having been through multiple traumatic experiences when it came to my hair. I took my damaged, unhealthy, unevenly toned hair to HairByReema with a lot of hope to fix all the damage I had done. When I went in for my appointment today with Jocelyn, she made me feel so comfortable right away! Being a hijabi, the fact that HairByReema Salon offers a private area for girls like me, made my day! Jocelyn was so understanding and listened to all my concerns and ideas when it came to my hair before starting treatment on my hair. She was able to suggest the best treatment for my hair on the spot and also gave me some great tips and tricks to maintain my new balayage. The process for my hair colour correction was long and tiring and it was so nice to have Jocelyn be so patient through it all and answer all my questions along the way. To add to the amazing colour experience, I also got my haircut today from Zenaida, who did an amazing job with my long bob which had previously been messed up by another salon. I was so happy with both the girls and the service at the salon in general! I walked out feeling so happy and confident. Its safe to say that I have a new favourite when it comes to a hair salon, I'll definitely be coming back for touch ups and recommending HairByReema to all my girlfriends and family members! I took my 2 two girls for a haircut. Both have ver curly hair, so I was worried how it would look. We were welcomed with warmth in a very nicely decorated salon. Reema made sure that she talked to each girl to get sense of their personalities prior to doing any cuts. I was so against cutting their long hair, she managed to make both hair cuts look awesome and somehow made mom and daughters happy ( although were in disagreement on the haircut). I was referred to Hair by Reema by my friend Sarah after she had her hair done by Reema herself. When I went last week for my hair consultation, it was with Nicole. She was so detailed with explaining everything about my hair, what's achievable, what's not, what looks will go good with my skin tone and the process it will take to get to my dream hair colour. I was originally offered a July appt because of how busy this salon is, and I will admit I was really sad when I left because I really wanted my hair done so badly. 2 days later I got a call saying June 1st opened up! I said YESSS ILL TAKE IT then yesterday I got another call saying want to come in tomorrow!? I said YESSSSSSSSSSSS PLEASEEEEE. Walked in the salon today and everyone was so welcoming, I was offered tea or coffee to drink and Nicole approached me. She was so friendly and made me feel so excited to get my hair done. When I seemed unsure about the colour she was sooooo good at reassuring me that it was going to look amazing! And fair enough she was right. She walked me through the whole process while doing it and also went through the after care for my hair after it was done. When she turned the chair around to face the mirror I was in shock!!!!!! At the end result. I looked like a while new person!! Couldnt recognize me even if you tried too. I have never in my 27 years of living ever gone to any hair salon in my life that has ever been able to give me what I wanted. I've had salons ruin my hair and make me look green or orange and or burn my scalp with different levels of peroxide at a time and it was very frightening for me. Today I feel like my whole life has been transformed. She turned my hair 360 into the most beautiful Jlo color I have always wanted. I am beyond obsessed with my hair and I have not stopped looking in the mirror. She even told me all about her schooling and how she started out in the hair business and in the midst of it all she was working magic in my hair. I would 1000 % recommend everyone to go to this salon! And make a consultation to discus your next hair dream! Best decision I have ever made! So worth every penny spent, time and energy. I am a new/ now a forever client of hair by reema! I had a balayage done to my hair today by Alexis and wow, I love it! During our consultation, I told her what I wanted and today she gave me exactly that. Aside from doing a great job on my hair, she was super kind and easy to talk to, and made the long process of colouring/blending my hair fly by super fast. The salon was clean (literally, I watched one of the girls non stop clean that place from top to bottom), they kept asking me if i wanted a beverage (and chocolate!). I had an amazing experience here. I initially got my hair bleached twice and it was very brassy and looked dead so I did some box dyes at home and finally decided to get it professionally done. I am really glad I got it done from Hair by Reema, since they allow you to choose services based on your financial comfort but without having to compromise on the quality. Though the process took a while (4.5 hours), I am really happy with the results. Stylist Renna was super nice, gentle with my hair and also super friendly during the process. For reference, I got a balayage with ashy grey tones, with Olaplaex treatment and a Malibu treatment prior to colouring, to rid my hair from box dyes. I would definitely go here again for anything regarding my hair.

First time visit and I will never return. Had a salon stylist who was very inexperienced. I arrived describing that my hair needs a refresh.... some layers, it's very heavy....would like an update...something trendy. This stylist basically trimmed the bottom then had to ask the owner Reema to scissor cut ....layers into the hair style I currently had. Really? She couldn't even complete what ended up being a super easy cut. Very, very disappointed. No value... I would get the same service from Super Cuts. ***This is my response in regards to owner's response.*** It is very clear why I provided a 1 star rating. Please review my feedback. I DID NOT receive a very good haircut. To also state you normally don't thin clients hair proves my point about your expertise about how to listen to a clients requests. I thank you for your response. I will not be returning.

By far the best salon I've been to, EVER! The customer service and the staff are truly awesome and so talented. My stylist was Alexis, I first went to get my consultation just to get a feel for the place and within minutes of walking into the salon I knew I would book an appointment. Alexis was so attentive and really took the time to understand what I wanted. When I got my hair coloured, it turned out to be a lighter than I anticipated, I was going from black to brown, the colour was more on the light brown side, true to the picture I showed them but was bit light for me as I wasn't used to seeing myself with such light hair. I expressed my concerns and within minutes Reema walked over, she made me feel so comfortable and was truly concerned. Other salons I've been too are always in a rush to push you out and argue with you that "well this is the colour you showed me", but Reema & Alexis were truly compassionate, we decided to tone it a bit more and now the colour is perfect! Exactly what I wanted and I've received sooo many compliments on it already. This will forever be my go-to-salon for all hair needs.

I have major trust issues when it comes to people doing my hair & I can honestly say that every time I go here I tell them what I want show them a photo and they do it BANG ON. They legit never disappoint. The people working there are SO honest and will reject people who ask for requests that would damage their hair. It’s not all about the money for them they actually care about your hair. I’ve had salon stylist say “we care about your hair dw it’s also our reputation “ and still they damaged it BUT REEMA WOULD NEVER. She is SO HONEST. My experience here was fantastic!!! So I went in randomly as I needed an up-do for my night out. I’ve never really gone anywhere else to do my hair since I moved from Toronto to Mississauga recently. By far I didn’t regret it. Jocelyne the stylist was super amazing and even helped me pick the style for me! She was gentle with my hair and knew exactly what she was doing. She was knowledgeable about all the products used and I even got stellar recommendations on how to take care of my hair afterwards. Did not disappoint and found it to be the best hair salon experience I’ve ever had. I loved the atmosphere too. It was super clean and professional looking with a great playlist playing in the background. I also liked the setup too. Even the furniture layout looked great. Everything was in close proximity so it was easy to move around. I got to meet one of the owners at the front desk. He was super welcoming and down to earth. I will definitely be back as it’s also close to home. My hair looked fantastic and got lots of compliments on it. I can’t wait to be back again. If you want quality style coupled with a great salon experience that meets your needs, this is the place to go.

She understood exactly what I wanted to advised me with what would be the best look to go for with this being my first hair cut and colour. I told her I wanted lots of layers but because this would be my first time cutting my hair she advised that it would be best to go with longer layers. Always leave feeling like a rockstar! I have thick curly hair and when I need a blow dry, it can only be mastered here as Reema leaves my hair silky smooth for days. Also she mastered the balayage on dark hair colour like mine. The new salon has a warm atmosphere and is very hospitable making you feel comfortable during the best hair experience you can have.

She was very professional and understood how I wanted my hair and she made sure she asked the right questions to get my hair exactly how I wanted. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and very comfy. Been to this Salon 2 times now (both times with Paris). So far the customer service has been very pleasant. Super sweet ladies in the Salon. I did a Balayage hair service the first time. I really appreciated Paris taking the time to let me know what to expect. She listened attentively to my concerns and was very honest about what to expect. I have never had ANYONE tell me that box dye will make the blonde come out in different variations! Unfortunately I have been dying my roots with box dye and therefore my hair has different colors in it. But the blonde results were great! Reema was able to provide Paris with some recommendations on my hair but all in all, Paris did a fabulous job. Went back the second time for a cut and toner. Once again, she listened to my concerns regarding my blond money pieces being a little brassy (due to the box die) which she addressed immediately and toned them as she recommended not to bleach them again yet and to wait a little so that I do not damage my hair. All in all, great salon at a reasonable price. I have paid way more for a lot less service at other salons in the area!!

I called them multiple times in a year. They picked up twice. The first time I called, the receptionist told me to book I have to email hairbyreema and they will get back to me. I did that. In the email i had to talk about my hair history, products i use, what i want to get done and put pictures in of what I want. They completely wasted my time, because til this day I have not gotten a response and its been over 6 months. So I thought maybe they missed my email. I called again, the lady told me i had to send an email to the same email. Again, I filled out everything in detail and posted pictures of my hair updates, still no response 4 months later. I am an understanding person and a simple email saying why I was not being responded to would have been appreciated. But to ignore me twice after telling me to email, with no response til now is not only wasting my time but I find it rude and unprofessional. edit- then dont waste peoples time and tell them to send you an email about booking giving them hope that they can get an appointment in, also you have opened up during the year and those were the times I called in, not when you were closed.

Other than the amazing results I love going to the salon because everyone there is so nice and the ambience is amazing in terms of decor, music, hospitality and just the way you see the team works together. I wear the hijab and need private accommodation and I appreciate the fact that I don't have to go into a separate room but instead they have a sliding partition to section a part of the salon off and that allows you to get the privacy you need but still feel respected and not miss out on the salon experience. Ive never been here before and was really looking forward to my experience here, I booked a consult but After seeing the message on Instagram about availability last minute cancellation i spoke with olivia and quickly provided all the information the hair dresser Renna needed to complete the phone consult. I even sent pictures. Then without any notice Renna stopped responding to my messages and I saw an updated IG post stating the appointment was booked. She gave the time slot away to someone else all while interacting with me the same time. I’m disappointed at how she didn’t communicate properly and gave the appointment to someone else, also they are fully booked up until June for all senior stylists..

Thank you Reema for bringing my hair back to life and for the amazing stylist that you are! I came to Reema with hair that lacked shine and life and a scalp that is super sensitive. Every time I get a color service, it takes me weeks of moisturizing treatments and care for my hair to feel good again. My scalp also suffers the most and ends up burning, flaking and peeling. I did not experience any of that after my service, I had a root color, balyage, cut and blow dry. My hair has not felt this good in a very long time. It is also much thicker than it used to be and I barely have any hair fall or split ends even though it was bleached. I can't thank Reema enough for her knowledge about hair and hair products and giving her honest opinion on whether or not the color and cut I desired were attainable with my current hair situation. The salon is very clean and welcoming, has a very charming modern look and I love the green wall they have in there, makes you feel like you're at an oasis. Sheniese has a calming energy, was great at listening to what I wanted and brought my curls back to life! It’s hard to find a stylist that knows how to cut and style curly hair in general. I'm posting on behalf of my sister, because she's too polite to do so. But I believe that people need to know how this salon lost 2 clients due to the mess up of 1 junior stylist. My sister has beautiful hip long hair, that she's been dying for years. She went in to get a balayage and after 7 hours of sitting there she ended up with FRIED hair and I mean fried. It was a blonde mess. Her natural shiny hair got destroyed. And Paris played it off as if nothing has happened. Continued to tell her that her hair will be beige blone, which is not what they agreed on at the beginning of the 7 hours. When she got home, my sister messaged her on instagram to inquire why she ended up with rough hair that she can't even put a comb through, Paris dismissed her. Told her to go and buy moisturizing products to put on and that this is natural. Told her this happens sometime when trying balayage!!! Theses risks were not explained to my sister beforehand. By the time Reema was made aware of the situation, it was too late to rectify and she did try to rectify it, I'll give her that. How are you to trust a place that fried your hair? So don't just trust a business's instagram

Because of my baby thin hair, I was afraid to try a new hair stylist but I really needed a new change. Dying my hair scares me every time as my hair can easily be damaged. My past hair stylist was great but she was an older woman who was not updated with new techniques. I came in hesitant for my appointment, but left blown away by the experience I had at the salon. Renna took care of me at my appointment. She was very gentle with my hair, talking me through the procedures which kept me at ease. I did not get what I wanted even after paying $200+. I feel so guilty for wasting my money and now my hair is looking so bad. Amazing experience! I went in for a balyage and Alexis took so much time on me and even went back and redid some parts she felt needed a little more work. I was there for hours due to the processing of my hair and was constantly catered to with water, tea, chocolates, etc. I've so much hair and at no point did I feel like Alexis was rushing or losing patience. This is my second time getting a balayage service done at Hair by Reema. The first experience was great, and was with a stylist who is no longer with the team. This time however, blew it out of the water. I was lucky enough to have Alexis as my stylist and wow is this girl ever talented! The process took about 4 hours (I also got a cut and style), and I paid about $400 for the balayage, cut, style, a bottle of purple shampoo, and tip—so yes, this definitely a splurge but keep in mind that 4 hours is a long time to dedicate to one person! Aside from Alexis, the entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. I drive two hours from out of town just to have my hair done here :)

I had Alexis as my hairstylist and she did such a wonderful job. I was looking for a refresh after being in quarantine so long, my brown hair wasn't cutting it for me. We decided on a warm blond balayage and she walked me through the process - I'm a person who likes to know what is happening. After the first time toning my hair it wasn't at the right warm hue so she took the time to go back and do it until we were both satisfied. I can't stop looking at my hair now! Hair by Reema is by far my favourite hair salon that I have been to. My experience with them was so great, my balayage stylist Alexis did an excellent job with my hair and gave me exactly what we had discussed in the consultation appointment. All the other stylists and receptionist were very nice, kind and the environment of the salon was very warm and welcoming. I got my haircut at hair by Reema for the first time. I haven’t gotten a haircut in 2 years since the hairstylist gave me a curly mullet and I grew it out since so I was nervous. They made me call ahead to make sure that the entrance is clear for me to enter and took my temperature. The man at the front told me Nicole would be right out from behind the privacy wall (they have a privacy screen if you wear a hijab). She was bubbly and nice. We walked over to her seat and it looked clean. She told me everything was just disinfected for me before I sat down. It made me feel much better. This is my first haircut ever where I didn’t cry after. She explained EVERYTHING and made it very comfortable the whole time. She told me about all the products I should use and that some of mine were good too. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I am overwhelmed with the amount of compliments I’ve received on my hair and will definitely be back. Thank you hair by Reema and Nicole for my wonderful first experience.

I went to Renna, a junior stylist at the salon, and she did an amazing job. I had no clue what I wanted to do with my hair minus just chopping it off, and it had been a year since I had last gotten it coloured and she knew exactly what to do with it. Ciera is a sweetheart, gave very insightful tips, is good at what she does, and is fun to talk to during the whole process. I've been to multiple salons in Toronto + GTA but have never found more talented and friendly stylists than at this salon. They are upfront with their prices and are not pushy which I really appreciated. I had my hair done by Zenaida and she is so incredibly talented, this lady can blend hair so well you would actually think your hair is gradually turning another colour. If you want your hair done beautifully, just go to this salon you WILL NOT find a better salon. Also the guy at the front is super friendly!

After looking for quite sometime for a place that does a no bleach balayage, i stumbled upon Hair By Reema on Instagram. For starters, the Instagram page does not disappoint and let me tell you, neither did walking in for my first consultation and walking out at the end of getting my hair done (separate days).As much as i like going to my regular stylist, I would say Jocelyne is perfection, she had me feeling comfortable and informed about what I was getting done and what i wanted and what is realistic in terms of achieving what i had in mind. The atmosphere from when you walk in is inviting, the music and feel is comfortable and enjoyable considering you're spending a few hours in there. From offering drinks (water, coffee, tea) to just the overall feel, I would highly recommend Hair By Reema especially to those who are on the fence because i'm so glad i went for it. Will definitely be going back!

Got the worst haircut ever! The hairdresser literally cut straight across and gave me no style. I have very thick hair so now my hair is short and puffy looks like a broom, I can’t even wear a hat to hide it. Got a blonde balayage when I asked for a brown to blonde ombré balayage. Over priced for an unexperienced hairdresser. I wish I would have done my research because their Instagram is Literally just the senior styles work which is the owner and if you don’t go with her you end up with a inexperienced hairdresser. Was not happy and expressed this with the salon a few days later. They said they would "reach out" to me. Never did no follow up no nothing. I do not recommend!

Went here to get two Junior stylist hair cuts. The owner agreed that he will charge me Junior stylist price ( he insisted) and he mentioned this to the stylist zenaida. WOW, talk about customer service. Once my wife & I arrived at the salon for the appointment with the Master Stylist Reema. The gentlemen at the front desk greeted us with a smile, pulled up her appointment & asked to hang up our jackets. Once my wife was situated I was guided to the seating area by the window sill, I was offered some tea & with aloe while I wait. Which tasted amazing BTW. My real satisfaction came on the way home & the following few weeks, because my wife absolute loved her hair cut & couldn't stop raving about it???? After numerous attempts to find the right stylist, she believes she's found the stylist of her dreams, who listened & made a recommendation's based on her facial structure. Which I thought was cool because most stylist just want to get the job done. LOVE!!! If anyone has textured hair, go here! they will treat your hair so well!! (this might be lengthy so i apologize in advance) The first time I went here (about a year ago) I got my hair done by Alexis and I was a little nervous because I do have type 2b/2c hair and the last time I got it dyed (at a different place) my curls looked horrible after. But as SOON as i had my consult at Hair by Reema, I felt much more comfortable because Alexis made me feel like she knew what she was talking about (and she did haha). She gave me an Ashy balayage and I loved it (the colour was great and not brassy at all). But Aside from the actual colour she gave me an AMAZING cut that suited my hair and it looked great when I had my natural hair out. Fast forward to this year (a few weeks ago) I went in for a colour and cut and It's exactly what I wanted - My natural colour with a bit of Blue in it. The cut also is definitely one of the best cuts I have ever received. My hair feels so much healthier! I have told all my curly haired friends to go here!! They won't over process your hair, it'll still curl properly, and feel healthy. I love it! (Alexis if you see this, you will see me again next year haha).

Every experience I've had at Hair By Reema has been great! They know how to deal with every type of hair, including my curls! For infection control during COVID, as you walk in your temperature is checked and the front desk has a plexiglass barrier, you fill out a questionnaire, staff regularly sanitize, and everyone wears masks. I was hesitant about sharing my experience, but I don’t want anyone to experience this poor service like I did. I went to hair by Rema full of hopes that they won’t harm my hair as this is my first time colouring it but instead they damaged it! I still remember the stylist blow out the foils with heat on my hair!! Can you imagine the damage she did!! Maybe she was in hurry and just wanted to finish with it. Oh I’m so disappointed, not to mention how rude she was. It has been a year and I’m still trying to fix my hair I had to cut it so many time just to give a chance to grow. I went in today walking in hesitant and walked out feeling more like myself and better then ever! I had experienced severe matting from root to tip and due to the nature of the mattes my hair was very thin at the top and also not healthy on the ends (plus loss of a LOT of volume). I knew that I needed this cut to begin a healthy restorative hair journey but I was also super nervous about what the hair stylist would think. Tammy was superb, she comforted me, went through suggestions on how to maximize the cut and was so sweet and understanding. I teared up afterwards seeing the transformation. Not once did I feel unsure sitting in her chair. She played such a huge part in restoring that confidence! She communicated well, excelled in her craft, and blow dried it to perfection. Although having a stylist who knows what they are doing is a must, it's also wonderful when the stylist is able to connect with their clients. Thank you to Tammy for her amazing work, she truly is a wonderful person who cares about her clients. Facility on its own is so beautiful & clean with a very vibrant modern aesthetic. Friendly receptionist who was super easy to work with when booking my next appointment. Hijabi friendly which is also a huge plus (tinted windows + they put up a partition). Overall a great experience and one I won't forget! Update: Went in for my second appointment for a hair treatment with Renna and she was equally as AMAZING! She educated me, informed me of all the steps and was so informative throughout. She performed the keratin treatment and did an amazing job at styling it and explaining the maintenance and upkeep. She was super helpful and continuously asked if I had any questions which was so sweet. She worked her magic! I absolutely love Hair by Reema, fantastic staff, great experience both times and I even got my sister to come in for an appointment and she walked out not only in love with her hair but in awe! My experience at Hair by Reema was amazing. I had a malibu treatment, a cut and colour done. Olivia and Renna were extremely professional and friendly which made the time go by fast. Renna was patient when colouring my hair and paid attention to all the details i told her i wanted. Would definitely get my hair done here again!

The haircut was good especially for hijabis because they have a closed separate place. But Im giving it 3 stars because even though the reception man was nice, it was very uncomfortable to talk about questions personal to hair like how long, what length, what color. Whats yhe point of wearing a scarf/hijab if Im just going to explain to a man or in front of a man what it looks like or what I have. I felt very uncomfortable, maybe he shouldnt ask those questions or leave away from the desk when a stylist lady is questioning.

This hair salon really does have the best team ever!! You really can’t go wrong with any stylist to style your hair. I would give them 100 stars if I could. I have done a balayage with Reema 3 times so far, and trust me it gets better every single time! She’s really kind and caring, very friendly, and she actually listens to what you want to have done. Although I like to get her opinion on what to do with my hair and what color to go with. I feel like she has an eye for what best suits you. She’s awesome. I also got my roots done, a trim and a blowout by Alexis. She’s amazing too. She’s extremely gentle on your hair, also very friendly and caring. And she does the best blowouts ever! She just gives you the right amount of volume without any frizz. Jocelyne does the best head massage!! I fall asleep every single time! Very relaxing! Reema’s husband is very friendly as well. He’s usually the person that books all of my appointments ahead of time to make sure I get the dates that I want. And if there is any mixup ever with any bookings, he always does his absolute best to accommodate everyone. I haven’t tried any other stylist but I can honestly say they seem just as amazing as Reema, Alexis and Jocelyne are. I have seen other clients get their hair done while I’m at the salon, either by Nicole or Paris, and their work honestly looks beautiful. Bassam and Reema, you two have done an unbelievably excellent job with this hair salon. I can honestly see this place become something really big in the near future. Congratulations on a job very well done! Ten thumbs up!

I whole heartedly trust Nicole with my hair, she has transformed me from black, red, and now a beautiful blonde. I just got my hair done here on Saturday with Nicole. What a gem of a person, and an incredible stylist! She left me completely awe struck when I saw my hair. She also really took the time to understand what I wanted, and showed me samples of colour's before toning my hair just to ensure we're on the same page. Plus she was also very gentle while handling my hair because I hate when stylists pull on it. I didn't even have to ask her. I really appreciated her professionalism and highly recommend her!
