Worst salon ever! Got scammed with temporary color as jt washed away in just one wash! So basically i paid $500 to get balayage for one week!! Very reluctant to listen what customer wants and Natalie did just plain blunt haircut instead or layered haircut (that’s what i asked originally) and did bangs cut with middle partition even after i asked not to do any curtain bang just want bangs with side partition. Owner called and kept on explaining her side and got mad when i insisted to do what i want! They did booked hair color toning but no longer have faith in their services, what if they will damage hair on purpose cause i insisted to get permanent hair color!! P.S: Daniela’s Salon and Spa A.K.A Scammers/unprofessional!!

I was able to book an appointment on their website, and I recieved a confirmation the next day stating that my appointment was confirmed. I was booked with Jennifer for a wash, cut and blow dry. What an amazing experience at this salon. Not only is my hair FABULOUS, but Jennifer has an amazing soul and I loved chatting with her. I told her how much I wanted off my hair and a vague idea of how I wanted my layers, and she got it! At the end of the cut she gave me some tips on how to maintain my style for the upcoming weekend. I will most definitely be returning!

You can show easily show her a photo you found on pinterest of how you want your hair done and she'll tell you step by step on how we can get it done without damaging your hair. I have SUPER thick hair and Daniella has been able to styled it, cut it and has given me balayage touch ups without any problems and ensuring that my hair is healthy. Everything about my experience was amazing from the second I walked in I was greeted by Alena and immediately tended to even though I arrived about 10 mins early. The consultation for my balayage was great, I felt as if she listened to exactly what I wanted and throughly looked through my inspiration photos. She fully debriefed me about the cost and the possibility that I might not lighten as much as I wanted to but would do her best while keeping the integrity of my hair. I have virgin black asian hair and I fully expected my hair to come out orange when bleached but from some magic Alena had my hair turn out almost to a level 10 which let her give me exactly what I wanted and even more. Its so masterfully blended and the whole time she was friendly and hospitable! I took a chance with this salon because I only came because they were having their 199$ balayage promo but I am so happy with the results. Amazing colour, service and my hair has absolutely no breakage or split ends as we even added olaplex (an extra 35$ but since I was going from black it was strongly recommended) and my hair ended up even softer than what I came in with. I fully recommend this salon for those who want a balayage to change up their natural hair as Alena is absolutely amazing!

If there was a negative star that's the rating I would give this salon. I came in with a picture and showed Daniella the hair stylist exactly what I wanted and I was given the complete opposite.I also mentioned multiple times I do not want stripes in my hair and that I want my ends to be ONE COLOR. It was my first time getting my hair dyed and they completely ruined the experience for me. After reaching out to the owner and seeing if there is anything that can be done, I was offered the most basic solution, a toner. Once I questioned what happens if I don't like the toner, I was yelled at by the owner herself saying I need to go to a hospital and that I am a difficult customer and that " it is only hair". The daughter of the owner who seems to be running this salon, said that everyone likes it, who is everyone? Her employees who she is paying? MY OPINION OF MY HAIR SHOULD BE THE MOST IMPORTANT NOT EVERYONE. I'm not getting my hair done for everyone to like it, but for myself.Well after spending 350$, I expect my hair to look fantastic not look like a cheap hair do.I was also accused multiple times that all I am trying to get is free service. I do not know what kind of business they are running but I know for a fact they can not be trusted again.

Omg! I’m so happy I found this place! I came in for a balayage and was greeted by Catelyn and Mina. Mina was my stylist and colourist. I had some reference pictures of what I was looking for even though they were not 100% what I wanted. But Mina took the time to listen to my requests and ended giving me exactly the look I was hoping for! It’s incredible! All the time she would tell me what she was doing as well as let me know what products she was using. I came out of my appointment extremely happy, looking like a million bucks AND with a whole lot of styling tips and techniques! Will definitely recommend to anyone and I will be back for sure!

It's been a almost a month that I got a full subtle light chocolate hair color for myself and realized the outcome was not very good ever since my first hair wash. I went for a blayage in the first place, but the stylist was nice enough to talk through and suggest hair color instead to cover the grey hair strands, serving the purpose. My hair has never been this rough or frizz ever before. The hair color is supposed to be less damaging than the blayage, but that was not the case for me. I had a hair cut too which barely looks like I had a hair cut. It sensed during my visit on Saturday that the stylist was in rush and just wanted to finish soon since may be there was nobody else at the salon. Was disappointed by my first visit there for which I left my all time hair stylist in downtown.

This is by far the best salon in Mississauga! I went in with blonde hair and wanted to go black. I really appreciated how the stylist was so transparent with me during our consultation. She told me exactly what to expect and described the process of going from blonde to black as it would take multiple sessions to get the look I wanted. I told her I was worried about dying my hair more as my hair is damaged and she told me about the Olaplaex treatment which worked wonders on my hair. I swear I’ve never left a salon with such soft shiny hair! This place is an hour drive drive away from my house but it’s worth it everytime. Thank you to the ladies at the salon for making it feel like family! <3

I booked an appointment a while ago to get my roots dyed and get a style done because I was going out later that night. The hairstylist was a very nice person and I enjoyed talking to her a lot. The dye job was good, but then she didn't really style my hair at all. She used a curling iron, without putting any serum on my hair, and barely did anything with it, and said to me that she will do it in a way where I could go home and do it myself. What?!?! Why the heck would I come to a salon for them to tell me to do it myself.? I left annoyed and then literally went home and did it myself. I booked this salon because of all the 5 star reviews, which I now understand to be very deceiving, and that's why I'm writing this review.

This has been the best experience I have ever had at a salon. The staff are incredibly friendly. I had some trouble booking online, luckily Nancy helped me out by booking an appointment for me on the phone. Natalie is so amazing, she answered all my questions and she give me some tips and tricks on how to style my hair. She even used a purple shampoo on me to get rid of an orangey colour that I had from a bad coloring job from another salon.

Normally, I never rate or do google reviews but in all honesty, this is the first time I have left a salon with no tears in my eyes and recieved EXACTLY what I wanted. I was recommended this place by a friend and I could not be happier. I have long hair that has been treated with dye many times and every single time I ask for an ombre, balyage, highlights... whatever, I am never satisfied or given what I want. It was very pleasant experience and Alena is amazing. She works wonders. I will be coming back as a regular and I think I found MY hairstylist.

I went into Daniela's to get my hair fixed after a DIY disaster- before this, I wasn't happy with my hair for a long time. Linh took the time to understand my needs and what my hair goals were (I wanted a blonde that wasn't too ashy or too warm), and she took the time to create the most perfect colour for my hair. I did my hair with Linh, first I was very scared because that was my first time getting my hair done with them and specially that I wanted to go lighter, I have naturally very thin hair and it gets damaged pretty easily but Linh was very gentle and made sure I get to the level of blonde I wanted without any damage, definitely recommend this place

I had very bad experience with this salon.. I had booked my hair Botox appointment as I went to salon the hair dresser Nancy recommended to do hair Nanoplastia treatment to remove freeze ness of hair and to get nice silky shiny smooth and 60 to 70% of straightening of your hair and long lasting till 6-7 months so I did Nanoplastia.. She gave shampoo and conditioner to use for hair to maintain the quality.. Within 10 days of my hair treatment my hair got so rough lots of freeze ness not even shiny smooth or silky so I contacted her.. After too many phone calls and voicemails she gave me call back and told me I will ask my owner and than again they even didn’t call me back and I had to call them so many times and had to sent the messages she replied me to give me 20% off on my next appointment.. and they charged me 380$ for the 1st appointment for the treatment and result is 0.As she told me to give 20% off than I said what I will do with it what about right now than again she told me I will ask my owner and it’s been over 10 days she didn’t give me any call back or any message.. She not only did a fantastic job on my hair but her kindness and sweet personality made the 5 hours at the salon fly by. Where do I even begin ?! This salon is full of the HAIR GODS!! I hadn’t coloured my hair in about 5 years and coming here was the BEST decision I could have possibly made. I had one hair dresser from this salon who worked with my hair for the past few years. She had over 15 years of experience with extensive knowledge of hair. I learned so much about my hair when I started getting my haircuts. She was perfect and I recommended all of my close friends to her. I was not aware that she had stopped working at the salon but trusted the hair dressers at the salon. I had such a terrible experience that I will not be returning back or my friends. My hair was extremely long. I had explained to the hair dresser my desired hair length and hair type. I repeatedly advised her that I have wavy/curly hair that will shrink. I wanted my hair to be medium/ short length. I was super nervous sitting in the chair while she was cutting my hair. She cut my hair to my NECK. I quietly got my haircut, tipped and walked away. My girlfriends came to pick me up for lunch and we spent the evening getting my layers fixed from a new salon they have been going too. I am sorry to say but we all will not be returning back.

I have never been so disappointed with a salon in my life. I booked an appointment at the salon with a detailed explanation of my hair texture, length, and condition; I was given a quote as well as estimated time. When I arrived, I was given a different quote (way more than what we had agreed upon prior) and a different estimated time. There was so much inconsistency in their communication. I was also ridiculed for my hair length as it is waist length hair, the hairstylist who was working on my hair was complaining to her supervisor about my hair being long and thick in front of everyone at the salon and I felt humiliated. Absolute worst experience and worst customer service. I will not be returning. - In response to your comment below you did not address the fact that your stylists ridiculed me and were loudly complaining about my hair length for every one in the salon to hear. You did not address the lack of professionalism when you’re switching prices back and forth. Your response shows lack of consideration for your customers, and it also lacks acknowledgement of your mistakes. Maybe try apologizing next time.

Went to this salon a couple weeks ago and it honestly was the best experience I could have asked for! I had never bleached my hair before this and was super nervous but everyone there made me feel very comfortable. The lovely girl who did my hair was Daniella, and she walked me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had for her. Kate was amazing. She took her time and really listened to what I asked for. I have really long thick hair and most times when I go to salons the stylist never schedule enough time and always end up rushing, but Kate was very professional and experienced and never once made me feel like it was taking too long. If I could rate 10 star I would!!!! After years trying several salons and believe me these ones were the high end ones, I finally find the best one! I was always told that I won't never get a good clean ashblond balyage because of colouring my greys/ the roots. Buuut today I was proofen and shown the opposite - I have such a beautiful ashblond balyage (will post pictures later) and Mina my hairstylist did a master job! She took time for my hair and put her passion into it and the result is soooo amazing! I can't stop looking at my hair! I have been a client of Olga's for over 10 years. I use to be that person who would do crazy things to my own hair and it always ended up me crying and my hair a mess. That was until I met Olga, she spent so many times fixing my mistakes until I realised she was all I needed, to always look beautiful. Recently my very nervous and excited daughter had her hair highlighted for the first time, Olga took extra time to make my daughter feel special and made sure she was happy with her hair. The glow and excitement after her hair was done was priceless. 2 years ago my 13 year old daughter started asking about waxing her eyebrows. I suggested trying Daniela because she is so nice and is extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of beauty services. My daughter was nervous, but after, she looked amazing and she said it was a great experience for her. My daughter now gets her eyebrows waxed on a regular basis. She even convinced her sister to go to Daniela for her eyebrows. I have always been scared to get my eyebrows waxed again because of a bad experience many years ago with another waxing place, but I recently had Daniela wax my eyebrows and it was amazing. She made the experience wonderful and now I finally have nicely shaped eyebrows! I know this review is long but I can't say enough good things about Daniela's Salon and Spa. Everyone is so nice and friendly, when I go I feel like I'm going to my family's house not a salon. There is always great conversations, laughs, and coffee...and it doesn't hurt that you leave looking amazing. Thank you ladies <3

WORST HAIR SALON EVER!!!!! Colouring looked great, but not what I showed in the picture. A week after getting my hair done I noticed that the hair dresser FRYED OFF HALF OF THE HAIR ON THE BACK OF MY HEAD!!! Like literally all the pieces bleached at the back of my head were burnt off!! The hair stylist had no care for how long she kept the bleach on my head. I even left the salon with poofy hair! I called this to the salons attention but they refused to do anything over the phone when I told them I don’t want to come in. Why would I ever go back to the store that completely fried off my hair???? The prices for the terrible quality is an absolute joke. I didn’t even ask for a full refund because I felt like the artist still put time and effort and that shouldn’t be completely taken away. But I was denied and I’m still currently left on read months after getting my hair done. Professional is the last word I’d use to describe the salon. My hair which was mostly virgin since I haven’t dyed it in over two years, was absolutely destroyed. I’m upset and shocked at the lack of professionalism and quality. As though that wasn’t bad enough! The $50 haircut is a waste of money. My hair is so uneven on top of everything it’s genuinely laughable. Please if your seeing this, save yourself the money and time that would be wasted on this salon. Very nice people mind you. But terrible quality.

I’m so glad that I came across this salon on Instagram. The salon itself is clean, modern and welcoming. My stylist Jennifer made me feel comfortable and gave me a fantastic haircut, I just love it! I cut about 12inches off so it was a drastic change and being a first time client I was very pleased. While at the salon I met other members of the Daniela’s team and they are kind, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this salon and Jennifer as a stylist! ????

Olga is amazing! Daniela's Salon and Spa seriously goes out of the way to make sure their clients are comfortable and relaxed. I haven't cut or colored my hair for about a year and I was very nervous and anxious with having to cut or color my hair and trust someone to do it. Olga took the extra time to talk me about all the different options of coloring my hair and cutting it. She put me at ease, always close to me to check the process of the color is turning out, made sure I was okay. She truely cared about how my hair turned out. It was my first time getting a balayage and was pretty nervous but Mina made me feel comfortable and was super friendly! I had originally requested my appointment to be booked with Alena as I saw her work on their Instagram page and wanted exactly the same look that she had previously created on another client. I was initially disappointed that despite receiving a confirmation online that my appointment would be with Alena, I was assigned to another stylist. But honestly, Mina was so kind and passionate about her work that I settled in quite comfortably and couldn’t complain at all. Really appreciate her efforts for trying to replicate the picture that I showed her and especially would commend both her and Alena for their camaraderie and mutual respect for each other. When Mina learnt that the picture was of Alena’s previous work, she was quick to compliment her and Alena gracefully added suggestions for getting those results. They were all polite and friendly including Kathleen! Just one star less because I hate to say it but the results weren’t completely like the picture and it seemed a tad bit yellow for my liking within 2 days (haven’t washed it). I am happy to revisit but I want to be assured that I could get more subtle, blended in highlights and no sections look too thick. Maybe I didn’t give enough input from my end but I hope I can explain the exact colours I’m looking for better next time so that the result is closer to my expectations. :)

I have been going to Daniela’s for a couple years now for hair services. However, this latest interaction while attempting to book a complimentary service has been absolutely awful. It’s clear to me now that they only care about making the most money possible - they cancelled two of my already scheduled appointments for a haircut because I wouldn’t pay a deposit on a FREE service through a third-party website.
